Everything about this hotel is superb. From the front desk to the doormen and the bar staff - exceptional. My only choice when in London.

Absolutely outstanding service, all the staff were so friendly no efficient. It’s very rare to receive such personal service in a large city hotel. The building was only recently refurbished so it was immaculate and perfectly situated. We have been fortunate enough to stay in many good hotels but the Biltmore was at the top of its game and we will definitely be returning.

Everything was either as I had expected or better. Only grumble was not being able to gain entry (no bell) at night from the Adams Row entrance.

The location is great and the rooms also, but I think they need to work on the bad smell of the second floor.

Surprisingly uncomfortable beds at this price point. We had a double twin and the beds were like roll-away beds with mattress pads. The fire alarm went off in the middle of one of the nights due to someone smoking in their room and there was quite a bit of noise in the hallways coming through underneath the door.

Can’t complain about the comfort of the hotel, although for the price of £900/night for 11 nights the deluxe room is quite small, especially the bathroom. My biggest complaint is the service or lack there of. I attempted to call the concierge over 20 times from my room over the 11 day stay to no answer. I visited the concierge several times only to find an empty desk. Reception only answered around 20% of my attempted calls, most going through to a switch board that took a message although almost all of my messages went unanswered. My friend who was staying in a separate room had the same experience & on many occasions I saw disgruntled residents in the lobby asking why their phone calls weren’t being answered. Some of the bar/restaurant staff were below par with English language skills or knowledge of their own menus for a 5 star hotel in London. The only member of staff that positively stood out during my visit was Peter. It was a pleasure having him on the door as he was very helpful & apologetic on behalf of his co-workers. During my stay on 3 separate days I tried taking a shower to have no hot water or very very low water pressure. Something that was fixed eventually but did take too long. Disappointed at lack of vegan options on the restaurant menu. This year I have stayed in almost 20 different 5 star hotels and this experience has been the most frustrating. As a Hilton diamond member I would expect more from the Hilton brand.

Excellent staff and location. However the beds are way too stiff, pillows to slim, shower has no water pressure whatsoever and room too small for the price. Not going again.

Really nice, brief but good couple of nights. If I was been extra critical room was on the smaller side but service was excellent. All In all very good

the facilty is really good I would highly recommend it. I faced an issue with the reception at the beggining he was super rude. however Mr. Sameer the reservation manager fixed the issue and made it up. overall the hotel is perfect and you can't find better location

Excellent, central location that was very walkable to shopping, restaurants, theaters, Hyde Park, and other sites. Staff was incredibly kind and the rooms were very comfortable with modern finishes.

The staff was wonderful. They were ready to answer any questions about locations and restaurants. I especially was very impressed with the servers and staff at breakfast every morning.

Staff were unprofessional and not very kind. Cleaning crew stole items from within our closed and zipped suitcases. Staff did nothing and accused my teen daughter of taking the items. Would not recommend this hotel of the many amazing hotels in London
