Beautiful small hotel overlooking the city. Quiet, wonderful pool. The best service ever. Nice, nice people. We've stayed there several times and love every minute. Incredible view from the pool. The restaurant is fantastic but pricey. All-around wonderful experience.

Wonderful service and view. The juice was not worth the squeeze. The pool left much to be desired (no umbrellas, not heated, area needs maintenance). The worst part though was our bed was inches from the A/C unit. Cold blowing on your face all night is not comfortable. I paid for an above average experience but did not get it. The room set up was no impressive. Bed should be moved to another wall. A table should be on both sides of bed. Counter space in bathroom is sad. I will say again that the staff was so kind and helpful. Just too bad the room was so disappointing.

We enjoyed the view, pool and hot tub, and on site restaurant. It is worth the hype! Loved the breakfast delivered to the room too! Will be back

Had to check in at 1am due to getting caught in traffic around Vegas. Staff called to check in on us and was more than available when we finally arrived. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. The views were great. Breakfast was delivered very soon after ordering and was delicious. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. Would love to stay there again.

Rooms were beautiful, views stunning, hot tub at night overlooked whole city. Breakfast delivered to the room, beautiful and delicious. Parking was a bit tough, because the restaurant is so popular. 10/10 recommend

Hotel parking was taken by restaurant parking . Maybe have room assigned parking painted on to parking adjacent to hotel rooms?( for weary travellers after a long drive) Other than that everything is tops!

Fantastic hotel. Beds were so comfy and room was clean. The best part is the view. Will definitely make this place our new stay every time we come into town. Parking lot gets full at night, we did end up having to park across the small street.

When we checked-in it was 108 degrees. The pool area was directly exposed to the sun. The property had one small shaded area that housed 2 chairs. Not one umbrella!!! No way could we utilize the pool with this kind of heat and no shade. To get ice you had to go into the restaurant to get some. The restaurant was okay but over-priced.

We were excited to stay for the view and to swim and enjoy the hot tub. I would give the stay an 8 out of 10. The pool wasn't heated which prevented us from swimming and the breakfast hours were only until 9:30am. I thought it was closed at 10:30. I think breakfast should be available longer.

The view is amazing and just so beautiful. Everything else is a 1 star. There was a stain on the sheets. I found a bug in the tub. When I called the front desk to let them know I wouldn’t be needing breakfast in the morning no one answered. It was the middle of the day. I got stranded at Zion and they couldn’t give me the name of a driver but when I called Red Mountain Resort where I had a spa service booked they were able to give me six and the first person I called was amazing and professional. When they restocked the coffee pods one was damaged. The mattress dipped really badly and there was no in-room safe. Fine for one night but I wouldn’t come here again for a four night stay.

Clean room, friendly staff very functional room.

From the moment I walked in I could tell this was a locally owned place. The whole property was clean, and they make sure to hire people that care as much as they do to make sure the property stays clean. The rooms are cute, they put little chocolates on the bed, they fold the towels into a cute design. They bring a little breakfast to you with a glass of orange juice. The view is amazing at night and especially from the pool and hot tub. I am very picky with beds, shower, and especially hot tubs and they exceeded my expectations with all of it. The second the jets came on in the hot tub I could tell they care about the people who stay there and want to make sure they come back. There was no nasty color foam, which I look for, that you see at so many franchise and big chain establishments. Our son is going to school there so we will come back and will not stay anywhere else but this place. The price is no different than any other place but if it was more expensive I still would stay there because, for me, I would rather pay a little more to make sure the people that own the place I am staying at care about the quality they are giving their guests. Big chains and places only care about a quick turnover but not if the room is actually clean or if their hot tub is clean. This place cares about every aspect of your stay and hires only people that care as much as them or it would reflect in some aspect of the place. I saw nothing but care.

The in on the cliff is exceptional. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast tray they bring in the am is so fresh and good ( don’t skip it) the staff was warm and welcoming. It felt like a mini vacation in its self.

The room was immaculate. The carpet had even been cleaned. All staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and the view from the cliff was amazing.

Front desk workers were all really great. Our bathroom was not the cleanest, there was soap residue left in the tub. And even though it is a non smoking property, several times when we were sitting outside on the balcony we could smell cigarette smoke and had to go back inside the room because it was so strong

The view of the city is amazing, so kudos to the location. That said, the rooms are in need of updating and/or better cleaning.

At first glance it looked super updated and clean but upon closer look the cleaning was not done great ( found a giant wad of hair on the carpet) and the door knob to the bathroom was half assed put on the door. The toilets could use updating because even with just #1 it had a hard time flushing. Beautiful view and kind service though.

This was one of the most comfortable rooms we have stayed in. The huge king bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The view was spectacular-day and night! The shower and bathroom were great. We were only 15 minutes from the Tuhacan amphitheater- which worked out perfectly.

The room was amazing - wonderful views of St. George and the breakfast was great - delivered to our room each day we were there! Very relaxing, looking forward to our next visit!

Probably the best views of Old Staint George. The hotel is small but makes it feel very personal. The room was clean and had been updated. It didn't smell like an old hotel like sometimes happens but clean.

I would definitely recommend staying on the top floor if you don’t want to hear a heard of elephants walking around above you all night. Overall it was amazing and we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. We lived our room, but wished they had a microwave in the room. The pool was a little cold in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again.

Great views. Cute and comfy room. Very comfortable beds and nicely laid out rooms. Air conditioning was alittle loud.

Views were beautiful! Property was very clean and well- kept. Bed was adequately comfortable; pillows were hard with only one type available. Upon check-in, staff failed to advise that breakfast is pre-fix, only delivered to room and must be requested.

Everything about this trip has been wonderful from the service to the room my expectations were exceeded! The food at the connected restaurant was fantastic and the atmosphere was great! The view in the room, at the restaurant, and at the pool is absolutely incredible! We’re here for our honeymoon and they had a cheesecake waiting for us in our room when we got there, and at the restaurant they gave us a dessert to celebrate! We will definitely be coming again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The young lady that assisted me at 12am was so welcoming, after a long day, it really makes a difference how someone greets you. The customer service is exceptional!! The area was so clean and room service was amazing. The location of the Inn is seriously the best; the sunrises were my favorite. The restaurant food was wonderful, and again the staff exceeded all expectations. I will certainly stay here again!

Staff is incredibly unfriendly. The room we eventually rented was available around 2:00 but couldn’t check in until 3:00. Then they abandoned the lobby until 3:15. Won’t be coming back.

The young lady who checked me in could not have been nicer. She corrected a reservation problem quickly and with a smile and made sure I had a first floor room to accommodate my mobility issues. Check-in’s rarely go so smoothly…she really made me actually feel welcome. Thank you’

I took my mom here for her birthday. We had a great time. Every hotel room has a balcony where you can lookout and see the city. The steakhouse on-site was on point. From our table we had a 180 degree view of the city. The food and cocktails were good. The hotel manager gave my mom a few complimentary items for her bday. The staff was pleasant. Our room was clean. I would stay here again.

We have stayed here multiple times and we decided to extend our stay by two days, which did not get communicated to the front desk, which was odd to us

The entire staff was very forthcoming and helpful from the front desk clerk to Destiny and her trainee in the dining room who were great to the greeters at the restaurant. Great friendly staff. Beautiful view of the valley and mountains from our room and balcony.

The front office staff was not a very good experience. I arrived a 1:00pm the office staff was on phone. She advised we could not check in until 3:00. I asked was the room available she replied yes and it was not busy, she said it is our policy not to check anyone in until 3;00 pm. I said it doesn't seem busycsnd you said the room was available, she responded it's our policy. So I drove around in the rain for 2 hrs for policy sake..

View was great . I arrived at 2:41 and went to check in and was told check in was 3:00 and house keeping was still working. They never checked to see if my room was ready . I sat in my car and could see all rooms. I went back in lobby at 2:55 and sat down. At 2:56 another guest came in and was told the same thing. At 2:59 he call me up tho check in. My room was ready at 2:40 when I arrived so instead of letting me go to my room they made me wait in my car. The did offer to let me in the pool. What kind of customer service is this. I’ve never had a hotel do this to me. It may not seem like a big deal but after driving a long ways it pissed me off.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff! The room was cozy and inviting, with a private balcony overlooking the city and the red cliffs. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast delivered to my room each morning. It’s a great location too, less than 10 minutes away from places like Pioneer Park, Red Hills Desert Garden, and historic downtown. Loved my stay here and hope to come back soon!

I love everything about staying at this hotel when I come to St. George. It's so convenient to everything, ,The rooms are really nice The View is incredible. The service is great and they have really good pool hours.

The staff is what makes this hotel great. Easy parking and check in on arrival. The view, pool,and breakfast were the highlights of the hotel. There is not much around the actual hotel but you can use a delivery service or take a quick drive down to the stores or restaurants.

Great location with amazing views over St George.

Fantastic hotel, with great views, very nice rooms and friendly staff. We normally stay at one of the major hotel chains for points and we basically know what to expect, but decided to go here based on the reviews and photos and I am very glad we did. It’s not right off the Hwy, but still very close and accessible, will definitely stay again when traveling through St George.

The view from our room was spectacular. St. George is a pleasant city, extremely easy to navigate around and the property's proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. was awesome. Additionally, while Zion Park is close (took us an hour to drive there) there is a fantastic state park (Snow Canyon) and reserve (Red Cliffs National Conservation area) within 15-20 minutes that offered awesome hikes and gorgeous scenery. Highly recommend the area as well as the property.

Location and view

Overall good experience. Lovely front desk staff. Beautiful view. Be sure to try the Cliffside restaurant that was a highlight. We stayed one night with no car, if you stayed longer a car or daily Uber rides would be needed to see local attractions. Continental breakfast was a nice touch!

The Cliffside view was beautiful! The breakfast box delivered to our room every morning was so nice and delicious! The restaurant had outstanding food, service and the view from the balcony was great! We will return!

We have stayed at the end several times the rooms are very clean. Unfortunately the breakfast choices are very limited and we are kind of tired of the same thing, but I think that it is a nice breakfast for those who have never been here before there are no secondary juice choices or any substitutions.

It was beautiful but not what I expected…. No cream for coffee when you wake up. They want to bring food to your room which might be nice for some people but I wake up early since I’m from the east coast and didn’t want to wait till 7. No alcohol at the fine dining restaurant. But the food was really really good!! Beautiful place and also extremely clean!!!

Arrived early but was unable to get our room. Went downtown but it was pretty dead since it was Sunday. Also was looking foreword to dining at the restaurant but it to was closed.

Fabulous view, dinner at restaurant and lovely breakfast. Staff was superior. Highly recommend this wonderful inn.
