Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites

Clean hotel - nice Irish pub at end of street right out of the hotel - not much else to do but. Lose to the airport and cruise port - staff at front desk excellent and friendly- extremely helpful. I would stay here again - Free shuttle back and forth to airport - $15 shuttle to cruise port - hint , pre-book shuttle prior to return from cruise . We got one but FUNTASTIC shuttle service came for us - highly recommend them !!!

The pool was not open for use

Free shuttle from airport for 1 night before a cruise. Shuttle driver was so nice! Front desk lady was quick and friendly as well. Breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, etc. Woman in the breakfast area did a great job with keeping up with the waves of people that came in. They provided transportation to the cruise port too. I think it cost extra, but we didnt need it. Nice that it was available though.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Called them when we arrived at airport and they sent a van to pick us up and bring us to the hotel. After check in, we asked about recommendations for dinner. We were given a few suggestions and a map. Restaurant was very good and we walked there in less than 10 minutes. They arranged pickup next morning for transport to port.

Hotel could use one other treadmill. Otherwise fantastic deal for one night for our group of six.

Fair price for room. Though airport shuttle is free, we waited longer than we're accustomed to.

Very nice room and the shuttle service was a big plus. The self serve laundry was helpful too. Everyone was accommodating and friendly.

Was disappointed that property did not look as clean as I expected. There were several areas that looked like carpet had not been vacuumed, wallpaper peeling, no body wash in shower dispenser, etc. Otherwise, the hotel was acceptable for a quick stay prior to our cruise.

Free shuttle was nice. Facilities were a bit worn down and the room smelled musty. Staff were nice and breakfast was just your normal hotel breakfast. It was a decent price for a one night stay ahead of our cruise after a late flight.

I booked for three nights and was only stay for one due to the conditions of the rooms. Dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The nicest area was at the entrance, that’s it, gets worse from there. The literal rug leading to the elevator looked like it hadn’t been swept in ages. The first room I stayed in had some brown spots splattered on the door leading to the bathroom, found hair in the bathroom and on the toilet. They did offer a new room and were quick with the change., so that was appreciated. The second room smell moldy, like place that hasn’t been aired out in a while and bathroom had a scent to it, don’t know how to describe it, but not a good bathroom scent. Found a bug in the second room and they came to check it out, and the offered to fumigate the room while I switched to another room. I had hope that the 3rd room would be better, but the scent was the worst of them all. I offered to pay to upgrade to a better room, but was told they are all the same type of rooms. Decided to check out instead of staying the remaining nights I had left. The exterior wasn’t the cleanest, but nothing too extreme, just a few cigarette stubs littering the area. I have to commend the staff on their responsiveness though, because they were quick to respond and fairly pleasant. Despite that, would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I’m actually surprised at the amount of good reviews they have.

Check in was great. Our room had a musty smell. Almost felt like everything was a bit sticky - enough to make it noticeable.

Staff was great, our shuttle driver was excellent, breakfast was good. Beds are very comfortable. But there was leftover food in our fridge and the shower container was empty of conditioner. Room looked clean but was it?

Old property. The room was dirty and had hair on the shower from the last guest..

The room we was assigned too had bathroom issues. The toilet would not flush, the sink backed up wirh water. Called front desk - he brought a plunger for ME to clear the toilet issues!!!! Wow, never experienced that before. The room was dusty & old- not clean. Cannot close curtains due to old style AC unit. Airport transfer was good.

Very happy with my stay. The decor is somewhat dated, but the hotel is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Perfect for plane spotting, just be sure to ask for a room with a view of the runway/airport.

Very close to the airport. Only a single shuttle so not as reliable without considering rideshares. Rooms are very spacious as any older faciliity but there age of the facility is is also notable in the carpets, tV monitors and elevator.

Great stay for a night before my flight! Free airport transportation and breakfast were a plus. Room was comfy and spacious. Highly recommend for airport convenience! 👍

The property was ok for a night. Felt dated and the ac in the room was noisy.

Airport shuttle arrived after half an hour. In the morning it was 5 min late, but drove fast. Didn’t ask us about the door entrance closest to gate. Room was large, clean very comfortable beds. Stuff very helpfull all around. Basic breakfast too much white breads, omlet & cheese mix.

The fact that it was so quiet being right next to Miami International Airport.

Check-in was quick. The staff took a long time to make up the room on Saturday and I had to call while I was out to request that they not forget. The food at the breakfast area is very good. In-room lighting over the microwave/refrigerator area is very poor. Lighting conditions overall could be made brighter.

The shuttle service was one of big the best amenities of the hotel. The breakfast was nice though I really didn’t get to enjoy it as much as would have liked. The room was clean but there were issues. Housekeeping is subpar. Finally, while the front desk was good overall, the one lady that worked there (she’s on the heavy set build) she was rude and always gave you a pissed off look when approaching her. Not good at all,

Shuttle driver and the front desk employee were amazing and very helpful when we arrived. Please make sure you give them their flowers arrived on 8/3 at 11:50pm shuttle stop runs at 12am both parties were amazing to me and my family. They made sure we reached safely and avoided us calling an uber/lyft so late. I really appreciated that, the smallest gesture goes a long way. They didn't had to do it. Big thanks to you guys I really wish I got both of you guys names. I was exhausted traveling all day. The date can help management.

The desk got very busy late at night with the arrival of international flights. They were well staffed and immediately added extra desk staff to accomodate us quickly. Very nice for a tired traveler. Bed very comfortable.

Food options are limited around the hotel if you don’t have a car. Doesn’t feel that safe walking around at night. The area is not well lit.

I liked the airport shuttle service, the drivers were very courteous, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good, it was somewhat noisy into the late evening but manageable, plus we were on the front of the building facing the airport, the back of the building it maybe wouldn’t be as loud, the only real issue was the lack of restaurants close by, some fast food within a 15-20 minute walk, but no quality eateries, over all a decent hotel for the price!!

We liked how close it was to the airport. It was the perfect spot for us to stay after a long flight. We also appreciated that they offered options for us to get to our cruise port. Made the morning of travel easy as well.

This is an older hotel but it’s clean and in a great convenient location from the airport, cruise terminal & shopping. I enjoyed my stay there and will stay there again.

Really nice hotel for the convenience and very quiet area. There are eateries within walkable distance. Includes free shuttle to and from airport and the driver was very informative and friendly. Would definitely book again

Breakfast was good with many choices

It was an okay place to stay. The breakfast was not that good. The pancake maker was broken. Also, there was alot of noise on the floor from other guests.

I love that it offered free shuttle service from & to the airport. We had an 8:30am flight & received a courtesy call to our room for drop off service at 6:15am. The staff was very polite & courteous offering places to order or dine for drinks. The shuttle was very well maintained & clean as well as hotel. Everyone was very professional & helpful. The only complaint is that breakfast begins at 6:30am instead of 6am at most hotels. However, they do offer grab & go bags. I would stay here again.

Great one night stay at the BW. We chose it because the airport shuttle starts at 4am and runs until midnight. We left before breakfast but they gave us a to-go bag with a granola bar, a yogurt, an apple, and a bottle of water. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

Staff are very nice. Breakfast is great. Hot water and coffee are available all day long.
