The hotel was great, this is tge second time I hastayed there, my only complaints are that the bar wasnot open for my entire stay, the snow removal was terrible, and that no one told me that I couldn't apply my points to my Hilton Honors acount.

Pool was out of service! $130/ night , $260 for 2 nights and they only clean the room every 2 days. So .no service for these price? Not good. I understand they change towels every other day , but not the cleaning ..

Great Place to stay. Breakfast was amazing. Very Clean. Very easy to get to with pleanty of parking. I used the Gym each day we were there. We also used did a few loads of laundry.

Excellent hotel overall. Clean. Good location with easy access to highways. Quiet. Decent breakfast. Clean, large pool. Friendly staff, but we had problems finding anyone working the front desk. There was almost never anyone there and we had issues with our room keys not working on 4 separate occasions. Pool is shared with the neighboring Hilton Garden Inn.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the hotel. It was clean, modern, and conveniently located, with many shops and restaurants located nearby. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. We would definitely stay here again.

Disgusting! There was blood on ALL of our sheets including the extra sheets for the pull-out couch. Management was not concerned nor did they do anything to fix the issue besides give me new sheets so I could make my own beds. I will NEVER stay here again.

I like staying in this area but this is my first time at this hotel. It is fairly new but the rooms don’t feel new. Room was not clean, surfaces were not Wiped well and toilet seat was even dirty. Road construction made the entrance very difficult to find and access.

Even though the hotel and rooms are pretty and spacious At check in: Unfortunately rooms were not cleaned thoroughly: hair in bathroom, smelly dirty dishwasher, months worth of dust on the beds. During the stay: They claim to only offer cleaning once every other day which for the price didn't make sense to me. And cleaning during the stay didn't include floors or vacuuming!! My kids have allergies we had to ask 4 times as the room wasn't vacuumed for 5 consecutive days, only to be met with very rude same answer we were getting for every request we made " we are at full capacity we can't". Asked multiple times to keep a toilet brush and trash bags in the room so we can clean daily ourselves but also they didn't, I ended up buying cleaning tools and materials to keep the room up to my cleaning standards. We stayed 14 days, had to change 5 rooms with 3 kids as we had to book different room types since they were full. We asked the staff to minimize our moves even if we settle for a lower grade but she wouldn't bother make the effort, and didn't even bother to mention they had trolley to help us move our bags! As we moved, many rooms had nosey refrigerators, broken AC that would just stop working in the middle of a heat wave. As I was staying alone with 3 kids I thought booking here would be worth the money to make my stay easier, unfortunately it was far from that. We will make sure not to book here again

We've stayed here a couple of times. The reason we like this property is it's location and it has a full fridge. However, the last two times we stayed there the bed needed to be replaced. It was way too soft and seemed really worn. Also, the fitted she was too small so it wouldn't stay on the bed. Might not stay here again. Lots of other options in the area.

Stayed overnight with my family for an early vet appointment for our cat. We loved the property is pet and family friendly. There’s plenty of convenient amenities and our one bedroom king suite was well suited for our needs. The staff is courteous and attentive as well. The location of this hotel is very convenient also. Our issue was with the mattress being a little too firm for us and the air conditioning in the room is engineered for prime use during the day as when we needed it run consistently at night it certainly didn’t. Especially the unit in the bedroom. When we mentioned it upon checking out they told us that it’s climate controlled to remain at the temperature but I believe that it’s just built to run continuously in the daytime. Considering that we were in the room mostly to sleep at night this definitely made for an uncomfortable experience. Maybe most modern hotels are built to perform this way (energy efficiency?) but we prefer the old school air conditioner that you can choose how cold and how long it’s going to run continuously. Other than those issues we enjoyed our stay but probably won’t return to this hotel…probably an older property will be better for us. The breakfast is really good and worth checking out.

Most of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, when we had received the incorrect room several of the employees tried to fix the problem and for that I thank them. There was one Employee (Ksana) that was very rude and didnt seem to care about guest inconveniences and would just reply with "you need to go thru the 3rd party for the booking". Even raising her voice as to argue with me, someone like that should not be in a customer service position.

Everything was great but one morning, we went down for breakfast and when we came back up, a maintenance man was in our room. He said the water wasn’t hot and he had to check it. It honestly really freaked us out because we were not told anything and just that morning I had showered and the water was fine. We were very upset that no one told us that someone was going to be in our room and walking into him being there was very scary.

Everything was great but one morning, we went down for breakfast and when we came back up, a maintenance man was in our room. He said the water wasn’t hot and he had to check it. It honestly really freaked us out because we were not told anything and just that morning I had showered and the water was fine. We were very upset that no one told us that someone was going to be in our room and walking into him being there was very scary.

Drove 3 and half hours to a cancelled reservation with a confirmation number. William at the front desk was impeccable, very professional, and caring but nothing that he could do to accommodate us. This property will be scratch from our list of places near Boulder. Excellent service at Marriott 34 minutes away in Aurora. Waiting for our refund from Expedia!

The Homewood Suites in Broomfield is a nice property, and the surrounding area is nice. The service at the hotel was disappointing. When we arrived, we were told that the rooms were oversold, so they moved us to a sister property which was not as spacious or comfortable. The hotel manager is working on getting the first night comped for the inconvenience. The food for the complimentary breakfast was fair, but because the hotel was very busy, the kitchen staff could not keep up with the demand. Whether or not I would stay again is a maybe. The hotel staff was friendly, especially Ever and Eric, the GM. There is is one person whose name I will not mention, but she had the wrong temperment for the job at the front desk.

Several times we went to the front desk no one was there. Had to wait 10 minutes to check in. No towels in the pool area. Pool area needed picked up. Went to ask front desk for more towels and no one was at the front desk.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the hotel. It was clean, modern, and conveniently located, with many shops and restaurants located nearby. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. We would definitely stay here again.

Super nice hotel just 2 years old and feels brand new. Very spacious nicely appointed room, clean and comfortable. Attractive lobby and patio. Great breakfast. You can walk to Flatirons Crossing mall and movie theater. Easy drive to Boulder.

Todo estuvo bien en el hotel, excepto el menú del desayuno. Los 4 días que estuvimos ahí nos dieron los mismo en el desayuno. Nunca hicieron ningún cambio a nada. Está bien que todos los días den huevo pero no en la misma presentación. Por lo menos eso deben cambiarlo!!

Pool was extremely cold and had to purchase a plug for the tub as i have littles. Also the breakfast wasn't very kid friendly as 2 out of the 3 main options had peppers. I dont know many kids that like peppers. Maybe offer a kid friendly option such as just plain scrambled eggs. Other than that the stay was good. Nice roomy room.

Great Place to stay. Breakfast was amazing. Very Clean. Very easy to get to with pleanty of parking. I used the Gym each day we were there. We also used did a few loads of laundry.

Our room was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was very good at selections. Always something to choose from. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. It's a place worth visiting again when in the area.

Our stay at Homewood Suites was amazing! The room was perfect for our week-long stay. We were there for my son to receive a medical procedure. The room had a full kitchen w/everything we needed to make our meals; a dining table and chairs; living room with t.v.; bedroom w/t.v.; and a big bathroom. The hotel was able to accommodate our request for a low-step shower stall which worked out perfectly after my son\'s medical procedure. The full breakfasts were great! We found plenty to eat even with our gluten free and other allergy needs. The staff was wonderful. They sent text messages throughout the week to check on us. We were able to easily stop by the desk for anything we needed including borrowing a pair of scissors! Originally we had planned to stay at a lesser costing place, but after figuring up the expenses to purchase pots/pans/plates/utensils for the kitchen the other hotel did not supply with their full kitchen and breakfast each morning that the other hotel did not provide, it was actually less expensive to stay at Homewood Suites than the other "cheaper" hotel. Parking is also free at Homewood Suites which is not the case at many other hotels. We were also very close to the doctor and clinic and Homewood Suites is VERY close to Walmart, restaurants, movie theater, and other shopping and entertainment. We felt very safe the entire time we were there.Other perks we enjoyed basketball court w/ball; laundry facility; Fitness center; indoor pool; & restaurant on premises
