Comfort Inn & Suites Shawnee - Kansas City

Great place to stay. Right off Interstate 435, easy access to downtown KC or Lawrence, KS, Good selection of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

This location was filled with ants, and the manager had no intentions to help out in this matter!

The facility was clean with a great breakfast and comfortable beds. I did have to let front desk staff know our toilet leaked out of the tank every time it was flushed. Apparently they knew there were plumbing issues on that floor so we just threw a towel on the floor to soak up the water. Speaking of towels, there was only one bath towel in the room when we got there. Good place to stay just needs some tweaks to make it great!

Clogged bath tub, ant infestation, swimming pool was fun but freezing, front desk charged my cc after I already showed them I paid through hotel.com

The main desk lady - Candie was unbelievable. Kind, patient, and she treated everyone with patience and grace, always had a smile on her face.
