Lovely hotel, nice room, small but had all essential amenities. Bed was very hard to sleep on. Beautiful breakfast and staff were very nice. Good location in low town. Parking is behind the hotel. Ensure you have carpark postcode as we didnt have email confirmation of our booking, so carpark was awkward to find in one way system. Had a lovely stay though. Lovely weather, lovely town.

Really nice modern hotel and Restaurant. Very easy to find in lower town and an ideal base. Free parking at the back, just behind a sweet courtyard for outside dining/drinking. We were greeted by Jonathan who was really friendly and attentive and showed us to our room. We were staying overnight as we were attending an event at the Rugby club just down the road. We'd heard good things about the Thalio Asion Street food restaurant in the hotel, we checked out the menu and boy it didn't dissapoint! Superb food and service. Lovely breakfast to order was included. Bar and restaurant were lovely and finely decorated for a cosy drink. Our double room with sofa was spacious and clean. A great overall experience. Would highly recommend the Falcon and Thalio restaurant and would definitely visit again when in the area.

Lovely old hotel, recently renovated. Lobby area, bar & restaurant were excellent. Room was a little small, but otherwise really nice. Location is very good. Parking for motorbikes felt secure. Would definitely stay again.

The staff at The Falcon are extremely helpful and friendly. The Indian restaurant good value. Breakfast was average. However we left after our first night (two nights booked) because the smell in our room unbearable (drains) which they had tried to mask with air freshener which made it worse. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen and again the smell coming up through the plug holes was awful. The room was large but bed was uncomfortable and had a feather duvet which for allergy suffers was a no go.

Staff were polite and provided a good service. The reception and bar area was okay, however, the room we had was in a poor state, in desperate need of a full renovation. The bathroom was tiny with no sink, that was in the room behind the door. The shower was terrible, in bad condition and no water pressure. From pictures online, I think there may be other rooms that are newer, but room 14 is not one of them. In its current state it’s not worth paying for.

We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the food smelt nice. Breakfast was lovely, good choice, very fresh and good quality ingredients. Beds were extremely comfortable and pillows were great.

Lovely room and bed but old building with beams and I’m 6 foot 2 and had to stoop a bit. Quirks of an ancient building. Located in the heart of Bridgnorth and great views of the river only a few steps away.

We stayed at the Falcon for one night. The Hotel is tastefully decorated, but our room was very small. The bed was shorter and narrower than a standard double and the furniture small in order to squeeze it into the available space. I thought the room was overpriced. At breakfast the staff were pleasant but the food was very basic and the selection very limited.

It was clean and good check in. I found my room very small with a tiny shower. I have an open window at night which was very noisy and bright lights shining in the room. The bed was hard and not comfortable.

Thought the double room was pretty small considering the price we paid, Dsappointed with the room overall and the bathroom/shower was tiny with sink outside in the room.

Really nice modern hotel and Restaurant. Very easy to find in lower town and an ideal base. Free parking at the back, just behind a sweet courtyard for outside dining/drinking. We were greeted by Jonathan who was really friendly and attentive and showed us to our room. We were staying overnight as we were attending an event at the Rugby club just down the road. We'd heard good things about the Thalio Asion Street food restaurant in the hotel, we checked out the menu and boy it didn't dissapoint! Superb food and service. Lovely breakfast to order was included. Bar and restaurant were lovely and finely decorated for a cosy drink. Our double room with sofa was spacious and clean. A great overall experience. Would highly recommend the Falcon and Thalio restaurant and would definitely visit again when in the area.

Lovely old hotel, recently renovated. Lobby area, bar & restaurant were excellent. Room was a little small, but otherwise really nice. Location is very good. Parking for motorbikes felt secure. Would definitely stay again.

We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the food smelt nice. Breakfast was lovely, good choice, very fresh and good quality ingredients. Beds were extremely comfortable and pillows were great.

We stayed at the Falcon for one night. The Hotel is tastefully decorated, but our room was very small. The bed was shorter and narrower than a standard double and the furniture small in order to squeeze it into the available space. I thought the room was overpriced. At breakfast the staff were pleasant but the food was very basic and the selection very limited.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful, room was clean and comfortable, and not noisy despite facing the road. Breakfast was good both days, and I highly recommend dinner in their restaurant.

We had booked 3 rooms, and enquired about accessing one/all of the rooms a little earlier, around 45 minutes before check-in. The receptionist would only quote 'Check-in is at 3pm' over and over, which was very unhelpful, and not how any other hotel I have stayed at operates. She also told us that all 3 rooms were being worked on without checking this as I would have expected as a minimum. The bath/shower combo in our room was unpleasant due to the proximity of the shower curtain, and the inability of the mixer shower to maintain the same temperature throughout. The other 2 rooms both had showers only, and were much better I was told, although one was a little cramped still. We decided not to have a drink here after the reception experience. Breakfast had a good choice and was nicely cooked, but seemed short-staffed with only 1 person trying to do everything.

Clean rooms, friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for you. One member of staff at breakfast was so lovely, she may have been the manager went above and beyond. Parking is a little tricky to find but apart from that great stay
