Bathroom floor is molded and is wet all day. Cleaning ladies are loud and make more noise then the people staying here.

Staff support was next to zero. We had no working TV for 2 days. The internet at best was spotty. We had heavy snow fall and plowing of lot was terrible especially for handicap residents. There was no chair in the room initially and the one we got was damaged. As an extended stay hotel the accommodations were poor.
