We had a spacious room with two doubles and a large veranda with a phenomenal view of the St. Lawrence River. The hotel is on a steep hill with two areas of parking. Our room was on the lower floor and parking was above. Most of the hotel is accessed by stairs. The 5 course dinner was fabulous.

Beautiful setting and incredible view. Enjoyed very much the pool and the dining room. The breakfast selection was excellent and well presented. The continental breakfast was particularly generous. The facilities are starting to show their age. The bathroom was very small and the small tubes of shower gel were totally insufficient for two people. The staff however was helpful and made excellent touring suggestions.

Our little family loved our stay at Trois canards. It was cosy, our kids had a great time at the pool and the view on the St-Lawrence river was beautiful. We also enjoyed the lobby area. Everything went smoothly and the staff was very professional throughout our stay. I highly recommand.

C'est un endroit paisible et bien situé, près des restaurants et du casino. La salle à manger offre un très bon menu. Les repas sont délicieux. C'est assez propre, sauf pour le contour de la base de la douche qui aurait besoin d'être frotté à la brosse. Le personnel de la chambre était gentil et attentionné.

La vue de l’hôtel est magnifique et le staff autant les femmes de ménages que la réception sont chaleureux. Très bon service. Les chambres sont propres et la terrasse pour le café avec la vue c’est splendide. Je recommande hautement cet endroit.

Les chambres ont besoin de rénovation. J\'ai eu la désagréable surprise de voir du tapis à la grandeur de la chambre. Il a été impossible d\'en changer et aucune compensation n\'a été offerte. La salle de bain a besoin d\'un sérieux rajeunissement : la propreté de la céramique laissait à désirer; le bain-douche était correct pour des personnes de petites tailles; la porte du balcon était à changer; la climatisation était extrêmement bruyante.La chambre a besoin d\'un déshumidificateur. Seule la vue et le terrain valait la peine. Je ne retournerai pas à l"Auberge pour une chambre mais seulement pour y manger. La table gastronomique était parfaite!

We had a very pleasant stay here! Although an older building, it had its charms. We stayed only one night but we had a great view of the harbour/waterfront and a nice little balcony. It was very close to center of town, and had a very good restaurant - we had a fantastic, delicious gourmet meal & great wine to go with it. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren't great. We would stay here again.

The rooms are really bad, the bed is straight from the early 2000 which is extremely hard and you feel all the springs that are inside the bed. The room was not well maintained. A lot of broken things. The only positive is the extraordinary view and the restaurant.

Grounds are very nice, room is comfortable, food is excellent. Rooms are outdated. At least the carpet should be removed to make it better. Old receptionist was rude with a few guests and even once with me for no reason. A receptionist should be welcoming, patient, and helpful.

We had a spacious room with two doubles and a large veranda with a phenomenal view of the St. Lawrence River. The hotel is on a steep hill with two areas of parking. Our room was on the lower floor and parking was above. Most of the hotel is accessed by stairs. The 5 course dinner was fabulous.

Beautiful setting and incredible view. Enjoyed very much the pool and the dining room. The breakfast selection was excellent and well presented. The continental breakfast was particularly generous. The facilities are starting to show their age. The bathroom was very small and the small tubes of shower gel were totally insufficient for two people. The staff however was helpful and made excellent touring suggestions.

We had a very pleasant stay here! Although an older building, it had its charms. We stayed only one night but we had a great view of the harbour/waterfront and a nice little balcony. It was very close to center of town, and had a very good restaurant - we had a fantastic, delicious gourmet meal & great wine to go with it. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren't great. We would stay here again.

Notre chambre était propre et confortable, sauf pour l'air climatisé qui était un peu bruyant, mais la vue du fleuve de notre fenêtre était exceptionnelle Le personnel est très courtois et efficace et le restaurant mérite véritablement 5 étoiles: la nourriture est très savoureuse et préparée à la perfection. Ça vaut la peine d,aller manger à ce restaurant même si vous n'habitez pas à cet hôtel

A very nice inn. Such friendly staff and the “ Table d’Hote” was worth every penny. Excellent menu and the food scrumptious. My room facing the river was comfortable and offered spectacular sun rise

Every room has an incredible view of the river and the mountains and a balcony. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. The pool was amazing and we swam every day. The restaurant on site was higher end but the hotel location is easily walkable to fantastic restaurants downtown. We were also able to walk to the Chateau Richelieu for morning coffee on the terrace. Some of the older rooms could be due for upgrades
