Check-in was good the lady at front desk was very nice. The room was basic but clean. Bathroom clean but very small. Pool area was ok water needed wasnt dirty but needed shocked or chlorine so we didnt swim. Housekeeping did come in and clean the room while we was gone which was nice and weird at same time.

I have stayed here multiple times. It is in a convent location and has been updated. Two months ago I reported the treadmill was dangerous. When I returned I was told not fixed waiting for parts after two months? Ceiling in room had an ugly patch which was not painted. Several months ago many highway workers staying there were noisy and hung outside in front of my room talking until after midnight. Now again there we're many workers and others who appeared to be living in the motel. There was road equipment in two parking spaces in front of my room. A car was on a trailer in the parking lot for the two days I stayed there.

The hotel is pet friendly and inexpensive. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast included a pancake machine, microwave sausage biscuits, bagels, yogurt and fruit.

Upon check- in the lady was not the friendliest website says the pool is open. It is not the room that we were staying in was very hot with AC all the way down and we could tell it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly due to the fact that there was a tennis ball under the AC from a previous guest with their dog

The check-in staff member was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well-maintained. The lawns were cut and there was no trash laying around. There was plenty of safety lighting in the parking area. Our non-smoking room was clean, well-equipped, and had no odor of smoke like some of the hotels that offer "non-smoking" rooms. The breakfast was nice. All-in-all a very pleasant stay.

I didn't appreciate that there was additional fee for having our dog; when I booked, the hotel was listed as pet friendly but no add-on fee was mentioned. There was also an unpleasant, musty smell in our room that couldn't be cleared with air circulation.

The hotel staff was very nice, and the location was good for where we wanted. We didn’t have very high expectations considering the decent price; however, the room still wasn’t as good as expected. First off, not conveniently located to I-95. Second, the room was in disrepair. The added door lock was missing and the damage to the drywall where the lock had been ripped off (door broken into???) was not repaired. Also, a bug on the bed when we arrived to the room. My skin was crawling all night trying to sleep in that bed. Won't be staying there again.

It’s obvious the owners are trying to elevate the condition of this hotel but there is work to be done. The door frame where the lock was located was fractured and the interior part of the lock was missing. Looks like the door was kicked in. There are unpainted patches in the Sheetrock walls and the bathroom fixtures need replaced. Overall the room was clean and the young lady that checked us in was very nice but I wouldn’t feel comfortable with my wife staying here alone.

Check-in and check-out was very easy and warm. The room was clean and quaint. Easy access to so many restaurants, shopping, St Simon's, Savannah and Jekyll. Beatiful weather, although very hot (mid to upper 90s in July). Highly recommend the stay.

Clean rooms with comfy beds. Clean bathroom. The only thing I didn't like was that they text you a link to pre check in and ask for id and a card to hold for incidentals. It's supposed to speed things up but when you get there you have to do the whole thing over again with showing your id and card and it takes longer. So save yourself the trouble and don't bother with the pre check in.

Decent motel, for the money. Our only complaint was that it was hard to convey to the cleaning staff that we didn’t need service, (no English) which led to some frustration. Once, one of them was peeking in a window, presumably to see if the room was vacant for cleaning, and another time the room was entered, while still occupied.

This was a very comfortable and clean place to spend a night on our drive down to Disney World. Located just off the interstate in a quiet area, we were able to get plenty of rest before completing the drive so we could enjoy our first night at our destination. The room was nicely renovated, and we could see they were still in that process, but there was no unwelcome noise from the work in the morning. The staff were all friendly, and they got us checked in and out very quickly. We had a lovely stay and will be back on our next trip down the coast.

The hotel is pet friendly and inexpensive. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast included a pancake machine, microwave sausage biscuits, bagels, yogurt and fruit.

Overall a clean, nice facility. Nothing fancy but very good for the price. Decent breakfast. Bed and room were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

They come up a little short on the continental breakfast had cereal but no milk had fruit but not great but did have coffee regular and decaf and chocolate mix. Other than that we had a nice quiet stay 🙂

The check-in staff member was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well-maintained. The lawns were cut and there was no trash laying around. There was plenty of safety lighting in the parking area. Our non-smoking room was clean, well-equipped, and had no odor of smoke like some of the hotels that offer "non-smoking" rooms. The breakfast was nice. All-in-all a very pleasant stay.

Mold in bathroom all above shower in 1st room. Moved rooms and 2nd one smelled of mold and mildew as well, when told manager he didn't seem to care. Pool was disgusting as well.

The staff members were great. After checking in, we realized the TV wasn't working. So, I called the front desk and the manager (I think he was the manager) came over right away. He was friendly, respectful, and solved our problem very quickly. I was impressed when we first got to the room because as soon as we stepped in, it smelled clean and fresh. That gets a lot of points in my book. The bathroom is pretty tiny - and doesn't give much privacy because of how it's located in the room. For the size of the room, though, I think that's to be expected and I'm okay with it overall. I wasn't expecting there not to be an elevator - so just keep that in mind before booking! There is an ice machine but I am remembering now that the ice bucket was missing from our room. I'm sure if yours is missing and you let the front office know, they will take care of it. We still used the ice to fill our cups, though, so that was nice. There is a little breakfast area - when I went there seemed to be some sort of drama about the pancake maker...lol I'm not sure what happened there.. but anyway, there were some muffins, fruit, cereal, coffee, a few basic options. It was okay but not the highlight. Not sure it's worth getting up so early to go get it... but not sure it's not since it's included - you know? Overall, I enjoyed the stay.
