Very friendly staff and free breakfast was lovely

Our stay was highlighted by a clean room and a convenient location near the main tourist sites. The staff made check-in a breeze with their friendly and efficient service. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience did not meet expectations. The selection was quite limited, and the quality of the coffee was particularly disappointing for an Australian hotel. We would certainly recommend staying here, but we advise guests to look elsewhere for their morning meal.

But stuffy in the rooms as the windows don't open but the rooms are always clean and modern. Parking is free on the street out the front fro. 12pm Saturday and all day Sunday which is great. Fantastic location and staff are wonderful

We were very impressed with the attention to detail in this hotel - our room had blackout blinds, usb port, soft and firm pillows and good products in large pump dispensers as well as the usual safe and fridge. The free breakfast was excellent, only little gripe, they could have done with extra staff in dining room over the weekend. Having said that the staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Linda on the front desk.
