N'ayant pas pu avoir une chambre avec vue sur mer, nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre vue jardin avec salon et deux terrasses 🎉. Pas de room service, le spa n'est plus que des prestations de massages ou soins. La localisation est top, photos fidèles pr la vie au top. Ville, restaurant, plage, activités à 5mins a pieds. Das SPA war am Ende der Saison nicht verfügbar (wir haben das Hotel wegen de SPA gebucht). Grundsätzlich ist Hotel Masse statt Klasse und für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig. Frühstückbuffet ist qualitätsbefreit und viel zu klein für all die Gäste. Zimmer war sehr goss und eigentlich ein sehr guter Grundriss (Garten Suit) aber leider muffelig. Wir sind so schnell wir möglich wieder abgreist.

I have given the Gran Hotel Reymar 5 stars for rooms, service and location and if I could have given 6 stars I would have. The staff were excellent (happy, attentive and very helpful), the rooms were clean, tidy and well maintained as were all of the public areas. Sitting atop a rocky outcrop you get stunning views of the castle and old town as the sun goes down. Perfect! Oh, and the secure private underground car parking is a very welcomed addition.

El hotel tiene unas vistas impresionantes de la playa de tossa de mar y el castillo en el restaurante y cuando llegas se encargan de aparcar tu coche y te ayudan con las maletas, es excelente en limpieza y todos muy amables. Y por otro lado no necesitas usar el coche esta cerca del centro y de la playa puedes ir andando a todos sitios. Nos a gustado mucho y seguro que volveremos.

The place is beautiful! The food is great. The beach is gorgeous, clear water great for snorkeling. Be aware that the sand on the beach is rough, I advise water shoes, also bring your own beach towels and maybe portable beach chairs, you need to rent chairs at the beach for 8 euro each. Otherwise great place, safe and clean.

I have given the Gran Hotel Reymar 5 stars for rooms, service and location and if I could have given 6 stars I would have. The staff were excellent (happy, attentive and very helpful), the rooms were clean, tidy and well maintained as were all of the public areas. This was an excellent choice of hotel. The room was nice, beds comfortable, air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed our balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. We were a quick walk to all of the shops, dining, and historic sites, yet in a quiet high end area. We would absolutely stay here again.

For USD 130, it was worth the stay based on location of the stunning views. Breakfast was included in the cost. The beach was across the street. Various restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself was ok. The staff was not very friendly...they act like they put up with the swarm to tourists. Although the room was super clean, the bed was European, hard as a rock. Room was minimalist -- cold feeling. Breakfast variety and quality was ok. The breakfast room overlooked the sea which soothing each morning. Overall, there was no wow-factor with the hotel itself. The only thing going for it is location and the view. Would not pay no more than USD 130/night.

Im 3. Stock ist es Laut wie aif einem Bahnhof. Die Türen haben keinen Gummi so knallt Holz auf Holz und man hört alles vom Flur bis morgrns um 3. Habe bei der Reception mehrmals reklamiert. Hat schönen Pool, aber sie verleihen keine Strand/Pool Tücher. Im 3. Stock gibt rs auf dem Balkon und im Zimmer keine Möglichkeit nasse Badesachen zum trocknen aufzuhängen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend.

They do not like to answer any questions. We finally had to ask the bartender. Drinks were reasonable and views are amazing. Need to upgrade the rooms and customer service. The staff was absolutely amazing. Angel met us at the door and made the trip 10x better. So personable and genuine. The outstanding staff and Angel made the stay at Gran Hotel Reymar the right decision including the breathtaking views of our sea view balcony. The whole hotel in general has amazing views as well and perfect beach access and close to so many other bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend to everyone.

This hotel rocks! The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. I unfortunately managed to get a parking ticket which I could not figure out how to pay. It turned out it needed to be paid at a parking machine and one of the staff was so helpful, he even walked me to the nearest ticket machine down the road from the hotel, most hotel staff may give you directions but he insisted on taking me there to make sure there was someone there who could translate the instructions (staff member called Angel). This was just one example of great service all round but on top of that, the location...just wow. The whole town, the beaches and the views are just perfect. We will be back.
