Clean and new. Good location. 10 mins walk to plaza de Armas. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Laundry service is a little pricey. 2 bags cost 80 sol. Hotel is located in the narrow street. Tour van usually will not go in. Make sure to check with your tour guide for the actual meeting point.

A quiet hotel with spacious rooms, closed inner yard and an open terrace on the second floor. The stuff is very friendly and speaks perfect English. The hotel is located within walking distance from the central square.

One of the best hotels so far (and we travel a lot recently). Service was exceptional and individual. Very quiet and secluded place. The staff accommodated our request for the room upgrade due to VIP status on Expedia. We got two rooms instead of one including presidential suite overlooking the city of Cusco. The cherry on the top was the free transfer to the airport. Amazing experience overall. The only issue I can remember is the absence of parking, we parked our rental 3 minutes from the hotel on the street (the hotel is in downtown on the narrow street - parking is a tough ask).

This is a superb boutique hotel at a very convenient location. It is close to Plaza Mayor/Plaza de Armas and lots of shopping and eating places. Their service is remarkable. There is a small restaurant that serves BF and other meals upon request. Our room included BF and we really liked it. Cusco historic district has a typical Spanish town feel. Staying at Tocuyeros hotel made our vacation a wonderful experience.

Great little boutique hotel. Service and staff was excellent. Room is very spacious, including a big bathroom. The best was the views from the second floor patio area and the main lobby sitting area. We loved hanging out in the lobby with beautiful views of Cusco over cups of tea which is always available in the lobby. Staff was always kind and attentive. Only reason I couldn’t give it a 5 star rating is because unfortunately we had an ant issue in the room. Not something that could have been fixed during our stay and they were fully booked and couldn’t move us. So finding the ants everywhere, including on the bed, made the stay a 4 star instead of 5. It wouldn’t stop us from staying there again, but hopefully next time we’re on a higher floor! Pro Tip: steps to everything including Plaza de Armas. Walkable to Sacsayhuaman. Morena was the best meal we had during our stay. Souvenir shopping in San Pedro Market was surprisingly cheaper than other places.

Beautiful clean hotel with attentive service. Made my time in cusco so comfortable. They even held our luggage for a night when we went to Machu Picchu. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet haven just into the interesting San Blas area. Staff were very helpful, helped recover important stuff left in the uber. Loved the rooftop patio - took lots of pics as a storm passed by.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! I can't say enough good things about the staff, the hotel and the location. It was everything we were looking for. We did a jungle excursion for 4 days and the morning of the excursion the hotel gave us a to-go breakfast and the staff was at the front desk at 3 am to greet us, they also held our luggage while we were gone and had it in our room when we returned 4 days later. We then were going to leave for another 4 days to hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, and again we were greeted at 5 am with breakfast and upon our return they had given us the Presidential Suite, it is the most beautiful room with an amazing view of the city. We also needed laundry done in between trips and they did that for us fast as well. The people were so friendly and kind. The actual breakfast, on the morning we left to travel home, was amazing as well. The location is perfect as well. Just a 5-10 min walk to the city center with all the restaurants and shopping. If you need somewhere to stay in Cusco, this is it. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much to the amazing staff that made us feel so welcome. Of course we booked through hotels.com, our stay included a roundtrip transfer from the airport and breakfast.

This was the best property I stayed at in Cusco - hands down. The room was huge and very clean, the food was delicious, the staff were so welcoming and I can’t recommend this place enough. The pics don’t do it justice, it’s truly an oasis in the busy city.

Beautiful stay in the heart of Cusco! The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very helpful and attentive. Our room was pristine but the only issue was that our bathroom had mold in the top of the shower and it smelled bad as soon as we used the shower. The smell didn’t go away by the morning. This may have just been our room so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Amazing boutique hotel. We had a room with a wood burning fireplace. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were super helpful and went out of their way. Great breakfast as well. A true 5 star experience.

Excellent hotel, great location, clean. I stayed both here and at Antigua Casa San Blas. Both hotels are great, but I actually preferred my stay here - more spacious bathroom, bright room. Breakfast had great fruit options. Stunning view from the dining room. Staff was welcoming and very accommodating.

Best hotel we stayed in Peru. Clean, spacious, and the view at the terrace is a killer! The bathroom floor is even heated. The concierge helped us with luggages when arrival and prepared us breakfast box at 4am for our day tour. Amazing service and hotel!!
Best hotel we stayed in Peru. Clean, spacious, and the view at the terrace is a killer! The bathroom floor is even heated. The concierge helped us with luggages when arrival and prepared us breakfast box at 4am for our day tour. Amazing service and hotel!!

Our room was on the second floor and was spacious and had an amazing view of Cusco. The bathroom was enormous with two sinks, big tub, spacious shower, and heated floors.The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location can’t be beat. A few block walk to the Plaza Mayor, Plaza San Blas, and if you’re up for it, you can walk to Saqsaywaman. I did sometime hear music at night coming from the bars and clubs nearby, but it was faint and didn’t keep me awake, plus it’s the price you pay for staying close to the main tourist area.

Out hotel stay was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The staff was amazing to meet anny of our needs, and our room was nice and clean. Really great location in Cusco as well. The only complaint is the bathroom did not have very good ventilation, so it stayed humid and steamy for a long time. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Charming hotel in an excellent location, a few minutes away from the main square. Even though San Blas is a very lively part of Cusco, the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The room wasn’t luxurious but was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and always happy to help. Breakfasts were good and the views over Cusco from the restaurant were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely go back!

Amazing location close to the main square and everything else; the property is very well maintained and most importantly the staff are amazing (front desk, restaurant, bar, etc). Breakfast and drinks were also good, would definitely consider staying here again. The only downside was rooms did not have AC so often we’re warm or humid. Otherwise, great experience and happy with our stay!

The suite was beautiful and cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace and the big jet bathtub. The suite has an amazing view of the city. This was the best place we stayed at in our trip to Perú. The staff was very efficient, friendly and accommodating specially Victor Moreno that helped us so much with information, directions and transportation. The hotel staff goes beyond their duty to make your stay in the hotel and Cusco the best experience ever. Breakfast was excellent and beautifully served.

Loved our stay at Tocuyeros! The service is exceptional here. All of the staff working are so friendly and welcoming. Mariella gave us a great welcome and run down of the neighborhood and sites in Cusco- very helpful for our first day combatting altitude sickness. Didn't catch his name but the gentleman who is in charge of the restaurant/ breakfast/ room service was very accomodating. The breakfast is personalized and they bring you fruits, cold cuts, bread and will cook other breakfast like eggs, waffles to order. We stayed in a garden room (Paracas) which was very spacious, comes with two free bottles of water, mini bar with snacks and full toiletries. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, again helpful for us as we were tired and feeling the altitude. There's beautiful views of the city in the terrace and interior restaurant window sitting area. We transferred to other hotels during our stay in Cusco which were booked by our tour company and we kept saying how we missed how wonderful Tocuyeros was by comparison. Highly recommend!

I usually travel 4 times a year to different countries and I have never experienced such wonderful service from a hotel in my entire life. You truly feel like you are at a family members house and not a hotel. Where do I begin to explain how amazing the staff is here. Let me start with the chef Freddie we mentioned we were Colombian and the next day for breakfast he brought us arepas! The front staff and waiters were also truly amazing from Eric, Lolo, Dani, Marilee, and Victor. If you go to Cusco please pick this hotel you won’t regret it!

Everyone at the Hotel was very friendly and helpful. Marilia, the receptionist was awesome and made sure we were comfortable throughout our 5 night stay there. Victor, another receptionist, ran to the office of our tour company at 3AM in the morning to check if they were open as our Rainbow Mountain trip was cancelled. We are especially grateful to Leo, the chef at their in house restaurant for taking extra care in preparing meals four our daughter with serious food allergies. She was very happy and felt safe eating here. All the meals we had were delicious and we enjoyed dining here most nights. Breakfast was also superb! Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay special! Would go there again when we visit Cusco again!

Great little boutique hotel. Service and staff was excellent. Room is very spacious, including a big bathroom. The best was the views from the second floor patio area and the main lobby sitting area. We loved hanging out in the lobby with beautiful views of Cusco over cups of tea which is always available in the lobby. Staff was always kind and attentive. Only reason I couldn’t give it a 5 star rating is because unfortunately we had an ant issue in the room. Not something that could have been fixed during our stay and they were fully booked and couldn’t move us. So finding the ants everywhere, including on the bed, made the stay a 4 star instead of 5. It wouldn’t stop us from staying there again, but hopefully next time we’re on a higher floor! Pro Tip: steps to everything including Plaza de Armas. Walkable to Sacsayhuaman. Morena was the best meal we had during our stay. Souvenir shopping in San Pedro Market was surprisingly cheaper than other places.

From the arrival at the airport, they had everything in order! Having never traveled to Peru before, to have someone waiting at the airport with your name on a placard was most relaxing. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was there and took care of our every need, including the upgrades we had no idea were included. The breakfast that was included daily was not a "serve yourself " type, they seated you and asked what you desired. Topnotch in my opinion, there are a lot of larger hotels that could learn some things from them.

My family and I stayed at Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel for six amazing nights. We first thought of staying at another high-end hotel but found this place to be more our style. I'm so glad we chose this boutique hotel. It was everything we hoped for and more. Their attention to detail was better than any other hotel I have ever stayed at! (And we travel a lot). The staff was exceptional! They were always so kind, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal! My kids, 5 and 8, took an art class with Saul and loved it! From check-in to check-out, everything is just flawless. The actual room was extremely comfortable and always clean. I can't speak enough about this hotel. I know for sure that when we return to Peru...Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel will be our first stop and the location we will be telling our friends and family to stay when they visit.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was convenient, a short walk from the Plaza de Armas. But what sets the hotel apart is the staff. So helpful and gracious - they welcomed us with tea, attended to our every want and need and even upgraded our room when we came back after trekking. Would 100% recommend.

This is a superb boutique hotel at a very convenient location. It is close to Plaza Mayor/Plaza de Armas and lots of shopping and eating places. Their service is remarkable. There is a small restaurant that serves BF and other meals upon request. Our room included BF and we really liked it. Cusco historic district has a typical Spanish town feel. Staying at Tocuyeros hotel made our vacation a wonderful experience.

This hotel was conveniently located very close to the main plaza, city centre. Don’t be alarmed by the front gate - after you ring the bell the staff are very quick to open the doors. The rooms were large and clean. The staff were exceptional and the dining was above and beyond. Our waiter, Diego, was extremely accommodating and very helpful and friendly.

Tocuyeros was a great place to stay to explore Cusco. The hotel staff was super accommodating to all our needs, including packing a breakfast for early departures and helping us arrange rides and excursions. Their breakfasts were made to order and very tasty. All the staff were very nice and helpful. They even gave us a free room upgrade. I would totally stay here again if I made another trip to Cusco.

The staff was WONDERFUL! Our room was large and quiet and had everything we needed. A surprise was the delicious food we were served for dinner! Best food I ate in Cusco! I can’t say enough nice things about our experience at the Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel. It’s hard to figure out where to stay when you’ve never been to a place before. But the location was PERFECT! I loved that we were off a busy street, sheltered by thick walls, yet at the same time, close to everything we wanted to do in Cusco. Again, the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. I loved that we were off a busy street, sheltered by thick walls, yet at the same time, close to everything we wanted to do in Cusco. Again, the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Tocuyeros Hotel, for making our trip to Peru unforgettable.

Excelente descoberta em Cusco! Equipe muito cordial, hotel muito bonito e confortável, próximo à Plaza de Armas! O restaurante Refúgio é EXCELENTE! Como ficamos hospedados duas noites, o transfer para o aeroporto estava incluído! Deixo um agradecimento especial ao Erick e a Dani! Voltaria facilmente para este hotel!

Excellent, Quiet and tranquil location setback from the crowds and traffic noise yet minutes walk to the historic centre of Plaza de Armas with its alpaca shops and eateries Very spacious, clean and comfortable beds with wall mounted hot water radiators as a bonus- a rarity in Peru Cooked to order breakfast a treat instead of the usual buffet style offerings in most hotels Staff are attentive, charming, go out of their way to assist and recommend, always on hand to offer suggestions Highly recommended as a luxury accommodation for your stay in Cusco

Beautiful views and well situated on top of a hill. It was very cold. Radiators are only on 6pm to 6am. Heating was inconsistent on second floor - stayed in apartment and suite and requested heat turned on numerous times. The Pres Suite (Expedia promoted as 1 left and there is only 1) is right above a music conservatory who practices from midday until evening, except weekends. Staff is very accommodating and they make a great latte. The streamed jazz in the main hall was a plus. Ample teas and things to make altitude adjustment easier.
