Breakfast staff very nice. Food was yummy. Pool was freezing!!!! It was one of the reasons we picked that hotel as I took the grandkids with us. That was disappointing.

The sheets on the pullout were stained. There was no housekeeping on the next day after arrival. Stayed Thursday through Saturday morning. The pool looked a little green. The food at the complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best. A bagel had mold on it. Best part was the waffle machine and muffins. It would be fine for a night while going further west or cannot finish the drive to the eastern part of PA. Not a destination, but there are places around to eat either fast food by Beaver Valley Mall or a few restaurants nearby.

Huge decline over prior stats, they’ve clearly stopped maintaining the property. Pervasive smell in the whole building, pool was unheated, shower curtains half a foot too short to actually keep water off the floor, etc.

Nick and His staff are top notch! The hotel was wonderful, clean, and nice. The pool was great! The breakfast was great! Next time we are in the area that is where we are going to stay!

We had to ask for a room change because there were dead stink bugs and other tiny bugs by the window and on the carpet. We cleaned those up, but living stink bugs came out. Ewww! Our second room was bug free, but carpets had not been vacuumed for a while.

Great, modern looking, spacious room. All staff were friendly and helpful. Close to shopping, restaurants, and fuel. Breakfast bar had good selections. Entrance and exit was easy once I found it. Hotel is very quiet except for some traffic noise. The wall temperature control made it easy to keep a comfortable room temperature (it was very quiet all the time)!

Really need to change television size. In todays aga of tv's, 32" is $20 less than a 55" so have some pitty on the older generation and upgrade them so you can actually see the tv guide on the screen without getting out of bed to do so. Otherwise very nice place to stay

Overall the hotel was nice. My biggest issue was that the hot water for the shower was always Luke warm, whether you showered at night morning or afternoon.

I have stayed at this property several weeks a year. I was disappointed about the hospitality aspect of this property. Most of the staff were not engaging. I did not feel welcomed.

Check out wasn’t until 12, I drove 18 hours with children to go to a funeral, I didn’t arrive until late anyways so not getting my full stay regardless then I had loud neighbors and rude. At 8am the house keeping lady came and again at 10 and again at 11.

Expedia sold me a room that was not available. The front desk employee simply informed me that there were no rooms available and began to dismiss the issue. He only began to search for a room after I informed him that I had just proposed and I had my fiancé in the car waiting. The employee then accessed his computer to look for a room, left to check a room, then returned stating that there was another room available (not the king that I purchased through Expedia), and charged me $153.02 for that room. It wasn’t an upgrade charge to the room that I had already purchased; rather an entirely different charge as if I purchased 2 rooms. One of which was not available. I’ve requested from Expedia a return of my funds that were stolen by way of selling me a product that I never received because it was never available. This was handled terribly and I need it corrected as soon as possible.

The property was very clean and well cared for.Very well lighted at night The people at the front desk were excellent and very caring The only complaint I have is the person in charge of the breakfast on Sunday and Monday was not as helpful as the front desk . I asked her for a cloth to pick up a spill that someone had spilled and was dripping on the floor didn’t want anyone to trip so I was going to clean it didn’t ask her to do it and she said with a attitude go ask the desk .They were busy so I used the napkins to wipe it up . She was just seemed very rude Sorry but it really bother me her attitude I work with the public every day and treat everybody the way I like to be treated. We all have a job that is very demanding and I understand but other the that great stay

Hotel is very quiet except for some traffic noise. The wall temperature control made it easy to keep a comfortable room temperature (it was very quiet all the time)!

Great, modern looking, spacious room. All staff were friendly and helpful. Close to shopping, restaurants, and fuel. Breakfast bar had good selections. Entrance and exit was easy once I found it. The entrance from the street needs a sign. The person who checked us in was basically whispering her communications to me. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. Was it her first night? Not good.

It all seemed very new and stylish. VERY comfortable bed and pillows. Great bathroom and lighting. The large sign for the hotel is about 75 yards ahead of the entrance. That was confusing.

It was simple but refreshing and cozy. I loved the pineapple water at the front desk. However, the hot food selection, left a lot to be desired. The limpy, thin bacon was swimming in grease. There were really no good choices. Even the Comfort Inn up the street offers, sausage biscuits and gravy, grits, and different breakfast meats. The air conditioner was like an alarm clock which was always loudly pulsating, even through the night...which woke me up.

It’s a very nice property in Monaca. I have stayed here prior to Covid and i did notice a few changes. My wife’s only complaint was the breakfast…she was hoping they would have the overnight oats and delicious pound cake they offered before, but no luck. There was no daily housekeeping, no “to-go” breakfast when leaving prior to the normal breakfast time. Our room wasn’t ready at check in but a hour later, it was. Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. The staff all were very friendly and accommodating. All in all, a good stay

Nick and His staff are top notch! The hotel was wonderful, clean, and nice. The pool was great! The breakfast was great! Next time we are in the area that is where we are going to stay!

Breakfast was horrible. They never came to make beds. They only left new towels and never picked up old used ones. The heater smells like someone peed in it. I witnessed the thr breakfast staff yelling at a woman trying to make waffles. All around bad experience and won't stay here again.

Loved the walk-in shower. However, for safety, it should have grab rails / bars inside. First time used, the floor was slippery, and there was no non-skid on the floor. This could become a legal liability issue if somebody falls. Breakfast was boring. Same-o, same-o, every morning x 5 night stay. Eggs, bacon .... Everything else was pre-packaged or individually wrapped. No "cooked" oatmeal, nor biscuits and gravy. Consequently, I went out to eat breakfast. My choice. Otherwise, my stay and quiet, clean, and comfortable. Given other choices in area, I would probably stay here again.

Good clean hotel. My king suite had 2 tvs microwave frig sofa coffee table and a big desk area. Breakfast was good. Omelets fruit cereal bacon pastry waffle machine yogurt 24 hour coffee tea cocoa. Friendly staff. Didn’t use the pool but it looked good. Outdoor patio area off pool and fitness room.

I have stayed at this hotel on occasion due to having family in the area. This will be my last time staying here! Check-in is posted at 3pm. As I was driving, I called the hotel at 1:30, asking if the room would be available for an early checkin. Our ETA was 2pm. The receptionist said there were no rooms clean. At 2:55 PM our room still wasn’t available! I called again after 3pm … Our room still wasn’t ready. At this point I used the hotel lobby restroom to chance clothes and get ready for a family event. While getting ready, a hotel employee was sitting in the bathroom for 15 minutes on her cell phone. I could no longer wait around for the room to be ready as I had an event to attend. I was very frustrated to get to the hotel after my family event and finally be able to check in at 10pm.

Booked on Hotels app, but didn’t have a room when I got to the hotel. Apparently, something went wrong and my reservation did not go though so I, and my 4 kids, had no room when checking in at 11 pm. I understand that the hotel staff wasn’t at fault, however, they were not helpful at all in accommodating us in rebooking. We went elsewhere. No idea about any other parts of the hotel as we didn’t stay, but the parking and getting to the hotel were very confusing, especially at night! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
