The hotel was clean and well maintained but outrageously expensive for what it was. The room was not serviced during our 3 day stay and we had to go to the desk to get towels. The included breakfast was not a highlight, we went to the Starbucks across the street instead, very disappointing The coin operated laundry was interesting where the price varied depending on what setting you used, the dryer on level 3 sounded like it was coming apart.

Parts were missing on coffee maker in room. I was told at 5:30am that they couldn’t get the part until 9am. I asked hotel staff for the name of a restaurant nearby. They gave me the wrong name and by the time I figured it out it was closed. We ate sandwiches in the room from the service station. The hotel was okay but the front office staff seemed very uninterested.
