Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Bedienung. Super Betreuung im Spa-Bereich, leider ohne Tauchbecken und Liegen im Saunabereich. Ansonsten tolles Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Die Parkplatzgebühren sind leider für ein derartiges überteuert.

Hotel staff are friendly. Pools were nice. Jacuzzi could be warmer. But some issues we had are the following: Upon our first shower in the room, all of a sudden the water backed up and we were standing in 6-8 cm of dirty water. Later that night a maintenance member came and removed lots of hair from the drain. (This should be checked and controlled before guests stay in the room). Next, the Fridge was not working and was not cold. Our medicine had to stay cool and therefore we had to keep it by the window where we had it open all night as the air outside was cold. Maintenance came and said it can be fixed the next day. (This should also be tested before guests stay in the room). Breakfast food buffet: “warm food” was cold, the bacon eggs sausage beans etc. We had to mention it to the waitress and she informed the kitchen, they then checked and made the warm element hotter. (This needs to be checked by the breakfast crew, as meat and eggs need to be a minimum temperature or there could be bacteria and people can get sick). The bed mattress were dipping in the middle. Room interior and furnishings look outdated, from the 90s. There was a fire drill at the hotel on 17 Nov 2025, and the hotel guests were not informed about this at all. The hotel needs to give a notice before the drill, many guests were worried and confused! Expectations where higher for this 4 star hotel. We mentioned these things to management, but no apology or compensation.

Schönes und sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstücksbuffet. Der Spa-Bereich ist liebevoll gemacht und sehr gemütlich, insgesamt jedoch recht klein. Ebenso die Saunen, wo die Plätze schnell knapp werden, und auch im Ruhebereich findet nicht jede*r immer eine Liege. Insgesamt war es jedoch ein wundervoller Aufenthalt.

Generell schönes Hotel, schöner Pool und Spa Bereich. Für adults only finde ich es etwas unpassend, dass der Pool schon 20 Uhr schließt. Es war nicht möglich die Cocktails der Bar auf der Terrasse des Restaurants zu bestellen, die Bar hatte keinen Außenbereich. Hier würde ich bei 4*S etwas mehr Flexibilität erwarten.

Das Zimmer war gut, das Personal immer nett. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, im Ruhebereich der Saune waren sehr viele Liegen „reserviert“, was es eigentlich nicht geben sollte.

Sehr schönes Hotel am See und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und mega freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr schön. Leider hatte der Bademantel einen großen Fleck und es gab nur 1-Lagiges Toilettenpapier (für ein 4 Sterne Haus etwas ungewöhnlich). Die Parkplatzsituation ist ebenfalls nicht ganz optimal. Wir mussten erstmal gut eine viertel Stunde rum fahren, bis jemand vom Parkplatz gefahren ist um überhaupt einen Stellplatz zu bekommen. Das könnte man noch verbessern aber im Grunde ein schönes Hotel.

Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Ortseingang von Bad Saarow. Sehr ruhige Gegend direkt am Scharmützelsee. Alles sauber. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt (weitere Decke, anderes Kopfkissen etc.). Das Spa war immer gemütlich. Als wir das erste mal dort hinein kamen erhielten wir eine kleine Einweisung. Überall steht auch Wasser für die Gäste bereit. Leider waren die Liegen im Spa für die anzahl der Gäste nicht ausreichend, man musste Glück haben um eine Liege zu bekommen. Die Bar ist klein aber man fühlt sich extrem wohl, die Auswahl an Drinks ist groß. Das Restaurant Pechhütte ist super. Große Speisen, da rechtfertigt sich auch der Preis. Zu Fuß kann man die Innenstadt erreichen (Kino, Edeka, netto, Apotheke...). Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!!

In dem Zimmer Esprit Seeseite war es leider nicht so ganz sauber. Es hingen alte Spinnen an den Wänden teilweise. Auf Grund schlechter Ereignisse, ist dies ein Kritikpunkt. Die Verdunklungsrollos passten leider nicht über die komplette Fensterfront, so dass das Zimmer immer hell war. Die Bettwäsche war für den Sommer nicht sehr gut gewählt. Es war eine Art Winterdecke & man hat leider sehr geschwitzt darunter.

Aber: Im Zimmer der Hinweis, dass aus „Klimaschutzgründen“ nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt wird. Liebes Management, machen sie sich doch bitte ehrlich und schreiben aus Kostengründen. Ansonsten ein sehr „touristisches“ Hotel. Wer beim Frühstück nackte Männerbeine in Badeschlappen sehen möchte oder Leute, die direkt aus dem Bett mit Schlabbershirt am Tisch sitzen, ist hier richtig. Es wird leider keinen zweiten Besuch geben.

Room interior and furnishings look outdated, from the 90s. There was a fire drill at the hotel on 17 Nov 2025, and the hotel guests were not informed about this at all. The hotel needs to give a notice before the drill, many guests were worried and confused! Expectations where higher for this 4 star hotel. We mentioned these things to management, but no apology or compensation.

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Hotel. Jedoch finde ich die Preise mittlerweile schon ziemlich überzogen. Die Zimmer sind schön aber auch nicht extravagant oder besonders toll in ihrer Ausstattung. Für 4 Sterne subiere York könnte man da auch mehr erwarten. Gerade das Badezimmer fand ich nicht herausragend. Außerdem konnte man nachts die Fenster nicht wirklich aufmachen, wir haben immer die Raucher unter uns gehabt die man lautstark gehört hat und der Rauch zog durchs Fenster hinein Punkt hat man das Fenster geschlossen gegenüber einem die Lüftung an, die sich direkt über dem Bett befand. Fand ich ziemlich störend. Der Wellnessbereich ist was die Saunalandschaft anbelangt zu klein dimensioniert. Man muss sich immer an den Leuten vorbeibringen, da der kleine warmwasser-sauna Pool einfach stört. Im Ruheraum gab es quasi keine freien liegen, da sollte man lieber bei der Behandlung Etage Räumlichkeiten für schaffen. Nichts schlimmer, als wenn man sich im Wellnessbereich nicht vernünftig hinlegen kann. Fand ich extrem enttäuschend.

In dem Zimmer Esprit Seeseite war es leider nicht so ganz sauber. Es hingen alte Spinnen an den Wänden teilweise. Auf Grund schlechter Ereignisse, ist dies ein Kritikpunkt. Die Verdunklungsrollos passten leider nicht über die komplette Fensterfront, so dass das Zimmer immer hell war. Die Bettwäsche war für den Sommer nicht sehr gut gewählt. Es war eine Art Winterdecke & man hat leider sehr geschwitzt darunter.

Die Hotelanlage hat keinen wirklichen Flair für Privatreisende. Ich war mit meiner Partnerin zwei Nächte dort und wir fühlten uns wie in einem nüchternen Tagungshotel. Das von mir mit begehbarer Dusche angeforderte Zimmer hatte eine Badewanne und lag direkt über dem Hof, in dem Gäste an Tischen und Bänken bis in die Nacht lautstark verweilten. Der Seeblick der Zimmer ist ein schlechter Witz. Man kann den See bestenfalls erahnen. Dafür einen Aufpreis zu verlangen ist sehr dreist. Das nach meiner Reklamation zugewiesene neue Zimmer der gleichen höheren Kategorie war ziemlich dunkel und hatte KEINE Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer war durchgängig überhitzt, so wurde der Aufenthalt zu einer schweißtreibenden Geduldsprobe. Die Ausstattung des Raumes war ok, das Bad hingegen war einfachste Ausstattung. Ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage in einem in den 2000er Jahren gebauten, angeblich gehobenem Hotel anzubieten ist unfassbar. Dies allein schließt jegliche erneute Buchung und Weiterempfehlung für mich aus. Unter dem Strich waren wir enttäuscht von der gebotenen Leistung bei dem hohen geforderten Preis, den ich für nicht gerechtfertigt halte.

Es war wunderbar. Alles sehr entspannt und der Service hervorragend. Es ist alles da was man braucht und was das Herz begehrt. Vor allem das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen und dass es am Wochenende länger geöffnet hat. Leider muss ich auch eine negative Bewertung da lassen für das Restaurant „Pechhütte“, da eine Person des Personals sehr rassistisch war. Ein Pärchen vor uns stand beim Reservierungs-Empfang und es wurden diesem Pärchen gegenüber rassische Kommentare bzgl. ihres Glaubens gemacht.

Wir sind seit Jahren Stammgäste des Hotels und haben uns auch in diesem Jahr wieder sehr wohlgefühlt; der Empfang ist stets sehr freundlich, der Service im gesamten Haus absolut perfekt; das umfangreiche Frühstück hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand; erwähnenswert ist der große SPA Bereich, der immer wieder gern zum Verweilen einlädt; wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von nur einer Nacht. Die Buchung erfolgte spontan aufgrund des herrlichen Wetters als Urlaubsverlängerung. Der Scharmützelsee ist uns bekannt und wir haben mit dem Hotel eine perfekte Wahl getroffen. Schon beim Check in konnten wir uns an der Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter erfreuen. Ein Glas Sekt zur Begrüßung war noch ein "I-Tüpfelchen" Das Hotel bietet alles was man sich erhofft. Der Wellnesbereich ist groß und sehr schön. Am Morgen kann man nach dem Schwimmen einen Kaffee oder Tee trinken. Das Frühstücks Buffett erfüllt alle Erwartungen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind mit Freude bei der Arbeit und strahlen dies aus. Wir werden mit Sicherheit dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Ortseingang von Bad Saarow. Sehr ruhige Gegend direkt am Scharmützelsee. Alles sauber. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt (weitere Decke, anderes Kopfkissen etc.). Das Spa war immer gemütlich. Als wir das erste mal dort hinein kamen erhielten wir eine kleine Einweisung. Überall steht auch Wasser für die Gäste bereit. Leider waren die Liegen im Spa für die anzahl der Gäste nicht ausreichend, man musste Glück haben um eine Liege zu bekommen. Die Bar ist klein aber man fühlt sich extrem wohl, die Auswahl an Drinks ist groß. Das Restaurant Pechhütte ist super. Große Speisen, da rechtfertigt sich auch der Preis. Zu Fuß kann man die Innenstadt erreichen (Kino, Edeka, netto, Apotheke...). Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!!

Das Zimmer war gut, das Personal immer nett. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, im Ruhebereich der Saune waren sehr viele Liegen „reserviert“, was es eigentlich nicht geben sollte.

I've been coming here regularly for over 10 years and will continue to do so. However, recently the hotel started asking you to pay extra for smoked salmon at the breakfast buffet...which honestly just looks cheap (rather simply remove the smoked salmon from the offerings if you want to...). The restaurant (Pechhütte) changes its menu every couple months and this means the food is often not very good -- its very hard on staff to master a new menu so often, so this is not on the cooks but probably the management. The new menu in particular is not set up to accommodate solo diners very well as new new appetizer menu is all "sharing" plates and it is unclear if it's enough for a meal for one or not. Everything I tried on the new menu during a few day trip was over-salted to the point of feeling my mouth burn -- and I like salt (!) The chef clearly struggles to cook meat to order, serving either overcooked or raw. I love this hotel but am at the point where I will not eat there anymore, which is a shame because the convenience of a restaurant on the property is wonderful. I just wish the Pechhütte would find a solid menu, stick with it, make sure they can consistently cook it well, and stop making new menus that clearly do so poorly that they have to be re-done every few months.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lange am Scharmützelsee und bietet ein ordentliches Preis- Leistungsverhältnis u. einen schönen Wellness-Bereich. Zwei Dinge die schade sind: 1) Den besten Preis bekommt man nicht bei der Unterkunft, sondern bei Portalen. Damit wird Geld unnötig verschenkt, dass man besser den Kunden zukommen lässt, die willig sind, direkt im Hotel zu buchen. 2) Im Restaurant OVINO (gehobenes Preisniveau) gibt es "Beilagenbrot" zu Salat nur gegen Aufpreis... obwohl der Salat schon über 20€ kostet. Das ist kleinlich und unwürdig.

I have been staying at the Esplanade for many years but I cannot accept that if I want a cleaned room daily i need to pay an extra 15 euro!! Isn't this what I am already paying the hotel for in the daily rate. On top of this, this charge to park in THEIR OWN PARKING LOT!! I am rethinking for another hotel in Bad Saarow because of these 2 issues.

We had a really pleasant stay at Dorint Potsdam. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception, which immediately set a positive tone. The hotel is very clean, and our room was spotless and comfortable. You can really feel that everything is well taken care of. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and very tasty options to start the day. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool area was also very nice and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall, the hotel was very good. The spa area is fantastic, especially the outdoor pool and the saunas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay.
