Hotel has a wonderful breakfast and a nice pool. Staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel definitely needs a deep cleaning. Doors and carpet were dirty Paint had peeling places and ceiling had a huge place were they 1/2 patched it

Room 304 - Furniture was broken, tub would not drain, washcloths were discolored, room smelled of mold/mildew Room 206 - The shower curtain rod was falling off, bathroom door would not shut, room smelled of mold/mildew Room 314 - guests were so put off they did not stay the night, room was dirty, refrigerator was broken, room smelled of mold/mildew Room 214 - The bathroom floor was so dirty that when the guest got out of the shower, they left muddy footprints on the floor, TV remote would not work, hair dryer was melted, When the guest asked to have the room cleaned, she was told that there was no one available until the next day to clean the room Overall - The pool was dirty with trash and debris on the bottom, pool towels were not stocked, room safes had no keys, so there was no way to lock up valuables, there was a homeless camp at the edge of the parking lot, refrigerator in the breakfast area was broken so the cold things (cream, cream cheese, milk, yogurt, etc.) were sitting on the counter for the entire time that breakfast was served, waffle maker did not work (and supposedly it was brand new with the box still setting on the counter), group of boys were trying their key in every room (this continued throughout the night), one of the employees we spoke with said that they had worked there for several years and it had gone downhill so bad recently that they were embarrassed to work there, all of the employees we encountered were very polite and helpful though.

What an amazing stay!! This is our second time here after 10 years and it’s been made more memorable than the first! We stayed here for 3 days and wish to have stayed longer, between the views, the entertainment, the clean rooms and lobby, the quick service, and how nice the staff have been. Selina at the front desk, first helped us when we came here and figured out a way to get us 2 perfect close rooms, and was able to help us with everything we needed, quickly and efficiently, she’s super kindhearted and very helpful. Kareem, one of the staff members made sure our rooms stayed comfortable, was super kind and helpful in everything he does. Mohammad at Liwa Restaurant was super kind, friendly, and made breakfast super enjoyable every morning! A big thank you to every staff member we have come across at this stay, for making this a very memorable and enjoyable trip! If this is your first, second, third time coming to Sharm El Sheikh, Movenpick is the way to go, you have 4 beautiful beach shores, a large pool, a great spa with amazing by staff and work, clean rooms, and Naama Bay within a walking distance. This is definitely the place to book!!

Room clean. Bfast stopped 9am - too early r me to participate. Property is, overall, a bit run down. Washer and dryer - both out if service. Vending machine empty. Hot water in lobby for making tea was never available. Nevertheless, staff responsive, clean place, a/c worked well & comfy bed.
