When we checked in they said payment had not been recieved from expedia, They said not to worry they would sort it, Also breakfast was included in the reservation but they said it was not included. When we went to check out we were told no payment had been recieved, it was not sorted. I had to spend the last morning sorting this out with expedia, I had to call expedia who was extremely helpful they immediatly called the property and refunded my money, Instead of enjoying my breakfast and the pool I spent my last day sorting this. I turns out there was a glich in their system for payment. The lady at reception was very poor

The listing advertised wifi which was not available most of the time and when it was available, it was very weak and slow. The same can be said for the shower. Little to no hot water. Also, the picture in the listing is nothing like the room I was in. The picture showed a small refrigerator and in-room safe. Neither were present.
