Overall, we had a good experience, but it could have been better. VIP benefits: We didn't receive a room upgrade, despite Expedia showing availability on the same day. Room service: There is significant room for improvement, as service was slow. We ordered dinner for our baby, which arrived 1 to 1.5 hours late. Similarly, we requested a baby cot 2 to 3 times, and it arrived after the baby had already fallen asleep. Kids room: This area also needs an upgrade. The current kids room is more suited for older children or adults, featuring a table tennis table, foosball table, and PlayStation. For toddlers, it only offers a ball pit and some blocks. Adding a trampoline or slides would enhance the space. F&B: Sukh Mahal offers a great variety of cuisines throughout the day. However, for breakfast, they could provide more Asian and Mediterranean options, comparable to other properties of similar stature. We visited Mohan Mahal for dinner, which is stunning and a must-see for anyone visiting Jaipur. The entire venue is made of glass and illuminated by candles, creating a mesmerising atmosphere.

I’ve had my fair share of resorts, but Leela Palace surpassed all. I felt overwhelmed, and at the same time, comforted by their hospitality and attention to detail. Amazing, per my standards. And my standards include the well-being of the staff. It wasn’t perfect, but the staff seemed happy to be there and providing their hospitality. The drinks were unreal, infused with basil and other herbs and spices. A true, beautiful twist to cocktails!!! The garden festivities each evening were fun and balanced with family and couples. I can’t comment on singles though. I can’t wait to visit again. Even alone, I would truly enjoy this wonderful and amazing resort and its staff, who make it truly unique phenomenal. Aditi and Anuj were our assigned staff and they delivered above and beyond. Along with another young lady who helped me with my sari. Thank you Leela Palace - I will never forget and will be visiting again in the future.

Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, our host Tanmay was incredible we were even able to check in early. Every member of the staff was warm and attentive. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the room was beautiful with top-notch amenities. The pool was amazing, and every single detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel a truly exceptional experience.

Wonderful 5 star property to stay. We booked room with plunge pool. It was outstanding. So many wow and surprising services and elements during the stay. Amazing hotel with impeccable staff and impeccable service. Loved the courtyard room, the food selection (catering for non spicy lovers too) and the sheer opulence. Lovely touch with cocktail hour plus afternoon tea and all sorts of other daytime interest. Good breakfast selection.

Well equipped gym. Amazing fancy dinner at Mohan’s. Various free activities (yoga, puppets, pottery, dancers at pool ea night)!

Royal villa where we stayed gave us the privacy we needed. Kids really enjoyed the pool! The property layout and decor definitely gave us the cultural experience we wanted to share with our kids. Staff was really warm and welcoming. Gautam and his personal attention to our family needs was much appreciated. He has been always reachable and responds quickly and organized things for us and made sure our stay was comfortable without any issues.

Beyond 5-Star Luxury – The Leela Palace Jaipur Our four-night stay at The Leela Palace Jaipur was pure perfection. From the warm welcome with refreshing raw mango juice to the immaculate Palace Rooms refreshed twice daily, every detail impressed. Janvi (personal assistant) was helpful at times especially when my Mom was by herself in the hotel. Rajendra (housekeeping), and Sheeshram (manager) went above and beyond. Dining at Sukh Mahal was unforgettable — an incredible breakfast spread, delicious lunches and dinners, and outstanding service from Rohit and Parvesh. Special thanks to sous-chef Kushboo, who surprised me with a live jalebi station after I casually mentioned wanting to try Rajasthani jalebi — truly above and beyond! The hotel grounds are breathtaking, perfect for relaxing all day. Mid-July heat brought mosquitos, so we enjoyed outdoor visits in mornings and evenings. Only downsides: overpriced taxi rates and generic sightseeing plans from Concierge. One of the best luxury stays I’ve ever had — truly beyond 5-star.

Too far from the city without transport options (Ubers won’t pick up on the app, they want to take the trip offline and demand 3 times the price and a return trip) There were events being held here which added noise during the day and evening. Housekeeping was not of the standard expected of a 5 star hotel. Restaurant and bar service was patchy and depended on the individual.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at the Leela Jaipur. The staff were delightful - especially Tripti & Manasvi from the butlers. The property was clean, rooms very nice and the staff did everything to make the stay wonderful. Good breakfast.

Mi experiencia en general fue magnífica, desde el momento que llegas a la propiedad y durante toda la estancia el personal nos hizo sentir como de la realeza, el trato y hospitalidad del hotel son impecables. La comida deliciosa, las habitaciones e instalaciones en general muy limpias y bien cuidado. Sin duda lo recomendaría 100%.
Mi experiencia en general fue magnífica, desde el momento que llegas a la propiedad y durante toda la estancia el personal nos hizo sentir como de la realeza, el trato y hospitalidad del hotel son impecables. Our stay was wonderful! Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and our stay memorable. JJ & Arpita at the reception are great at their job. They made sure our check in and checkout were hassle free. Ajay, Sourabh and Rohit at the Sukh Mahal restaurant were wonderful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. During breakfast, we provided feedback about the quality of the tea and requested Assam Tea. The f/b was well received but was lost the next day we came for breakfast. I had to repeat my requests multiple times before it was resolved. But overall our dining experience was top notch! The rooms were well kept and clean. We were at the Grand Villa which had a terrace. On the first day, the fountain overflowed and the entire porch area was flooded, making it hard for us to access our room door. But they staff took care of it promptly. We were three guests but only there was only service for two in our rooms. I had to make multiple requests for another set to be brought in. We experienced some inconvenience due to a glitch in their security but Amar Singh, their head of security personally came to talk to us and promised that we would not have to worry about security again. Since it is a very big property with a huge number of guests, some of the glitches are expected but attention to detail in key. Nonetheless, this was a great experience for us and we enjoyed our stay at the Leela Jaipur.

Beautiful property but you can see that some staff is not well trained in upkeep and at restaurants. However, our biggest irk was that we could not sleep well since rooms are centrally temperature controlled. Upon complaints, staff provided limited support or compensation.

Too far from the city without transport options (Ubers won’t pick up on the app, they want to take the trip offline and demand 3 times the price and a return trip) There were events being held here which added noise during the day and evening. Housekeeping was not of the standard expected of a 5 star hotel. Restaurant and bar service was patchy and depended on the individual.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at the Leela Jaipur. The staff were delightful - especially Tripti & Manasvi from the butlers. The property was clean, rooms very nice and the staff did everything to make the stay wonderful. Good breakfast.

Food was amazing, staff was perfect, our room was spacious and the grounds are beautiful. The only one small hiccup was that we booked a “hotel car” to take us from Jaipur to Agra - and paid significantly higher than a cab or Uber would have been - and a taxi came and took us to Agra. The taxi driver was nice and our ride was smooth - just not sure why we paid almost $300 usd for a taxi when we know that is not what it costs/or what the driver is paid. It seems like an extensive hotel markup when we already paid the hotel appropriately for our accommodation, all of our meals over three days, etc. Other than that our stay was absolutely perfect and the hotel is one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed at - and we have traveled all over the world. Thank you to the staff at Leela Jaipur for treating us so nicely. Extra special thank you to Sourabh, Rohit and especially Lalit in the restaurant for going above and beyond every day and being so kind to us and our two year old daughter.

Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, our host Tanmay was incredible we were even able to check in early. Every member of the staff was warm and attentive. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the room was beautiful with top-notch amenities. The pool was amazing, and every single detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel a truly exceptional experience.

I love the thoughtfulness put into each room (this is my third stay) like mosquito repellents placed discreetly in rooms, charging stations on both sides of the bed, a discrete night light which won’t shine light into your eyes, bed side rugs & bedroom slippers placed on them ready to slip on … sweet luxuries placed thoughtfully all throughout your stay and non intrusive staff. Love it.

Royal villa where we stayed gave us the privacy we needed. Kids really enjoyed the pool! The property layout and decor definitely gave us the cultural experience we wanted to share with our kids. Staff was really warm and welcoming. Gautam and his personal attention to our family needs was much appreciated. He has been always reachable and responds quickly and organized things for us and made sure our stay was comfortable without any issues.

Stay was good , customer service was great . We ate dinner at the restaurant and they overcharged us and never gave the bill . We even asked for it and they said they will email us and we never got one .

Our stay was wonderful! Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and our stay memorable. JJ & Arpita at the reception are great at their job. They made sure our check in and checkout were hassle free. Ajay, Sourabh and Rohit at the Sukh Mahal restaurant were wonderful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. During breakfast, we provided feedback about the quality of the tea and requested Assam Tea. The f/b was well received but was lost the next day we came for breakfast. I had to repeat my requests multiple times before it was resolved. But overall our dining experience was top notch! The rooms were well kept and clean. We were at the Grand Villa which had a terrace. On the first day, the fountain overflowed and the entire porch area was flooded, making it hard for us to access our room door. But they staff took care of it promptly. We were three guests but only there was only service for two in our rooms. I had to make multiple requests for another set to be brought in. We experienced some inconvenience due to a glitch in their security but Amar Singh, their head of security personally came to talk to us and promised that we would not have to worry about security again. Since it is a very big property with a huge number of guests, some of the glitches are expected but attention to detail in key. Nonetheless, this was a great experience for us and we enjoyed our stay at the Leela Jaipur.

True meaning of the word resort! Extremely peaceful and well maintained! The dining options are phenomenal. The location is far from most tourist sites and about an hour from the airport, which is the only downfall.

Beyond 5-Star Luxury – The Leela Palace Jaipur Our four-night stay at The Leela Palace Jaipur was pure perfection. From the warm welcome with refreshing raw mango juice to the immaculate Palace Rooms refreshed twice daily, every detail impressed. Janvi (personal assistant) was helpful at times especially when my Mom was by herself in the hotel. Rajendra (housekeeping), and Sheeshram (manager) went above and beyond. Dining at Sukh Mahal was unforgettable — an incredible breakfast spread, delicious lunches and dinners, and outstanding service from Rohit and Parvesh. Special thanks to sous-chef Kushboo, who surprised me with a live jalebi station after I casually mentioned wanting to try Rajasthani jalebi — truly above and beyond! The hotel grounds are breathtaking, perfect for relaxing all day. Mid-July heat brought mosquitos, so we enjoyed outdoor visits in mornings and evenings. Only downsides: overpriced taxi rates and generic sightseeing plans from Concierge. One of the best luxury stays I’ve ever had — truly beyond 5-star.

Overall, we had a good experience, but it could have been better. VIP benefits: We didn't receive a room upgrade, despite Expedia showing availability on the same day. Room service: There is significant room for improvement, as service was slow. We ordered dinner for our baby, which arrived 1 to 1.5 hours late. Similarly, we requested a baby cot 2 to 3 times, and it arrived after the baby had already fallen asleep. Kids room: This area also needs an upgrade. The current kids room is more suited for older children or adults, featuring a table tennis table, foosball table, and PlayStation. For toddlers, it only offers a ball pit and some blocks. Adding a trampoline or slides would enhance the space. F&B: Sukh Mahal offers a great variety of cuisines throughout the day. However, for breakfast, they could provide more Asian and Mediterranean options, comparable to other properties of similar stature. We visited Mohan Mahal for dinner, which is stunning and a must-see for anyone visiting Jaipur. The entire venue is made of glass and illuminated by candles, creating a mesmerising atmosphere.

Amazing hotel with impeccable staff and impeccable service. Loved the courtyard room, the food selection (catering for non spicy lovers too) and the sheer opulence. Lovely touch with cocktail hour plus afternoon tea and all sorts of other daytime interest. Good breakfast selection.

Beautiful property - Grand and opulent. Love the water bodies all over. Our villa had private fountain and courtyard. Amazing mix of materials, colors, heritage, modern and water. And, add the ever smiling people to it, just simply beautiful. Service - Excellent. Everyone was so attentive & made me feel like a king living in a palace. There was a minor mis-communication, but it was rectified and they went above and beyond to made me feel good. The way they acknowledged & made it right was simply amazing. I would stay for the water & service there again. Food - We only tried Indian food there. Sukh Mahal BF was great, but felt few less items than Oberoi & Taj we stayed during the same trip in other cities. BUT, when I asked for a local dish that wasn't in the breakfast, the Chef made it for us in 15 mins and came out to serve it to. That compensated for everything else. Dinner there was done specially for us thru the barman after they closed, what a service, just excellent. Food was fantastic. We did Indian dinner in both restaurants. Their flagship Mohan Mahal decor, without lights and a water body in the middle, was one of the beautiful restaurant I've been to all over the world. Period. Food was very good, but could be great. It has a potential for a Michelin if they dial the food and service a bit to match the decor. Service was very very very good, but they need more training for a Michelin. Just some opportunities for improvement. Absolutely will stay again.

Their flagship Mohan Mahal decor, without lights and a water body in the middle, was one of the beautiful restaurant I've been to all over the world. Period. Food was very good, but could be great. It has a potential for a Michelin if they dial the food and service a bit to match the decor. Service was very very very good, but they need more training for a Michelin. Just some opportunities for improvement. Absolutely will stay again.

Loved our experience at Leela! Shivram and team at the bar are unbelievable. Definitely try their Infusions.. Pushpinder is a Godly chef. His churan paratha is to die for. Lalit and co at the sukh mahal took very good care of my family.. Everyone was so nice to us, and they have a fantastic property!

this is a new standard in hotel hospitality for us. It will be memorable for all of the right reasons. I saw a video on Instagram from a vlogger who was at the hotel during the off season. He was raving about the incredible service and the affordability. So, we decided to try it out. We booked a Palace suite with half board (breakfast and either lunch or dinner). I also cashed in some hotel points that made this a laughably cheap stay for us. When we got to the hotel, we were upgraded to a Palace suite with a plunge pool. It was exceedingly nice. The hotel also assigns a "butler" to each room. We got Dev. He was also incredible. He was proactive when we weren't contacting him and very quick to respond when we did have reason to contact him. This is another level of service we've never experienced before. The breakfast and dinners were buffets, so there was plenty of choice. But I will say that, at least at dinner, there were more choices that were Indian dishes...and some quick chilli hot. Service in the restaurant was also above and beyond expectations. I will name a few of the people who made our experience outstanding: Kumari, Ajay and Nima. I'd love to say that we'll make the Leela Palace an annual getaway. But, I'm afraid that this was such a great experience that we may be disappointed next time. Our expectations may just be too high!
