Walking distance from all the basic necessities. Pool and beach are easily accessible. Condo was completely furnished meeting all my expectations for a rental. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear. Would def come back! Thank you for sharing this gem!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We simply love this place, we have stayed here around 10 or 12 times . The team at Rentals Maui do an excellent job as always. The condo was beautiful the court yard was amazing and the grounds keeper was always keeping the pool , BBQ. in top condition. Our only disappointment was so many kids playing outside the lanai, even after sun down. I think this is more of an adult complex. I think that with a little more parental supervision that things could have been better. I understand the the children are excited to be outside playing after probably coming from some cold area. We like to come here to Waiohuli Beach to relax and enjoy the peaceful, beautiful weather and beach. But like I said in the beginning we simply love this place .

This complex is beautifully landscaped with a family friendly pool and bbq/ picnics c area steps away from the beach. Who could ask for more?Our unit was comfortable, clean with all we needed to spend the day at the beach. We love to cook and the kitchen had all the utensils and pots necessary. We snorkeled, swam in the ocean and pool, barbequed next to the pool, attended a magic show and in general just had a blast.

Super condo, propre, simple de prendre possession, toutes les commodités nécessaires. Grande porte patio qui donne sur cours gazonnée partagée. Très calme, bbq et salle de lavage a proximité. Piscine et plage à 2 pas. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation et même que je reviendrais ici si je visite à nouveau Maui

It doesn't seem like the condo has been updated in a long time, curtains had holes in it and the lounge chair was dusty and disgusting. After we requested they replaced the lounge chair with a new one. Other than that it's a great location, right on the beach. Kitchen and living room area is good. The place is well stocked beach essentials like beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas etc.

Beach walking and finding turtles on the beach (we counted 29 one evening!), was a daily routine. The unit was clean and comfortable - ground floor allows quick and easy access to the facilities and beach. It does however need some updating! Cups, glasses, dinnerware and cutlery was a mishmash of all types and styles. Furniture is showing its age. Not a show stopper, but would be nice to see an upgrade.

Our children loved it.Our condo unfortunately had an odor and a maggot infestation. Management worked to resolve the problem and it was a challenge.Despite this hiccup we would return. This place is a gem.

We loved our little sweet home vacation spot! The condo was cute, comfortable, and everything we need. Our family book 3 units in a row and it was wonderful to have our own space, yet; be around family. Thank you for making our vacation feel like home. Mahalo!

Great location, clean, quite condo! Everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, blankets, and snorkeling gear. Check in and check out was so easy. The AC is loud, and woke us up multiple times on our first night. We used the ceiling fan and opened the windows for the remainder of our trip and slep great. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit needs some upgrades. The lighting is bad, the fans are cheap and noisy. The AC units work well. I like the pool. It’s in the quieter side of Kihei but there are homeless people hanging around to get free meals at the church.

Our children loved it.Our condo unfortunately had an odor and a maggot infestation. Management worked to resolve the problem and it was a challenge.Despite this hiccup we would return. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make meals. They had beach chairs and towels for use. The location was great! Very close to everything we wanted to do and things that were 30mins out had a beautiful drive!

Walking distance from all the basic necessities. Pool and beach are easily accessible. Condo was completely furnished meeting all my expectations for a rental. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear. Would def come back! Thank you for sharing this gem!

The condo was beautiful the court yard was amazing and the grounds keeper was always keeping the pool , BBQ. in top condition. Our only disappointment was so many kids playing outside the lanai, even after sun down. I think this is more of an adult complex. I think that with a little more parental supervision that things could have been better. I understand the the children are excited to be outside playing after probably coming from some cold area. We like to come here to Waiohuli Beach to relax and enjoy the peaceful, beautiful weather and beach. But like I said in the beginning we simply love this place .

Beach view was partially obstructed by trees, etc. but accurate. Quite clean . Enjoyed the Hawaiian motif. Appreciated the easy to use grill. Portable stairs to the beach would be appreciated by anyone. Definitely a consideration if we return to Maui.

The location is fantastic! The reason for the 4 star is the dishwasher smelled really bad, that should be taken care of and we had a problem with the lock on the screen door, but they were able to fix the lock quickly. The place was comfortable and the location was the best! The chairs, umbrella, and coolers were a plus! The unit is stocked well. We will be back again. The unit is well worth it. We would stay again.
