The check in was terrible. We were a bit early and they made no concession for us. Then, we arrived back at 4 pm as we were told. Our room was still not ready and there were several other couples also waiting for their rooms. The desk staff was a disappointment how they handled this cluster of a mess they called the check in process. Also, I wanted to use the tennis court and even had my own equipment, but the court was locked on Sunday and no main office to give me a key code. This was very disappointing to me.

What an amazing gem tucked away from all tbe hustle and bustle of the city, yet still in the city. Great views, superb customer service, well stocked unit. We cant say enough about it. Great experience for our time in Flagstaff. The included amenities are above and beyond, as well.

This was an enjoyable stay for my family and I. The amenities were perfect for children and the condo was great in size. I wish I could pick which condo we could stay because the little ones would have spent their whole day at Bear Paw...We will be back again!

We had an amazing stay here. We had tried to book a room at Little America but they were full. I found this property and so happy we chose to stay here! It was our first time here, but we plan for this to be our go-to place when visiting our son at NAU in the future. This trip we only stayed for 2 nights, next time we would love to stay for longer! There was so much space in our 2-bedroom suite, and the property is beautiful. Loved the large balcony to sit at night and look at all the stars. Our family had a fun time playing a round of mini-golf and some foosball afterwards. Then in the evening we had a great meal at their on property restaurant. It was a nice way to spend our last family night together before moving our son into the dorms.

W had a wonderful stay at Club Wyndham, the unit was spacious & clean. Our 7 year old grandson loved the pool and the miniature golf.. Wish we had more time to stay. We will definitely be back.

It was a beautiful facility and the staff was so nice and welcoming. We felt like we were in a ski lodge with the view and my kids loved the kids clubhouse.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The unit we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The balconies were wonderful to enjoy the outdoors and the stars at night. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the ataff.

From the moment we walked in this facility they were all about service. We were checked in by one person, then sent to converge desk to learn about perks for club members in the area. A welcome message was waiting for us when we arrived to our unit. Check/in team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unit was extremely clean! Not one spec of dust or insect in umit. Having extra sitting space was so nice to have.?Decor was ok - a bit dated couch. Our only real concern was that the bed (a king sized - which was a nice surprise ) - was a bit worn. Other than that, we’d return to this facility on next trip to flagstaff! Highly recommend! Amazing team members!

Overall the stay was great, very spacious unit with nice amenities and staff. Only reason i dont put 5 stars is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, such as the jets for the tub show they have not been clean in a while and the shower heads as well. The staff was amazing and very attentive, location was excellent. u Unfortunately did not get to try the pool but would be a great place to stay in the summer.

The space was definitely spacious. We stayed in a two-bedroom, which is almost like a townhouse. It was nice to have so much space, a full kitchen and a balcony. However, everything is just a bit in need of an update, including the clubhouse. It seems 10-15 years past its prime. When we first got in the room, for instance, it smelled quite musty. That’s bothersome. But the staff was friendly and it’s certainly located to all local attractions.

There was no hot water in the shower our first morning - this is a critical need for visitors. Also the battery was dead in the safe. Called the front desk- they said briskly they’d call maintenance and basically hung up on us. No apology. We were up early to head to Grand Canyon, we waited about an hour and had to get on the road, not knowing when they’d show up. When we got back both were fixed. Ty et pointed us to a Safeway store nearby for groceries - super expensive- later found a Walmart a couple exits down with reasonable prices. I think they should be upfront with guests about this Safeway; it’s clearly priced to take advantage of the golfing clientele at the resort.

This is a great retreat for my wife and I for our vacation. The amenities and condo were very enjoyable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Only issues were the lack of hot water (the pilot light kept going out throughout the week) and the internet kept randomly disconnecting pretty often. Convenient location. Condo was outdated, but clean. Kichen was very poorly lit. Stairs were a pain. Not enough outdoor light coming in. Just one window in bedroom, and sliding door in living room. It is a basement condo. I felt like I was living back in my basement bedroom at my parents house as a teenager.

Check-in and concierge service is well above average. Some of the best I’ve experienced. The rooms are dated but have what you need. Where we were, there was an A and B unit duplex where one is above and the other is below. I’m not sure why they put young kids above a group of adults. Their little feet running around and jumping onto the bed echoed badly and woke us all up really early each morning.

Hi. This was a really nice place, a lot of space and room. Would’ve given it a higher rating but there was a power outage for over 6 hours with no updates. And when asked for compensation the staff said that it was out of our control, which I understand. But as a business in customer service, you need to take account and accountability as this was almost 25% of our short trip. In addition, it was really dark everywhere at night. Lighting needs to be better especially considering wildlife.

Bad customer service, power gone in our room for all day and their only suggestion was go seat in your room, as all other rooms were occupied even tough parking lots were half empty they said it will come back eventually! I called hotels.com and canceled and move to another property, Won't go back there and do not suggest this place to anyone. Rooms are nice and clean.

The property is well-maintained on a beautiful property. The rooms are cute suites, like cottages. The staff also went above and beyond for my son who was celebrating his 16th birthday, and gave him a goodie bag of food treats. Thank you!

We loved our stay! Having access to the Bear Paw recreation center was so much fun! On our non-hiking day, we played putt putt and games. The layout worked well for our family and I was not expecting a ginormous master bath so that was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and often reached out to see if we needed anything. My husband and I said it was one of the best check in experiences that we’ve ever had!

The heads up message a week before to ask if we had in special requirements was just a taste of the very professional and Courteous staff we encountered. This was by far one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve taken in the last 20 years! Thank you to all your staff! We will be back!!!

The property is wonderful, but check-in always feels intense. The front desk lady always ends on “and if you’re not out by 10am, you’ll be charged this amount. Now sign that acknowledgement here.” Then of course, you have to go to the next desk for the “amenities” which feels like too much when you’re tired. Everything would be five stars if the check-in was calmer.

We had a very pleasant stay. Staff were helpful and personable. Location was good - although some distance from downtown, it was a nice, peaceful spot. Our accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice for convenience to area, easy to take local walks and to proximity to restaurants and stores. Very helpful, friendly staff. The pool and mini putt was nice to have.

What an amazing gem tucked away from all tbe hustle and bustle of the city, yet still in the city. Great views, superb customer service, well stocked unit. We cant say enough about it. Great experience for our time in Flagstaff. The included amenities are above and beyond, as well.

We had an amazing stay here. We had tried to book a room at Little America but they were full. I found this property and so happy we chose to stay here! It was our first time here, but we plan for this to be our go-to place when visiting our son at NAU in the future. This trip we only stayed for 2 nights, next time we would love to stay for longer! There was so much space in our 2-bedroom suite, and the property is beautiful. Loved the large balcony to sit at night and look at all the stars. Our family had a fun time playing a round of mini-golf and some foosball afterwards. Then in the evening we had a great meal at their on property restaurant. It was a nice way to spend our last family night together before moving our son into the dorms.

Very nice place. Two-bedroom suite was spacious. Nice to have onsite restaurant and clubhouse with activities for kids. Only two things weren’t great—our bathtub wouldn’t hold water and there was not a great breakfast option on-site. Only coffee and muffins at the clubhouse and brunch starting at 11am. Otherwise, it was great!

The room was reasonably comfortable and all on one level, however many of the one bedroom units are in the basement of a 4 unit building. This means the rooms are dark and going down a full flight of steep stairs is necessary to reach the downstairs unit. This was not disclosed in any of the information available upon booking and could be a deal killer for those seeking a single level unit with little or no stairs. Furthermore the upstairs unit above this one has a shared door that allows all sounds and noises to heard. In our case a barking dog in the upper unit. Upon checkout we were told pets weren't allowed but we saw plenty of violations. Also the balcony of the upper unit is directly above the lower unit's. This could be a privacy issue for some.
