From the moment we got there we had issues. Starting with the tv not working; and the lock being broke on our room door. Then going to go for a swim with the kids and the pool was dirty the hot tub wasn’t even half full and had so many bugs in it. Coming back from the pool the lock that was broke just stuck and we were locked out our room for about an hour. To the point they had to break it off to get us in the room. We had nothing on us since we were just downstairs at the pool. They didn’t change our rooms or do anything. They said they would take care of it but they haven’t just dodged the phone calls. This was not a good place to stay and highly suggest not giving them your money!!

I have stayed at many value hotels in the area and this one was a gem in a pile of rocks. The staff was lovely, the facilities were clean, the pool was well kept (the spa was not operational). The breakfast included hot options like biscuits and gravy and waffles, not just cold cereal and bagels. We would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t think to tale pics. Loved the pool just wish it had been cleaner and less murky looking. The hot tub was out of order, a lot of broken glass here and there. You could tell repairs and updating going on but the doors were hard to open and shut, the paint fumes were horrible and was making us dizzy. The room was clean and cold but not enough towels and things. The remote had a battery missing, very close to a helicopter landing zone. Staff were excellent and cery friendly.. need more variety for breakfast cause the food was good.. you can easily hear what’s going on in hall way and a few other rooms. Website said no dogs but many had dogs so need allergy meds.. all in all it was a nice stay just some warnings would of helped before booking.

The parking lot was buckled up as you drove in, the big rug coming into the motel had a huge stain, doors inside the room needed painting cause they were all chipped up, dry wall was all busted up near the air conditioner, and we weren’t impressed with their breakfast at all. They also have a lot of night activity that goes on behind the motel in the parking lot. We won’t be back.

Typical, middle=of-the-road hotel. I chose to stay here at a higher rate than other hotels for the included breakfast and an indoor pool. The pool needs updated/repainted for sure and the hot tub was broken. :-( The breakfast was okay but they kept running out of hot items (biscuits, gravy, sausage), and we had to track someone down to refill. The coffee was always empty. The room was okay. Beware the water temps are opposite of what's indicated (hot shows cold, cold shows hot). We found a sweatshirt from a previous guest right under the edge of the bed, not under the bed. I don't know how a housekeeper could have missed it.

It was a nice stay a little pricey a later found out , there was a discrepancy in the third party I used to book and the actual hotel but the hotel took care of it , the pool was warm and inside felt great , the hot tub was down , the breakfast was completely awful to me but the hubs liked it

Generally clean but very run down. Almost no light in the pool area. Hot tub broken. Bathroom door wouldn't latch and the paint was pealing off many places. AC unit very loud with no option to leave the fan on all the time. Loud squeaking from floor above from people walking.

Hotel had hot tub that was full stagnant water slimey water. Clerk said hasnt worked in some time. Hotel had 1 ice maker that was broken for the 2 days i was there. Room was fine but that hot tub should be fixed or removed and frustrating to not be able to get ice.

Floor was cracked and dirty. Door was scratched. There were no eggs for breakfast and the juice machine was broken. Driveway was a mess and needs to be repaired with cracks. I did not like being next to the staff’s kitchen as we could hear people in there during the night.

Entire rooms Floor was nasty, tub and shower were nasty. 2nd day we broi our own cleanit supplies from Walmart and mopped the floor and wiped and scrubbed the jet tub and shower. That room had not been cleaned in a long time.

We stay here several times every year. This was the worst we have ever seen. The room needed more cleaning, dead bugs, stains on bedding. The first morning for breakfast the food was warm but minimal, they had coffee but very weak and out of juices. The second morning for breakfast they had no coffee but had apple juice. I ate biscuits and gravy and had to cover it with salt and pepper. When we checked out, I think the room was cleaner than we found it. Very sad

The hotel was so unkempt and dirty, we did not stay and promptly asked for a refund. I wish I had taken pictures. There were food crumbs, crackers, pistachio shells, coke cans in the hallway and stairwells. Cigarette butts around the exterior entrance. The room itself might have been ok, but the flooring was coming up to the point I was afraid we would trip on it. Pet friendly but there were no mowed grassy areas anywhere around the building, just overgrowth and weeds.

The whole place had a nasty, unclean feel to it. Our room had someone else's items left behind. The floors were sticky to walk on in our room. This is one of those places that does the minimum in all that they do. The health department needs to look at the breakfast area. You don't reuse gravy day after day, or sausage patties. People will get sick.

Bathroom light was a sensored light that turned on by itself and the control was broke so you had to wait 15-20 minutes for it to time out. Toilet looked crooked and barely flushed. Tv mounted on wall not straight

While my room was reasonably priced, the TV didn't work and there was no outlet anywhere near the desk to facilitate working with a laptop. The toilet seat was also broken. The staff was friendly, which is a point in their favor.

The bed was very comfortable, and I would stay again for that reason alone. The room was clean but there was a large bump on our room on the floor that ran from wall to wall. The room was also uphill in certain areas- as if the 3rd floor has structure issues. It smelt bad upon entry. The worst part was how small the bathroom was. It was built just wide enough to close the door in front of the toilet but not an inch more

Staff were friendly, wi-if and air conditioning worked great, good location and comfortable bed with clean sheets. Bathroom vent was really dirty but rest of room was good. Several irritations. No plug for bathroom sink. Bathroom light could not shut off manually had to time out. Had to hold down toilet handle to flush completely. Bathtub crack/ opening next to tub spout. Hair dryer plug-in cracked but still worked. Bathroom door handle cover not connected to door and would not stay shut which was a problem when bathroom light could not be turned off. Piece of bathroom door missing on bottom and back of door splattered with something dark like coffee. Holes in wall by towel holder. Hallway had an odd smell, can’t describe but not in our room. Room door had to be forced open and shut due to sticking. Breakfast waffles gave us issues after eating may have been the syrup. Thought the hanger holding the TV was crazy as could not adjust/turn tv. Parking lot blocked when trucks parked close to building due to pile of gravel blacktop on side of drop off overhang.

Room floor was not level. Pretty good drop in elevation from one wall to the other. Remade our bed so we faced the foot of the bed in order to sleep.

I've stayed here a couple of times and both times have been very nice. The day shift gal is super friendly and helpful and the 2nd shift guy is very pleasant and kind. I don't know about night shift cause obviously i was sleeping 😴 😄 but I'm sure they are really nice also. Sure the hotel could use a little updating but overall all my rooms have been very clean, the lobby is super clean also. The beds are comfortable and i slept like a baby. It'd be nice to have a lot more water pressure in the showers but hey it gets the job done. I'd recommend staying here if you're looking for friendly, clean, comfortable, and don't wanna break the bank paying some of the ridiculous prices other hotel chains charge you

Super nice, helpful people. Clean room, good breakfast. Only thing that I don't like is the drastic difference between off season and in season rates, seemed a little done. This is our second time at this RRI, we came back for the friendliness and jetted suite, but we shop around for a lower summer next tho. But other than price, we had no complaints.

The room was clean as expected when reservations where made. Our room was right around the hallway from the front counter. Late evening until after 1am there was arguing between guests and front counter employee. We felt Very unsafe, as the guest got more irate. Cursing, shouting pounding on the counter ect. We didnt know if we should call police, or pack up and leave out the back exit? I made multiple attempts to expressed our concerns and be compensated in some way. The manager never reached out to us. I was given an email address to the manager to express my concerns and it, "of course" was undeliverable! If you expect a safe secure tonights stay and a Hotel that responds to your concerns...Do Not stay at Red Roof Inn , Osage Beach Mo

I stayed here for business but would not go back. The team seems to be working hard to keep things clean, but the hotel has a lot of scratches and dings. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. The service was the biggest problem. I went down to the breakfast to get water for my allergy medicine. The only drinks there were coffee and one type of juice, one I am allergic to. I asked at the front desk if I could get water somewhere. They said there wasn't any at the breakfast and that if I wanted some, I'd have to pay $1 for a water bottle. I explained that I have allergies and can't drink the juice and that I needed the water to take my medicine. They still insisted I had to purchase a water bottle. At this point, I packed up and checked out.

I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes before a woman showed up unapologetic and with no politeness let alone decent customer service.checked me into my room which was only clean enough not to ask to be recleaned. We will not be staying here again.

Our toilet wasn’t flushing, but naturally flushed for the man who came right up to help us out. Our room was missing a tv remote and he also brought one up to us with no questions asked. Great manager, and it is a good place to stay before we head to florida!

The floor in my room slants greatly. I also wish the smoking section was not right outside the front entrance. It is disgusting that I have to walk directly through people smoking just to go inside and outside the hotel.

I didn’t think to tale pics. Loved the pool just wish it had been cleaner and less murky looking. The hot tub was out of order, a lot of broken glass here and there. You could tell repairs and updating going on but the doors were hard to open and shut, the paint fumes were horrible and was making us dizzy. The room was clean and cold but not enough towels and things. The remote had a battery missing, very close to a helicopter landing zone. Staff were excellent and cery friendly.. need more variety for breakfast cause the food was good.. you can easily hear what’s going on in hall way and a few other rooms. Website said no dogs but many had dogs so need allergy meds.. all in all it was a nice stay just some warnings would of helped before booking.

Honestly better than what I expected. It’s not the 5 star hotel but hey for a 2 star hotel you can’t complain. We brought our dog he was happy. The breakfast was actually pretty good. Located on a quiet street it’s a mile away from the public beach. For the bad the tv mount was broke. And the bathroom door didn’t close. Honestly whoever remodeled the place did a terrible job. But the staff is great pool was clean beds are uncomfortable but overall you get what you paid for

Staff during check in and out was excellent, lady at front desk was extremely accommodating. The room lacked maintenance, toilet seat was broken and shower faucet was spinning making it hard to know hot or cold. Breakfast was good for being Continental style.

I have stayed at many value hotels in the area and this one was a gem in a pile of rocks. The staff was lovely, the facilities were clean, the pool was well kept (the spa was not operational). The breakfast included hot options like biscuits and gravy and waffles, not just cold cereal and bagels. We would definitely stay here again.

Bed was nice, breakfast was awful. You had to be thwre at 6 am, because if not, they replaced nothing. Milk was frozen. Room smelled like cat pee. Promised to change sheets, they never did. Tv remote broken. Water was hot but pressure barely trickled out. Whole place needs a major overhall.

The parking lot was buckled up as you drove in, the big rug coming into the motel had a huge stain, doors inside the room needed painting cause they were all chipped up, dry wall was all busted up near the air conditioner, and we weren’t impressed with their breakfast at all. They also have a lot of night activity that goes on behind the motel in the parking lot. We won’t be back.

Quick check-in, but the bathroom in the room would not lock. The breakfast options were very minimal and many options did not work / out of stock such as beverages (juice and milk)

At first glance the room seemed to be ok. There was a foul smell in the hallway and the room smelled of mildew but it was doable. We turned on the A/C and went to the pool. The pool area was very run down. The hot tub was empty of water with a lot of dirty debris on the inside. We left the pool and went back to the room. There was water running from the A/C unit and a large puddle of water on the floor that ran underneath the bed that was on a platform and not accessible to dry under. ( I assume that would be the mildew smell) We used all of the towels to clean up the water, so I went to the front desk to ask for more. The man behind the counter had to zip and button his pants before getting up from his desk to retrieve me the towels. The next morning I woke to take a shower and discovered that the water did not turn on in the shower and the knob/handle was actually completely broken off. I went to the front desk and a different man told me there was nothing he could do. Not even refund any of my money. He pointed to a sign with a number for “owner”. I left owener voicemails explaining the situation. I’ve not received a call back.
