The location is great, the rooms are clean. The issue was out of the 3 days that we where there two days there was no running water from like 11-8:30pm. The electricity, was out one full day also but that was an issue with the city.

The location is great! right in the Zona Rosa -rita. Next to main bars, night clubs, and a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately, being late February and out of season, the pool was not open and the jacuzzi was not hot enough. Rooms are average but in the small or compact side. Free breakfast on a next door restaurant was good.

Came to visit Rosarito for the first time driving from Los Angeles. The staff was very friendly, and the security made me feel safe. Parking is available for $5 USD per night, and a $100 deposit is required. A wristband is required to be worn throughout the stay at the hotel, but it was not too uncomfortable once I became used to it. The stay was great.

Yes the breakfast menu was made after you ordered it. No the hot tub was not hot it was warm but I prefer hot water in a hot tub Rooms where clean Beds where hard not too comfortable but we were able to sleep Staff was friendly

The hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of where all the clubs and beach are at. It was so convenient to not use our car during our stay. The only downfall is that in the night the nightclub music is so loud, it’s hard to sleep, since there is no AC we had to open the window and the music was so loud. The line at check-in was so long, it took almost an hour for check-in. One jacuzzi was not hot and the one that worked was so packed. Other than that it’s a nice hotel close to everything and affordable

This hotel was disgusting. You wouldn’t be able to tell by entering the lobby because it’s very nice and clean, but we got up to our room and there was a spider on our pillow immediately as we walked in the carpet was stained and dirty. The bathroom look like it hadn’t even been cleaned. We didn’t realize that there were no towels stocked in our room until after my fiancé had showered. When I went to try to call for towels, we realized we did not even have a phone in our room. Then when the housekeeping delivered the towels they were beige and gray stained looks like what was supposed to be white towels. Just disgusting. Not to mention there was no light in the bedroom whatsoever, probably so we couldn’t tell how gross it really was. I will NEVER stay here again. The staff was not helpful or understanding. They were very argumentative and rude.

It’s Rosarito, I get it. Pros: the service and staff were great, complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel has a direct view of the ocean. Cons: the hotel has no AC units in the rooms. No fridge to store drinks or water. No microwave to heat up leftovers from all the nearby restaurants. No closet. Our bathroom sink was completely clogged. All the bathroom towels were stained and dirty looking. The TV was outdated and was tiny (maybe 28”).

The staff was nice and courteous. My mistake for not researching, however NO A/C in the rooms. Rooms were ok. No drawers for storage. No chairs for sitting. Some of the towels were stained. Not for families with small children. It can get loud at night.

Didn't like that the amenities described on their expedia account said mini fridge and when we got into our room there wasn't one and was told by reception that the penthouse doesn't have any. Also room fan kept making a grinding noise on the morning before we checked out so we got woken up by it. I'd probably never stay here again.

The hotel is in a great area for party goers but it is probably not the best if you are trying to sleep in at earlier night hours due to loud club music. Also take note that main hotel rooms have no A/C so opening your room windows will be only option yo cool down. Beware that these same windows are wood frame only room floor to ceiling so kind of sketchy for any smaller kids to get close to.

My stay at festival plaza was great! This hotel is in the heart of Rosarito where you’ll find so many activities/amazing food/ drinks at a walking distance ! Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. ALTHOUGH there is no air conditioning in the room. The water from the sink in the bathroom is not drinkable & turns brown when you turn on the hot water. Lastly wifi signal is not the best. But overall we had great one night stay at this place.

This location is perfect just to come and sleep, and explore the area. There are no chairs in the rooms nor in the balconies. Only bed and tv in the room. No place for storage, no ice, no microwave or fridge. But everything is walking distance, the beach, clubs, restaurants and more.

Front desk agent with glasses who worked Saturday afternoon check in and Sunday morning was so rude. I saw her tell a whole group of people to stay a Rosarito beach instead because they are a better hotel with parking and amenities. Why would you tell us to go somewhere else when we already paid our rooms here? Not sure why she works here but that’s a horrible employee

¡El hotel tiene un liderazgo deficiente! No tienen estacionamiento y la joven recepcionista con gafas que trabajaba en la cabina más cercana al estacionamiento es una empleada horrible. Es grosera y, cuando alguien se quejaba, simplemente se encogía de hombros y decía "no reconozco". Debería madurar. Debería estar limpiando habitaciones, no ayudando a los huéspedes. Además, el registro tarda como una hora.

Everything ! 2 hour check in . Staff were clueless and even alllowed a person a few people behind cut to the front while everybody stood in line for 2 hours . Room was ok , hot water in shower didn’t last long . Horribly loud music played till 3am so no sleep . Horrible experience

Las foto que aparecen aquí, “no se acerca nada a la realidad”. Tome fotos del mal estado en el que está el hotel, hasta miedo me daba quedarme y me fueran a culpar de algo después de salir. Te cobran estacionamiento extra por día. El ruido de los lugares a la redonda es intolerable. No vuelvo a quedarme aquí.

The hotel is in a great area for party goers but it is probably not the best if you are trying to sleep in at earlier night hours due to loud club music. Also take note that main hotel rooms have no A/C so opening your room windows will be only option yo cool down. Beware that these same windows are wood frame only room floor to ceiling so kind of sketchy for any smaller kids to get close to.

Security guards were very very helpful. We felt very safe. What we didn't like was the very very loud outside music from the bars all night til 4am. You really need to let people know about the music. We got there on Thursday.

There was no water in the property for 2 hours. It was a tiny room. Restroom toilet was stained. No AC Blow dryer burnt on me. Staff was friendly Breakfast was delicious NICE view! Right next to popas and beer and beach.

Al llegar parecía todo bien! Me tocó el cuarto 705 el piso estaba sucio y con arena, el televisor no funcionaba bien por qué no estaban los 2 controles ,y el teléfono no funcionaba, Dísque ofertan desayuno incluido, cuando llegas el menú no es completo solo asignan ciertos platillos, pedí 2 huevos revueltos y un jugo de naranja y terminé pagando $200 pesos

Only reason did not give it a 1 star is the location. Music is insanely loud and goes on till 4am. For ice, one has to go to the restaurant. Breakfast was ok to good but took 45 mins for them to get the food. Stay at Rosarito Beach Hotel if the option exists.

Yes the breakfast menu was made after you ordered it. No the hot tub was not hot it was warm but I prefer hot water in a hot tub Rooms where clean Beds where hard not too comfortable but we were able to sleep Staff was friendly

Clean, Convenient location, staff was friendly, shopping galore and a Bar next door was great. Music loudness until 3 or 4 AM was the only negative. The pool looked dirty- cloudy. Free Breakfast was a plus. Will stay again overall.

We have a great stay at this hotel. The only thing we have a problem with was that when we check in one the tvs was not working (we rented 4 rooms) but we didn’t mind as we were only staying 1 night and we were planing on going out. Other than that everything great! The restaurant they give coupons for is very good, great food and service.

There rooms don’t have AC, they advertise free breakfast but turns out it’s only free for adults the children that I added to my stay were not offered a voucher. The pipes whistled for a minute after ever flush.

The check in procedure was over 30 minutes. They mandate taking a USD 100.00 bill from you until you leave and your room inspected. Not a big deal....but this hotel is not nice! Room we had was about motel 6 or lower. The NOISE from the clubs below was just crazy loud. They gave you ear plugs on your night stand!!! Red flag right there! There is no a/c in the beach facing room we had and you HAD to have the window open which has no screen! We get eaten by mosquitos since there are no screens on the window. So....window closed for a "little bit" quieter and die of the heat...OR...window open and have ear plugs which do nothing to kill the noise and get eaten alive! Your choice. Further....the price we paid was over 3 times what I would of expected to pay after I was the room...we paid 270.00. Find another hotel!

I am 52 years old and traveling a lot this place was the worse hotel I never stayed, most important thing it’s next to the all clubs and you can hear the loud music voice in your room from 12pm to 6 am and you cannot sleep or take a rest, Shower was very bad and it was not working properly. I asked them twice. Nobody care , bedsheet was bad and not soft. Scratch all my wife bodies., you should pay for the parking separately, there is no Shower gel, shampoo inside the room, I asked them several times to at least change our room. Nobody cares and stuff had a very bad attitude. I also asked them after checking to charge me for one night and we leave hotel and getting another hotel they didn’t accept , I never recommend this place to nobody

No AC, staff was extremely rude (it was a labor day weekend so when we checked in I understood, but the checkout line we were the only people there and they just were extremely rude). If you're a party person who doesn't care about the blaring music until 4:30am, then it's the place for you. When I tell you the beds were SO PAINFUL, I AM NOT JOKING. Never again!

There is no air-conditioning in any of the rooms except the casitas. When we 1st checked in to our rm we couldn't even get into the rm. It was blocked with paint cans & a ladder. Then the 2nd rm they gave us the fan stopped working as the cable was hanging and got caught on the fan & pulled the wires. 3rd rm was dusty and shower was clogged. When showering the water changes temperature from warm to ice cold then scorching hot. The staff is loud and inconsiderate of sleeping guests. They were shouting to each other at 7am in the courtyard and the hallways.

La habitación estaba bien sin embargo no contaba aire acondicionado y era insoportable el calor dentro, tuvimos que irnos a mitad de la madrugada y busca donde pasar la noche , además del ruido exagerado de afuera tampoco ayudaba a que la estancia fuera agradable . Si tu idea es descansar no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto , calor y ruido sin escapatoria.
