A Clean, Comfortable Stay with Stunning Views – I’ll Be Back! I had a wonderful stay at Room Raic in Dubrovnik! The place was spotlessly clean—truly one of the cleanest accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. The patio offered breathtaking views of the Old Town, which made every morning and evening feel magical. The small convenience store called Studenac nearby was super helpful for picking up essentials, and the shared kitchen really saved us a lot of time and money—we could easily prepare our own meals, which was a huge plus. The lady who owns the place might look a bit serious at first, but she’s actually very kind and accommodating. I really appreciated her help during our stay. The only challenge was the steep stairs down to the beaches and Old Town—they can be a bit tough, especially on the way back up. But you can take the side roads instead, which are much easier on the legs. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and stunning views.

This was one of the nicest places we staying Croatia. The room and shared kitchen is excellently equipped and finished. The view of the old city and sea was spectacular. The host is very nice and hospitable. We would highly recommend it. The only caution is you need to be ready to climb stairs to get from sea level (i.e., the old town) to Room Raic's location - but that is why the view is so great. You are up high looking toward the sea.

Enjoyed the comfort and great location of our hotel. Kitchen afforded us to prepare breakfast and sandwiches. View of old town and the Adriatic Sea from our hotel balcony is awesome ! The Banje Beach is a few minutes walk down from our hotel.

This apartment is situated in a great area near the sea, and the old town walls, a very brief walk to restaurants, ( bit of a climb back up after) groceries and a bakery as well as the cable car. Best of all is the amazing views from the common area and balcony. perfect for a stay of 8 couples, we each had our own room and bathroom with a shared kitchen and balcony. Would highly recommend for your stay in Dubrovnik

First off, Anna, the keeper of Rooms Raic was extremely pleasant to work with anything we needed she helped with. The view from the balcony rooms were incredible and I highly recommend booking one of those rooms because you cannot beat the view of the sea and the city of Dubrovnik. It really isn’t a long walk into the city however, there are many many many stairs that you can take to make it shorter or you can take the roads. I’m 60 with knee problems and I did well until the last day when I needed to use Uber back-and-forth to the room. The place itself is lovely. There is a shared kitchen with a microwave and fridge, etc. so that was nice that we could store our wine and such in the refrigerator without any problems. If I ever go back to Dubrovnik, I will definitely be booking a Balcony room Again with Annika.

Unas vistas preciosas de la ciudad, hay muchas escaleras pero si quieres ahorrarte la mayoría, está a 100 escalones de la estación de autobús, el número 8 te lleva al Old town y a la central de buses y al puerto, también a distancia caminable del cable car y de shuttle para el aeropuerto. También muy cerca de un mini súper. La señora que nos atendió bien amable nos prestaron sombrillas para la lluvia y un licor de almendras de bienvenida, ahí hay té y café y puedes calentar tu comida o prepárate cosas en frío. Muy agradable estancia

The room was cleaned and had a see view as showed in the description, this room had a window in the roof which gave us a nice view of old town. The host was always available for us and made our check in easy! There is also a shared balcony with the city view in the common area. To get to the place from old city is a bit of a walk but we love walking and the view is beautiful and worth it. We loved it !

The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the property itself was spotless with an amazing view truly a peaceful and scenic spot to unwind. I really enjoyed my stay here! A few things to keep in mind: the property is on an incline and requires taking stairs to get around, so it may be challenging for those with mobility issues. While you can take an Uber from the airport or bus station, relying on one every time can be a bit impractical depending on your plans. Also, the Wi-Fi in the room wasn’t very strong, so it might not be the best choice for remote work. That said, it’s a lovely place overall and great for a relaxing getaway. I’d definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a scenic and peaceful stay!

Fantastic place to stay in Dubrovnik. The view from property is absolutely amazing. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, try to get room with view if possible, but if not their is a common balcony to view town. The hostess is very friendly and helpful, welcome drink appreciated! It is located about 10 mins walk from Old Town, but that amazing view comes with stairs! If you’re able, it is fine, but if you have mobility issues, you will need a ride to the Old Town. Recommend as place to stay in Dubrovnik, very good value for money, clean and unbeatable view.

Not as clean as other reviews depicted. Leftover hair everywhere and grime + dust and leftover spit/toothpaste all over the bathroom. Room was also filled with mosquitos.

Local tranquilo e a propritaria Sra Anca foi amável,prestativa.Nos recebeu muito bem,com um brinde de licor caseiro feito por ela. Tudo organizado,limpo e a vista desde a sacada é naravilhosa. Quem vai a Drugovinic tem que estar preparado para subir escadas o que nao é diferente na hospedagem. Por outro lado,pertinho do centro, tem uber ou sobe a pé mesmo com paradas estratégicas para admirar o lindo cenario natural a sua volta,seja durante o dia ou a noite. Ah,ganhamos vinho tambem da Sr.Anca

Great views from the room. You can watch the sunrise and sunset over Dubrovnik Old Town from the balcony. Room was surprisingly large too. Location is walkable if you are able to handle hills and/or stairs.

The room was nice and very clean. We were in an attic room, which we could look through the sunroof (it opened so you could stand through it). Amazing view! The hostess was nice. We were able to park just outside. To get to Old Town, It was ~250 steps down a couple staircases. When exiting Old Town, there are taxis right outside, so we took the 15 euro taxi instead of climbing 250 steps.

A Clean, Comfortable Stay with Stunning Views – I’ll Be Back! I had a wonderful stay at Room Raic in Dubrovnik! The place was spotlessly clean—truly one of the cleanest accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. The patio offered breathtaking views of the Old Town, which made every morning and evening feel magical. The small convenience store called Studenac nearby was super helpful for picking up essentials, and the shared kitchen really saved us a lot of time and money—we could easily prepare our own meals, which was a huge plus. The lady who owns the place might look a bit serious at first, but she’s actually very kind and accommodating. I really appreciated her help during our stay. The only challenge was the steep stairs down to the beaches and Old Town—they can be a bit tough, especially on the way back up. But you can take the side roads instead, which are much easier on the legs. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and stunning views.

The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the property itself was spotless with an amazing view truly a peaceful and scenic spot to unwind. I really enjoyed my stay here! A few things to keep in mind: the property is on an incline and requires taking stairs to get around, so it may be challenging for those with mobility issues. While you can take an Uber from the airport or bus station, relying on one every time can be a bit impractical depending on your plans. Also, the Wi-Fi in the room wasn’t very strong, so it might not be the best choice for remote work. That said, it’s a lovely place overall and great for a relaxing getaway. I’d definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a scenic and peaceful stay!

Local tranquilo e a propritaria Sra Anca foi amável,prestativa.Nos recebeu muito bem,com um brinde de licor caseiro feito por ela. Tudo organizado,limpo e a vista desde a sacada é naravilhosa. Quem vai a Drugovinic tem que estar preparado para subir escadas o que nao é diferente na hospedagem. Por outro lado,pertinho do centro, tem uber ou sobe a pé mesmo com paradas estratégicas para admirar o lindo cenario natural a sua volta,seja durante o dia ou a noite. Our stay at Rooms Raic was lovely. The host was very accommodating too. My favourite part was the view from our roof top window. Just to bear in mind, it’s extremely up vertical hills and stairs to and from the beach/own town, Just to be aware of if you don’t like walking or regarding physical ability. We love walking, so although it was tough, we enjoyed it.

The room was cleaned and had a see view as showed in the description, this room had a window in the roof which gave us a nice view of old town. The host was always available for us and made our check in easy! There is also a shared balcony with the city view in the common area. To get to the place from old city is a bit of a walk but we love walking and the view is beautiful and worth it. We loved it !

Enjoyed the comfort and great location of our hotel. Kitchen afforded us to prepare breakfast and sandwiches. View of old town and the Adriatic Sea from our hotel balcony is awesome ! The Banje Beach is a few minutes walk down from our hotel.

Take the shuttle bus from the airport and get off at Ploče Gate. It's about a 650m walk from there. However, there is a difference in elevation and you have to climb a slope or stairs. The scenery is so good. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy the scenery. There are also four small supermarkets along the way, making shopping convenient.

Great views from the room. You can watch the sunrise and sunset over Dubrovnik Old Town from the balcony. Room was surprisingly large too. Location is walkable if you are able to handle hills and/or stairs.

Really great location with great views from our room. Check in really simple and then left to our own devices which is great. Perfect for us but bear in mind that although very close to town the property is elevated so there are hills and steps to negotiate to access the property. Otherwise almost perfect for us and if we visited Dubrovnik again we would happily revisit Rooms Raic

The room was nice and very clean. We were in an attic room, which we could look through the sunroof (it opened so you could stand through it). Amazing view! The hostess was nice. We were able to park just outside. To get to Old Town, It was ~250 steps down a couple staircases. When exiting Old Town, there are taxis right outside, so we took the 15 euro taxi instead of climbing 250 steps.

This was one of the nicest places we staying Croatia. The room and shared kitchen is excellently equipped and finished. The view of the old city and sea was spectacular. The host is very nice and hospitable. We would highly recommend it. The only caution is you need to be ready to climb stairs to get from sea level (i.e., the old town) to Room Raic's location - but that is why the view is so great. You are up high looking toward the sea.

This apartment is situated in a great area near the sea, and the old town walls, a very brief walk to restaurants, ( bit of a climb back up after) groceries and a bakery as well as the cable car. Best of all is the amazing views from the common area and balcony. perfect for a stay of 8 couples, we each had our own room and bathroom with a shared kitchen and balcony. Would highly recommend for your stay in Dubrovnik

First off, Anna, the keeper of Rooms Raic was extremely pleasant to work with anything we needed she helped with. The view from the balcony rooms were incredible and I highly recommend booking one of those rooms because you cannot beat the view of the sea and the city of Dubrovnik. It really isn’t a long walk into the city however, there are many many many stairs that you can take to make it shorter or you can take the roads. I’m 60 with knee problems and I did well until the last day when I needed to use Uber back-and-forth to the room. The place itself is lovely. There is a shared kitchen with a microwave and fridge, etc. so that was nice that we could store our wine and such in the refrigerator without any problems. If I ever go back to Dubrovnik, I will definitely be booking a Balcony room Again with Annika.

Unas vistas preciosas de la ciudad, hay muchas escaleras pero si quieres ahorrarte la mayoría, está a 100 escalones de la estación de autobús, el número 8 te lleva al Old town y a la central de buses y al puerto, también a distancia caminable del cable car y de shuttle para el aeropuerto. También muy cerca de un mini súper. La señora que nos atendió bien amable nos prestaron sombrillas para la lluvia y un licor de almendras de bienvenida, ahí hay té y café y puedes calentar tu comida o prepárate cosas en frío. Muy agradable estancia

The facility was great! We got the last room available that had the ceiling very low (it was the last floor below roof), that was the only thing. Also, the owner asked us to leave the AC off when not in the room, so at the end of the day it took a little time to cool off to a comfortable level.

Very clean and well-maintained accommodation. Spacious and comfortable for couple. The lady at the property was nice, she helped us check-in even though we arrived late around 9:30pm. We were lucky enough to see the fireworks from our room, such a spectacular view regardless of fireworks.

350 stairs to the beach! Why nothing in the description said that?! You are basically living on a vertical slope. Every time you go down it will cost you 15 euros by taxi to get back up. The view is great but the location of this property makes it absolutely impractical for vacation.
