Bra beliggenhet for å utforske praha. Rommet var liten, men helt greit. Sengen var hard. Bra med parkering i kjelleren, men litt 35€ er for dyrt.

Todo muy bien. Súper conveniente ubicación. Todo muy bonito nuevo y limpio. La sábanas y las almohadas increíblemente cómodas. Lo único es que este no es un hotel cinco estrellas, debería ser cuatro estrellas. El gimnasio es ridículamente pequeño

Loved the hotel. Location great. Easy walking distance from all sites, bars and restaurants. The only thing missing, considering this is classed as a 5* hotel is a hotel bar. There was an adjoining restaurant, but it was very much detached from the hotel. It wasn’t conducive to just ‘meeting up in the hotel bar’.

Fint hotell lätt att åka till från motorvägen. Det mesta är billigt i Prag även detta lyxhotell. Kul med garage hiss

Great location with easy access to city center, parking facilities are an experience with elevator but very safe. Fresh and so mod,great quiet place

God beliggenhed med rigtig fin parkeringskælder dog var den meget dyr 35 Euro Per nat for parkering ellers fint hotel men små værelser.

Hotel is reasonably well priced in a central location, with loads of shops and bars. However it is not a 5*, the gym is tiny with around 3-4 machines, and the concierge service is not adequate enough to be a 5*. However I would say it was well priced.

There is just a small car elevator to the car park, fee is 35euro/night, however my Tesla did not fit so I could not park in the car park and had to find parking on the street. It was terrible… the car was vandalized overnight… it is not a save environment at night and the hotel parking was not usable…

I found the room to be nice, but they clearly haven’t been vacuuming. I looked under the bed and found giant dust bunnies, socks that weren’t mine, and some paper trash. The blinds are not blackout. Front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was ok but was hoping for better. I don’t think I’d stay here. It was disappointing.

Nice location close to the central bus and train station. The hotel, at least the room we had, have seen better days. The carpet is dirt, it has water damage close to the bathroom. Bathroom also is worn, need a refurbish. Bed is hard and uncomfortable.

Buona la posizione per visitare la città, ben servita. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare.

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to all attractions/areas of Prague. The cleaning of the rooms was a bit hit and miss but was ok. Good things about the hotel - safe in the room simple to use and free of charge. Mini bar is a good size so you can use it as a fridge for a few small items Hairdyer was powerful and good quality Free toiletries replaced every day I wouldnt rate this property as a 5 star. It was quite noisy with heavy doors banging the geating control in my room wasnt working though i visited in December and the room was constantly hot so had to open the window a lot! Carpet in the room could do with a clean. Bathroom nice and the shower was excellent. Overall a good hotel for location and staff were pleasant.

청소 잘 안하는 듯 머리카락이 침대에 그대로 있었음 주말 밤에는 밖에서 소리지르는것 다 들림 아침에는 옆방에 나가는 소리 다들림 이거 두개 말고는 완벽함

The room was very well equipped with many amenities although the space is quite limited and thus appeared quite cramped. It will be great if they can do something to add more space to place all these. Oddly there is no knob or rack inside the shower room and bathroom to hang your clothes or towels. So, it is extremely inconvenient and challenging whenever we used the shower room because we have hang our dry clothes and towels outside the door and reach for them after the shower. We like the lobby that is very brightly litted and the variety of food served at the breakfast table. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. Staff are generally very approachable and helpful. Location wise, it's like what the other reviews say, it is well connected to Metro and tram. There is a supermarket near the metro and a relatively good pho eatery opposite the hotel. Despite the minor flaws, it is still a good place to anchor in Prague.

Einnähe gutes Hotel; super gelegen, tolles Frühstück, modern eingerichtet; nur die Klimaanlage ist auf das Bett gerichtet gewesen in unserem Zimmer und das war unpraktisch und verhinderte einen guten Schlaf, da es ohne nicht auszuhalten ist.

Very spacious room, close to the metro and downtown. Loved it!

Only paid £105 for 3 nights so wasn’t expecting too much. It’s easy to find,the staff were helpful and polite but we only interacted with them on check in and out. The room (706) was small. The sink was in the bedroom and the shower room/toilet was tiny. Really small for a 5 star. Room was spotless. Bed was comfy but is 2 singles together and 2 separate duvets like they do in Europe which some people might not like. There was nowhere to sit other than one buffet. Tea coffee in room but 2 sachets of each including sugar. Strong smell in room of whatever air freshener they use but not a problem for us. Air con in this room-it worked and you needed it. It was February and the room was roasting. Main drawback is no bar and when you arrive late it would be nice to have one. There is a restaurant linked but not somewhere you’d really just go for a drink. Room did have a mini bar but fridge wasn’t cold and prices high as you’d expect. You have to walk into city centre which may be an issue but there’s loads of trams. Loads of places close to shop close by. If you don’t mind a small,cheap room then it’s great. If the room has been bigger then I’d say it was good but it was pretty average

Great location. Clean and modern hotel and rooms. Bathroom was without a sink and it was placed in the room itself which was strange. The sink was dripping water so we had to put a towel under it to prevent water to splash on the floor. Breakfast was a joke. Out of bread and juice and in general pretty lousy selection. The staff did not seem that eager to refil/restock anything. Baguetteplace almost right next to the hotel was 10x better.

Da jeg bestilte rommet, la jeg inn ønske om et stille rom mot bakgården, men det fikk vi dessverre ikke. Vi flyttet over til nabohotellet Grandior, hvor vi fikk et større, bedre og … helt stille rom i tre dager.

War ausreichend um ein paar Tage in Prag zu verbringen. Der Abfluss des Waschenbeckens floss nicht richtig ab, schien verstopft zu sein. Räume sehr hellhörig, das Zuschmeißen der Zimmertüren der anderen Gäste war sehr deutlich zu hören, auch wenn auf dem Flur Geräusche waren, hat man diese deutlich im Zimmer wahrgenommen

Wir hatten noch eine Übernachtung in Prag gebucht nach unserem Marienbad Ausflug und haben aufgrund der angeblich sehr guten Garage das neue renovierten Hotel Urban Creme gebucht. Die Garage ist mit einem Aufzugs – hatte ich vorher noch nie diese Erfahrung – sehr gut erreichbar und es funktioniert alles perfekt. Es waren noch Parkplätze frei. Das Auto darf nicht so groß sein und noch nicht zu breit. Das Personal am Ankunftstag war sehr unfreundlich besonders unfreundlich war Frau Marie. Aufgrund des Status bei hotel.com, bekam ich ein Upgrade, und wir konnten ein etwas größeres Zimmer beziehen. Leider ließ sich dort die Balkontüre nicht öffnen. Mein Schwiegervater bekam ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einer sehr gewöhnungsbedürftigen Dusche. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut es ist sehr zentral und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe und wird in einem Restaurant im gleichen Gebäude des Hotels serviert. Es gab kein dunkles Brot auf meine Frage würde nach circa 10 Minuten eines gebracht, das frisch auf gebacken wurde. Die Auswahl war sehr übersichtlich. Wenn ich jetzt etwas Gutes erwähnen müsste, sind das die frisch gemachten Spiegeleier, die wirklich gut waren. Die meisten Kaffeetassen und Teller waren zerbrochen und es war schwer, einige vollständige Kaffeetassen zu finden. Kurz um das Frühstück war nicht gut. Einige der Mitarbeiter konnten nicht tschechisch und auch kein Englisch. Dieses Hotel kann man nicht weiter empfehlen.

Super convenient location. Also the staff was super helpful. Particularly Asan and Amalia made my stay fantastic. When you com with extra requests and as long the request is reasonable the staff always try to approach you. Once again thank you guys!

Staff were amazing! It was a lovely hotel, spacious room & great location! Walking distance to everything! The hotel gifted us a lovely bottle of wine that went down a treat! Thank you :)

the hotel is in a good location and the cleaning was perfect the staff only one lady was very professional and nice the rest were very cold they didn’t honour the promised to offer to upgrade for the gold member we went away for the night and came back as i had no choice because i have already paid otherwise i wouldn’t come back they advertised for attracting the business but when you there they didn’t offered anything at all i would never go back even though the hotel is perfect and very clean i will never go back as prague has a lots of nice hotel

Det tog 45 min att köa till incheckningen vilket är helt oacceptabelt. Det arbetade bara en person i receptionen. Jag bad om ett rum med badkar och fick veta att jag fått det men när jag gick upp på rummet var där inget badkar. När jag gick tillbaka sa de att det var sista rummet, men efter det sålde de ett rum till en av mina vänner. Det var alltså en lögn. Sängen var alldeles för hård, badrummet fläckigt på golvet. Saknades krokar för handduk nära duschen.

Horrible communication. I couldn't call there. Reception is terrible.

The property is fairly new and rooms are amazingly well managed with great front office team. The connectivity of hotel with both central station and old town square is great. I highly recommend Urban Creme for stay.

We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4, the room was very comfortable and cleaned daily, with shower gels, shampoos, etc replenished too. Tram stop is right outside so very convenient for getting into the centre. It is also very walkable to most of the sights too, about 10-15 minutes. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning, and there was plenty option. There is a mini bar, and kettle for tea and coffee in the room. The staff were very helpful when we needed anything.

The lady who checked me in was not polite. I questioned her about VIP benefits and she said that it would be in the room. I noticed a small bottle of wine and thought to myself that it couldn’t be VIP benefit but later on was told that it was from VIP minibar. Anyway, they gave me the VIP benefit wine bottle the next day

Da jeg bestilte rommet, la jeg inn ønske om et stille rom mot bakgården, men det fikk vi dessverre ikke. Herşey anlatıldığı gibiydi. Odamız yeterince büyüktü ve gerekli herşey mevcuttu. Hergün temizlendi. Gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Toplu ulasım hemen önünde. Market ve avmler çok yakın. Tavsiye ederim. Tekrar gelicek olursam yine bu oteli tercih ederim.

Perfect stay - good location to visit Prague

Gute Lage nah zur Altstadt und angenehme Erreichbarkeit mit der Linie C vom Hauptbahnhof.

Hotellet ligger sentrumsnært. Og enkelt å reise til fra flyplassen med kollektivtransport.

Le séjour était très satisfaisant dans l’ensemble. Le seul bémol concerne la gestion des aliments frais : ils restaient exposés à température ambiante assez longtemps. Par exemple, il n'y avait pas de table réfrigérée au buffet du matin, ce qui rendait le beurre mou. Cela pourrait être amélioré pour garantir une meilleure conservation et fraîcheur des produits.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und man ist in ca 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Auch der Lidl in der Nähe ist praktisch. Die Tiefgarage haben wir aufgrund der hohen Kosten nicht genutzt. Wir haben 20 min entfernt geparkt. Das Frühstück war für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht gut. Es gab sehr harte Brötchen am ersten Tag und insgesamt war die Auswahl nicht gut. Das hätten wir uns auch sparen können. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer, wo durchaus zwei Stühle mehr Sinn gemacht hätten. Ansonsten sehr sauber und schön gemacht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war in den Innenhof, was nicht so toll war, aber wir haben auch nichts erwartet. Wir würden wieder kommen, aber dann vermutlich ohne Frühstück buchen.

Es una pena que la habitación, en la planta séptima, solo tuviera vistas a un patio interior. El desayuno es muy flojo, incomprensible en un hotel de cinco estrellas, aunque en España este hotel sería de cuatro

Mycket bra läge, gångavstånd till det mesta. Märklig, ohygienisk lösning med handfat i hallen. Frukosten hade mer att önska. Utbudet var klent, äggröra, stekt o kokt ägg inget bacon eller korv förrän sista dagen. Mycket var slut o man fick påminna om att fylla på, bestick, servetter, tallrikar, koppar o mat. Sist en kaffemaskin som inte fungerade. Nej bättre är vi vana vid . Receptionen bemannad hela tiden men dom behöver jobba på kundmötet. Man kändes inte sedd överhuvudtaget.
