Residence Inn Florence

I booked the motel because Hotels.com showed a hot tub at this location.'t When I arrived and asked about it I was told they didn't have one. That was the only reason I booked it.

Awesome staff, front desk to cleaning and breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. My wife and I have stayed in places more expensive with worst service.

Room was clean and Ms. Angel at the front desk got me checked in quickly. The true queen on staff was MS. Cynthia she made breakfast feel like you were eating at your Aunties house. Will definitely be back next year!!!

Our hotel room was a prepaid stay through Hotels.com. However, the hotel charged three charges to our credit card upon checkin. We asked why we needed to run our card more than the one time for incidentals. The gentleman checking us in told us their system wasn’t working properly. It’s a very unnerving situation trying to get this resolved after checking my credit card account and finding the fraudulent charges.

The room was large and clean. New. The breakfast was great. I've stayed at Residence Inns a few times and have always had excellent experiences.
