Great access to main train station! Got there late so restaurant closed but bar open late - nice place to relax. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms!!! Would stay there again - especially as a stop over when travelling by train.

Für eine Nacht ganz gut. Nix besonderes. Es war jedoch sauber. Zweck erfüllt. Frühstück war für jeden etwas dabei. Gute Auswahl. Leider hat der SB Check-In nicht über meinen Ausweis funktioniert. So musste ich warten. Keine Barzahlung im Hotel möglich. Gerade in Bezug auf die 2€ Touristengebühr.... Es ist fast gegenüber vom HBF.

Newly built,nice modern design.Very spacious rooms with high ceilings good bed bedings and bedlinen,fridge,kettle with complementary teabags and coffee,Ideal sound proof,good furniture.Efficient staff,4 quite lifts operating for guests. Beautiful bar downstairs. Spacious dining area for Breakfasts.You get a good choice for your Breakfast.Good quality products and coffee. Definitely reccomend this modern hotel.

Great room, service and bar

Very nice and clean hotel across from the major train hub! The bartender made great drinks and staff was polite and helpful! Highly recommend this hotel when in Frankfurt

Loved the location, but had a hard time for kiosk check in and had to check in with staff, wasted time for the few hours we could spend for the day 😅

It was great stop over. Although I think they mentioned Parking available but did not state that it is charged at Euros 35 a day.

Machine for checking in lobby , It did not work after filling in the data more than once. Take 15 minutes to try again. The receptionist took 15 minutes to find my reservation.

super gelegen etwas abseits vom üblichen Bahnhofs-Klientel aber dennoch fast direkter (seitlicher) Zugang zum Bahnhof. Schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Check-in über das Terminal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, der übliche Weg ginge wohl etwas schneller. Aber man bekommt sofort Hilfe. Leider ist TV sehr träge bis die Sender mal geladen sind

Great location. Directly across the street from train station and Underground station. Clean room, very quiet. Staff was very friendly. Great bar area to relax at end of day. Only negative, the room was too hot. I had to leave the window open to cool it off.

Booking was not on the system so quite stressful to to arrive after six hour journey and find there was no room booked. No hot water and no warning it would be off.

Very convenient location near the main trainstation, clean and nice room. Only problem was almost empty liquid soap bottles, but they were changed right after my request. I was also expecting a little bit bigger breakfast; but it was OK in the end.

In unserem Zimmer waren die Silikonfugen der Dusche schimmelig und das Wasser ist in der Dusche nicht abgeflossen. Wir haben dafür anstandslos ein Ersatzzimmer bekommen wo wir die Dusche nutzen konnten. Dort waren jedoch auch die Fugen voller Schimmel. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer gut eingerichtet.

The hotel is located in Frankfurt main station. So, it is very easy to go the hotel. Also there is a direction sign in the station. The room is very clean, cozy and simple. Staffs are very kind and nice with big smile. But, I have an experience that the water is not draining out of a bathroom sink in the room. I didn't inform this matter to the hotel. The person (who cleans the room) is supposed to know it. But, there was not any action to fix the sink. Except this matter, it was good during my staying.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night and had a very mixed experience. The front desk staff was outstanding—especially Mark, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was among the worst I’ve encountered in Germany. The hand and body soap were almost empty—barely enough for one or two uses. I also found two shampoo bottles in the shower room but no body soap at all. The tissue box was half empty, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided. Under the sink, there was a cap left by a previous guest. On top of the cabinet, there was also a leftover product label—again, not cleaned up. Basic amenities and cleanliness should never be compromised. When I stayed at the IntercityHotel Berlin Central Station, the housekeepers always ensured everything was fully stocked without the need for guests to call and request items. I will stay here again next time because of its convenient location and excellent receptionists. However, I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping service.

In the morning I couldn`t take a shower as there was no hot water.

Good access to Main river for running. It is also very close to the station. Room cleaning could be better given that it is only provided on a request base. I run out of tissue paper but when the cleaning provided, it was not refilled.

Room was not made up each day resulting in me having to use the same towel 2 days running, spoke to reception who said if i'd had informed them the room would have been made up! I shouldn't have to with a large chain like this!!!!

Checked into a dirty room first. Had to wheel our luggage back to the lobby over carpeted hallways, and then were checked into a single room. Reception does not answer phone calls from the room, they do no provide room service, and god forbid you ask for fresh towels. The location is close to the train station, but there are sketchy people all around, and it smells like pee everywhere. Skip this one.

Air conditioning was not enough. The room was too hot that we needed to open the windows. The glass panel in the shower area was not large enough and water kept splashing throughout the bathroom floor. Room is spacious and hotel is closed to the main station.

Specifically area that rooms have ac but not quite, they are climate controlled meaning that they control the temp they are set at. Even when adjusted to full cold in my room it wouldn’t get cool enough to sleep without sweating. Lady at front desk said they could do anything about it and that they get that complaint a lot. So if you like cold ac, find another hotel.

Room was so hot! I could never get comfortable and definitely did not sleep well. The air-conditioning really did not cool the room. Other than that, the hotel was nice.

Convenient to the train station! AC did not cool the room so we had to open the window. A bit noisy outside due to our room location. We will stay again, but in a courtyard room to avoid the street noise. Staff was excellent. Walking distance to the river and area restaurants were nice.

I recently stayed at InterCity Hotel in Frankfurt from the 18th to the 22nd of April with a friend. Upon check-in we were warmly greeted by two of the receptionists M. Dorna and R.Shubab who asked for our booking. However, there was a slight issue with spelling my surname, which took a few attempts to get right. During this process, another receptionist S. Sandrich interrupted us in a rude and unprofessional manner, demanding our passports without any prior indication. Her tone was direct and impolite, which caught us off guard. We responded calmly but expressed our discomfort with her approach. Her subsequent remark, implying that her behaviour could be worse, was completely unacceptable for a customer-facing role especially in hospitality. She left without apologising or even making eye contact with us. The initial receptionist M. Dorna tried to defuse the situation with extra friendliness and apologised for her colleague’s behaviour, citing a difficult previous customer. However, we found this unprofessional and not an excuse for rude conduct. We informed them that we would like to speak to a manager to address this and we will also leave a review about our experience. Aside from the incident, the hotel’s location next to the train station was convenient for travel from and to the airport, and neighbouring cities. These people were wonderful. We left something behind in our room, and they responded to us quickly, found it, and then had it delivered to us later in our trip.

We had three rooms reserved, but the hotel did not allow early check-in. I paid for all three rooms, and two of us checked in while the third person was delayed and wouldn’t arrive until the next day. To accommodate her, we left her room key at the front desk so she could check in upon arrival in the morning. However, the hotel gave her room away the night before and never offered reimbursement for the room that was no longer available. We could not get her a room until late the next day.

I was able to check in early as the staff changed my assigned room. This was so helpful as I had a heavy backpack. Thank you for the flexibility.

Great location. Being so close to the train station makes it very convenient for business, or just for exploring Germany. The only issue with this hotel is communication. They do not read their messages, neither they answer the phone in the reception. This has always been an issue with this hotel.

Had a nice walk along the river before dinner. Not too many choices for meals on Sunday in the areas. Very convenient and super close to the train station. Staff was very helpful.

We were explicitly informed by the front desk that a manager would reach out to us to explain the credit card payment discrepancy that occurred during our stay. Although the payment issue was ultimately resolved, no explanation was ever provided. Despite leaving all contact details prior to our checkout at 5:30 a.m., the manager failed to contact us as promised. This lack of follow-up is disappointing and reflects poorly on your service standards, particularly given that the matter involved a billing issue. We expect a proper explanation for the discrepancy and an acknowledgment of why the promised communication did not take place. Please address this matter promptly.

This hotel is either new or newly renovated. It’s very comfortable and clean with new furniture and fixtures. Our room was huge. It is right across from the Frankfurt Main Train station, so very handy to travel. The staff were very kind and helpful when the self checkin gave us an issue. The nearby area is a bit sketchy due to the close proximity of the train station, but you only have to walk a block to get into many restaurants and bars, grocery and other shops.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good and it was extremely close to the south entrance of the train station

Hotel básico. No tiene room service y en la habitación faltan amenities e incluso almohadas. La zona de alrededor no es muy segura, no lo recomiendo. Por otro lado, la habitación estaba limpia y el desayuno era bastante completo. El personal era amable.

Well located hotel next to the central train station. Breakfast was mediocre, as the selection of items was very limited, and was cut substantially from previous stays that I spent at the hotel. In addition, all benefits such as free public transportation in the city and its surrounding, or free drink voucher, was eliminated to every guest that didn’t book their stay at the hotel website, so if you booked the reservation at hotels.com, you didn’t get any hotel benefits like they used before.

Great breakfast with lots of German food. Helpful staff, room a bit too warm, so we had to keep the windows open to cool it down.

It was good but more options expected for breakfast
