Great location. Quiet room but no lift and room was on 3rd floor, which is awkward with heavy luggage

Pros: Large TV, good wi-fi, breakfast arrived on time. Cons: Disorganized check-in. The first 2 rooms we were given were occupied/dirty. Hotel split across 2 different buildings. The larger building has 3 floors and no lift. VERY small rooms. Window in our room was broken. Water leak from air vent when heat was turned on. Very expensive for the location and room quality.

Pluses: refurbished rooms, competitive rate, location Minuses: King block rooms - not for mobility impaired. Smelly drain in bathroom (maintenance tried to resolve but only made it worse)

Three flights of stairs. No dining areas or lounge bar.

Excellent location, nice fella in the reseption and they could offer to carry your luggage to your room. But, they didn’t have any breakfast room and brought the breakfast to the room. Very simple breakfast (a banana, one croissant, one bar and a youghurt. No topping/ jam) not good enough.

Nice hotel and friendly straf but the room was quite small. The breakfast was brought to the room because there is no breakfast area. You get a breakfast box, so no choice. The area is nice, but still /- 30min from the city centre by metro.

Was just right for what we wanted for three night stay. Very handy for Hammersmith Bus and Tube Stations. Only down is that there are no lifts and all rooms are upstairs.

The location was great, close to many shops and the tube. Also was quiet. I enjoyed the free breakfast. The room was a good size too. Only downside was our room was on the third floor with no lift.

My mum came for a theatre trip while I worked and we were on top floor and she had a horrendous time with the stairs. Doesn’t mention no lift anywhere in advert. - no windows. The top floor has no windows or air flow. - too warm. Top floor that has no windows has air con that doesn’t go below 19 meaning the rooms are warm and stuffy and not nice to be in. - “Cosy room” = barely larger than the bed. - “breakfast” consists of a horrible sausage roll, yoghurt, banana and small cereal bar. Do not pay extra for this when there’s marks and Spencer’s food hall over the road.

We were happy with our stay at Seraphine Hammersmith Hotel. We had everything we needed, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was lovely. We didn't realise there was air-conditioning in the room which we needed, as it was very warm in there. Nice continental breakfast and helpful staff.

This hotel is in a great location only 6 mins walk to the tube....the premises are very clean and staff friendly and welcoming. Our room was a triple room, which although compact had ample space. The bathroom facilities were excellent and the shower powerful. The hotel was exceptionally quiet and we didnt hear other guests. Dont hesitate to book this hotel - i will definitely look to book again for my next visit.

Walk down by the Thames is gorgeous and charming. Hammersmith generally busy vs quaint but diverse and felt fairly safe.

I appreciated the breakfast provided and the location close to the Hammersmith station, but getting logged out of the wifi after around 2 hours of streaming was extremely inconvenient. This was not mentioned whatsoever when I checked in, and I only realized it when I got a warning on my work phone that I had used up all of my data. I contacted Reception and they asked me to provide the wifi addresses/IMEI codes for my devices to have those re-activated. A little lengthy, but this seemed to fix the issue until I got logged out once again later that night, but unfortunately no one was available to help me anymore at that time of night. All in all, I was happy with the stay until this very frustrating and costly situation, especially since I had to pay out of pocket the data usage on my work phone which the hotel took no responsibility for. Also, the walls are paper thin, I could hear the neighbors or was it the cleaning people talking loudly next door.

Was in a good place for us going to Eventim Apollo. Room was small & not enough room around beds. There was only 2 of us but room was meant for 3, would have been a bit cramped.

Booked a cosy room for one night. It did what it said on the tin. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was small, but that's what I expected. The complimentry continental breakfast was nice and arrived on time. Room was clean. Only issues were that my feet hung off the end of the bed and not much room between end of bed and wall/mounted TV. Also, pillows were too hard for me. Shower was excellent (powerful - rainfall & direct spray). In summary - a great hotel for the price and convenient location - easy walk to Picadilly & District lines. Ideal for one night and good for the price. I am happy to recommend this hotel for this purpose.

Naim went above and beyond for our stay at Seraphine Hotel. He was so kind and lovely and upgraded us even with a full hotel. The heated floor in the bathroom was wonderful. With only 5 min away from Hammersmith Apollo it was a worth every penny. Breakfast was delivered on time. It’s a basic hotel, the price is reflected in the standard on the rooms and breakfast. But the service, cleanliness, comfortable bed and a good night sleep makes it a 5 star stay! We’re coming back.

good location, staff excellent

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location with easy access to 2 train stations and bus services. There are several shops on the same street and various eateries.. it was home away from home for us. The easy check in, the very friendly and helpful staff, from the receptionist to the cleaners, the comfortable bed and cosy room. This is my go-to hotel whenever I am in London. Highly recommended..

Very welcoming staff, room was clean and well equipped for a one night stay. Bathroom towels could have been bigger. Continental breakfast was good and delivered to our room. Great value for money overall, would recommend.

The hotel is in a great location that is close enough to shopping to access it, but also not directly in the shopping center, so it’s not noisy. The staff was very kind and easily available. Azim, one of the front office staff, went above and beyond to assist me. The other front office staff was also kind. This was an affordable, convenient, and nice stay for my quick trip. I would recommend it and would stay again.

Clean rooms - free continental bagged breakfast

We booked a classic room and the photo of the room didn’t match the room. When we arrived I asked if it really was a classic room and was told it was. There was one huge problem with the room and it was that you could not walk past the bed to the bathroom without bending over the bed for support. There was literally 30cm at the foot of the bed and they decided it was the best place to put the TV- at chest height. We are not big people but I had problems with my back so it was sheer agony passing the bed. Not to mention during the night when I woke my husband passing the bed. If the photo had matched I could have made a conscious decision to book the room and I wouldn’t be writing this now! The room was ok equipped with tea and coffee maker, ok bed and bathroom but it was really small. The area is nice and the cleaning good. The reception staff was also nice. The breakfast was served in a paper bag and consisted of a juice, a chocolate croissant, a small muffin, a fruit and a small yogurt ( unfortunately with sweetener). This had to be consumed sitting on the bed. This would also have been nice to know in advance. Not what I imagined when it said continental breakfast included. There was only one chair in the room and no place to move around. Especially with 2 suitcases.. If you still want to stay here knowing all this it’s fine because then you have all the facts before you book. The information on hotels.com is unfortunately not correct!
