Wasn’t a breakfast just pancakes

Breakfast was lackluster, parking was limited Communication with housekeeping staff was extremely difficult, no extra trash receptacles on my floor, pool was not available

It's not the Ritz Carlton hotel but for $65/ night is an awesome deal as I am relocating to Charlotte and want something cheap but clean. This place meets my needs and expectations.

I've stayed at three different hotels in the Charlotte area over the past three weeks that were in the $55-65/per night range and this was by far the best bang for the dollar. I would rank this at the same level as a Holiday Inn Express hotel in terms of value, cleanliness, and other amenities. In fact, I liked it so much that I'm staying here again this week.

Very convenient to Carowinds and kid friendly. Rooms are clean and in good repair. They will not wow you or let you down. They have waffles. If you don't like waffles you might not be impressed. Waffles are kid and this dad friendly though. Will stay here every time we are down for overnight Carowinds trip.
