Ett trevligt mottagande och då vi kom tidigt kunde vi ställa vårt baggage i receptionen Rummet var stort och rent med pentry enligt förväntan Varje kväll bjöd de på snacks/öl eller vin - trevligt! Under vår vistelse var dock hissarna trasiga och det tog några dagar innan den ena var i drift igen Överlag ett trevligt hotell med vänlig personal (De behöver dock lära sig att koka ägg ;) )

The carpet in the room was noticeably stained due to the light nature of the carpet's colour. There was also visible staining on one of the lampshades. Bathroom was relatively small but also the half glass barrier didn't really keep out water too effectively. Also, there's only one bottle of body wash which doubles as hand soap which was annoying. Staff were solid. Breakfast was actually extremely nice with the typical English breakfast hot options including relatively fresh juice and milk that was actually stored in a fridge. The breakfast is the saving grace here, but the room's cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired.

Spotlessly clean room, Kitchenette area had all items you could want. Comfortable beds. Vast choices of breakfast items, staff couldn't do enough for you all extremely pleasant . Check in easy staff lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to anyone who wants a central stay in London near the sights, Buckingham Palace only 1.5 mile walk away.
