We had the best stay in Kyoto. The hotel was immaculate and the front desk staff were tremendously helpful. They were able to secure reservations for us for at a dinner restaurant since we don’t speak Japanese. Their amenity bar was top notch as was the breakfast. There was lots of variety and all the offerings were tasty. There were several restaurants and convenience stores nearby that were walkable and they provided a map with recommendations. The subway was also nearby (1 block) as were a few bus stops.

徒歩圏内に何店舗かコンビニがありとても便利。地下鉄からも直ぐですし、バス停も直ぐ近くにありました。ホテルはキレイで静かな雰囲気で良かったです。ロビーにあったコーヒーが一度も飲めず…残念でした。こまめにチェックお願いします。

Sehr freundlches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Gutes Frühstücksangebot in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Das Hotel ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen und in der Nähe zahlreicher Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a great stay. Room was 100% better than the APA hotels I stayed in. It felt very, very clean!!! The toiletry amenities were good. The staff was very nice. The A/C worked so well. Overall we are so pleased with our stay. Transportation options are very convenient.

The hotel is very clean and modern. It’s also more spacious than other hotels I have stayed in Japan. The room also had a massage chair. The only von was that the bed was very firm, which is personally not something I like. Other than that, the hotel is located in an ideal area close to the train station, nearby shops, and 7-Eleven about 3 minutes walk.

Our room is very nice. Newer, cleaner and more space than most Japanese hotel. It even has a masssage chair and 2 pillows for each guests! What a treat! Truly enjoyed our stay here.

很高興這次選擇這間飯店入住，一大早就將行李寄放在飯店，員工服務友善，雖然下午三點才能入住，但是烏丸御池附近有很多很棒的景點。飯店也距離京都地鐵很近，出站只要一分鐘的距離，如果有行李的旅客，在附近也有電梯設施可以使用，ㄧ出來，過了御池通就會到了。房間設備完善，裡面還有按摩椅，實在太棒了。飯店的備品多樣而且完善，可供遊客選擇。最後一天要退房，剛好颱風要影響關西，員工很貼心地提醒我要小心颱風，讓我倍感溫馨。很高興選了這間飯店入住，如果再訪京都，這間飯店是the best choice!

I ordered Japanese breakfasts for my stay. They showed up with an American breakfast my first day. Even after admitting they got the order wrong, they seemed intent on me taking the breakfast. I didn't want to cause trouble, so i accepted it. It was totally mediocre. The Japanese breakfast, which they brought to me the next day was a lot better.

酒店位置很好，距離二條城只有一個電車站的距離。步行去二條城也只需要十幾分鐘。附近有很多便利店和食肆，拉麵，唐揚炸雞，和食，和風洋食，你能想到的比較親民的料理基本在酒店附近都有。酒店大門給人的感覺很高級，客房設施齊全。按摩椅好評。浴室浴缸夠大夠深，完了一天泡個澡，再用按摩椅按一下，真的超級舒服。

Sehr freundlches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Gutes Frühstücksangebot in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Das Hotel ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen und in der Nähe zahlreicher Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

部屋は清潔感がありましたし、バイキング形式の朝食も美味しかったです。部屋によって違うようですが、私が、宿泊した部屋にはマッサージチェアーが付いていて、薄いタビ型の靴下もサービスで置いてありました。この靴下が、夏場の足のムレを抑えてくれる優れもので、革靴を履きっぱなしだった日中を快適に過ごすことができました。3泊させて頂きましたが、理由はわかりませんが、中日だけ置いておらず、ちょっと残念でした。

We had the best stay in Kyoto. The hotel was immaculate and the front desk staff were tremendously helpful. They were able to secure reservations for us for at a dinner restaurant since we don’t speak Japanese. Their amenity bar was top notch as was the breakfast. There was lots of variety and all the offerings were tasty. There were several restaurants and convenience stores nearby that were walkable and they provided a map with recommendations. The subway was also nearby (1 block) as were a few bus stops.

I ordered Japanese breakfasts for my stay. They showed up with an American breakfast my first day. Even after admitting they got the order wrong, they seemed intent on me taking the breakfast. I didn't want to cause trouble, so i accepted it. It was totally mediocre. The Japanese breakfast, which they brought to me the next day was a lot better.

The hotel is in an excellent location right next to the subway station. Only takes five minutes to get to Kyoto station. The room itself was extremely small. The window to look outside was almost nonexistent. You face a big wall and that’s it very depressing. The bed itself was comfortable as was the pillow the shower was nice. Good air conditioning. The snacks they talk about are a joke. Just some cracker jacks and rice crackers. they shouldn’t even advertise them. I stayed there for four nights and couldn’t wait to leave. My next stop was Takayama fabulous room at the Takayama residence Inn huge room with a king size mattress. I’m on the ninth floor with a huge window that faces the mountains. I feel so much better here than I did in Kyoto.
