Le personnel est très sympa, aux petits soins. Grande chambre agréable pour 3 adultes. La piscine super, la navette gratuite pour se rendre à ao Nang très bien. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Juste un tout petit point négatif, dommage que le buffet du petit déjeuner ne soit pas disponible tous les jours.

Well it was a rocky start, wrong room then broken aircon then a lost transport bus. However this was all fixed rapidly thabks to 2 members of staff the lady on the pink desk and the gentleman in the cafe area. They really are a saving grace for the hotel. Once the problems where fixed the stay was fine and i would advise it for people. The 3pm check in could do with being 2pm like most other hotels but thats really the only thing i would change.

The staff were great upon arrival, my room was spacious and looked just like the photo! Breakfast was convenient and the shuttle is a bonus! Highly recommend

the property was not at all like the photos on website, the room was old, condition of ill repair, mould in bathroom, bed had a base but apparently no softer layer on top, chipped fittings, 2nd had flip flops, i took photos for your reference, please reply to this as the accomodation was not worthy of price charged

A weak four for my part. The rom was Nice with good beds, good air con and clean Rooms. But the shower where terible. The personal is very bad in inglish and hard to talk to. All in all with price it was Okay

Preis-Leistung okay, da das Hotel wirklich günstig im Vergleich zu anderen 4* Hotels für einen Übergang von zwei Tagen war. Die Einrichtung war jedoch sehr einfach, die Geräuschkulisse auf den Fluren sehr interessant. Das schlimmste war jedoch ein von Stunde zu Stunde schlimmer werdender Geruch im Bad, welcher einer Mischung aus Verwesung und Abwasser glich. Für den Preis jedoch den Erwartungen entsprechend gewesen.

stayed for 2 days and got woken up at 8 am on both days. first day it was a machine sawing, and the second it was hammering because the room next door was being refurbished. otherwise a nice hotel

Vores aircondition gik i stykker på sidste aften. Personalet sagde, der ik var noget galt og ville derfor ikke gøre noget ved det. Det var en sygt varm nat. Udover dette havde vi været tilfreds med, hvad vi fik for pengene
