Check in was slow. Our room didn’t have a dresser. The pool area was dirty. Seats had no cushions and they never lit the fire table outside.

Ample parking, clean accommodations and well located. Staff was great, from the front desk to the restaurant servers and cook! My only complaints: The lighting in the rooms is not great, the ice and soda machines were not working, and the bedding was quite thing, but otherwise my stay was excellent and I'll definitely be returning thanks to the reasonable pricing!

Dirty elevators, understaffed, didn't bring towels when asked and then had to wait for 20 minutes in the lobby behind people checking in to get them. Good gym and pool

Staff could’ve been a little more welcoming. Pool hours sucked, closed way too early.. 8pm is crazy.

The room was spacious and clean. The whole set up was beautiful! The staff at check in was friendly and made check in welcoming and easy. I didn’t like that the pool was not operational and there was no estimate on when it would be open again.

Walking distance to restaurants, ShopRite, Starbucks. Have a microwave in the room. Was allowed to do early check in and late check out without extra charge. 24 hour gym!

Everyone was amazing. Helpful and friendly. I was disappointed with the pool. The hours were almost non existent and you had to have a bracelet. It was ridiculous.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have stayed here before and will be back! The fitness equipment could use some work. I was nice to have a pass to LA fitness while the machines at the hotel aren't working.

The hotel looks like it’s an old building that has been renovated. It has potential, but it’s not very clean. The staff weren’t very friendly upon arrival and barely acknowledged me when I came inside to check in. When getting ready for bed I noticed something under the bed. It was a piece of food with dozens of ants crawling on it and around it. I alerted the front desk and they moved us to the next room over. That room was slightly cleaner but I could tell that floor had not been vacuumed either. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped, and the towels had wads of hair in them. Overall, this was not a good stay and I would not recommend it. It’s a cute hotel in a decent location, but does not have good service and is not being properly maintained.

Hotel was immaculate and staff was amazing.

Carpet looked and smelled like it had not been cleaned in a while. There was also loud stomping sounds coming from the ceiling. The body wash in the shower was empty.

Check in was quick, the front desk was very nice. The room was decent. However, when i sat on the small sofa i got all this residue on my pants. The only sink is in the bathroom. The smart mirror in the bathroom is a nice touch, but the hair on the shower floor was not. I wanted to make tea but got a bottle of water to put in the keurig as the ice bucket didn't look clean. 2 coffee cups wrapped in plastic of which for some reason the plastic had large holes, and 2 cups while only 1 too and the top was not in plastic. Advertied a pool unfortunately you do not find out the pool is closed until after you book your reservation. Then you get a message from the hotel. Advertise a restaurant. It is not one you can go sit in, and the menu, well you have Ceasar salad, chicken wings, burgers mainly though i oredered the wings, they didn't have it. First time staying at a hotel that has no flyers or menus of nearby restaurants or eateries of which there are a few in the vicinity. . For the price, i expected more. Disappointed to say the least

The only issue I had was cleanliness. Which honestly I suspected. It seemed they were stalling to check us in the room because they were cleaning it when we arrived. There were used eye lashes on the floor and AC vent. There was also crumbs all over the couch and floor. There was also hair and dirt particles in the shower. Made my stay a little uncomfortable because it made me question the cleanliness of everything but other than that the hotel was cool.

Immaculate hotel. Comfortable beds and room. Convenient location

The exterior of property and lobby area was nice and that was it. The front desk staff stated they didn’t have a room and checkin was at 3:00. This was around 2:00PM. We told her we had a wedding to attend at 3:00 so she was nice to find us a room available. I never saw cleaning staff so not sure what wasn’t available at the time. All down hill from there…The rest was disgusting especially the bedding and carpet was filthy. The room smelled like mildew and that was after I sprayed it twice with air freshener The furniture had tears and there was no dresser to put clothes in. We hung everything in fear something would crawl in our luggage. The staff was super nice!

Lighting in the room was not good. The current lights causes shadows and they are weird. No ironing board in the room. Enjoy location and access to where I need to be when in NJ. Staff excellent!

I was really impressed with how clean it was. The room was big and spacious.

Nice hotel from a cleanliness standpoint. Rooms were good size and modern. Area just outside the hotel is a busy urban shopping center. Would not go there at night. At check in we requested a late checkout and was told there would be a $75 up charge, no thanks. When we got to our room the deadbolt wouldn’t lock. I went back to the front desk to request a repair, but the staff said they didn’t have a maintenance person on site. I then requested a different room and was told they probably didn’t have one. Do I really need to explain why I am not staying in a room that didn’t lock? After I pushed back, magically the room next door to our original room became available. Gym was well equipped and clean. Unknown to us a church must use the facility for Sunday morning services. Well, they started live music at 8am with the bass kicking. How can this be allowed? Overall, would not recommend or stay here again. Employees going through the motions with no real care for the guests.

Tread Softly & Bring Earplugs I stayed one night and it was fine for the most part. Staff are excellent. The room was modern, clean and capacious. The only problems I had were design-related. The walls and the floors don’t keep out sound or vibration very well, the entry doors slam and those who tread heavily on the floor can be easily heard. I recommend you tread softly when walking in your room, especially if you are above somebody else’s space. Earplugs would also be a great investment or a white noise machine such as the one I had on my smartphone for those situations that just can’t be helped. Despite all this, I had a good stay at a good price on short notice. I would stay here again knowing what I know now.

I always read reviews before I commit to anything. Most of the reviews I read all praised how Althea's customer service was excellent during their stay. That was how I made the decision to stay at Cambria. Once I arrived to the property and I am checking in,I am having a wonderful conversation with this young lady. I finally asked her name. Who dod I finally meet? I met the wonderful Ms. Althea that everyone spoke so highly of. I was so excited to meet Althea,and I told her I feel like I met a celebrity because of how people spoke of her on the reviews. Althea is exactly who everyone says she is. My stay was that much more enjoyable with Althea on duty. Thanking you Ms. Althea all the way from Georgia.

Everyone was nice and professional and made things so easy. The staff is top-tier. They are some of the most nice compassionate understanding kind Caring individuals that I have ever met. They were so sweet

Where do I begin? So, I scheduled housekeeping through the app as they requested; however, I was still waiting for someone to come. I called the front desk, and they advised me they would forward the message to housekeeping. Again, no one ever responded. Finally, I had to go downstairs to the front desk and inform them we had no clean towels in our room. 3 hrs later, we got some towels. Housekeeping came to clean our room the following day and left the soiled towels and linen from our bed in the hallway outside of the room. The dirty laundry remained outside of our room for three days straight. I took photographs each day, which are displayed below. We had family visit us at the hotel, and I was embarrassed. The employee was walking down the hallway on her phone, obviously a personal call on speakerphone loudly. Lastly, for the most part, the hotel staff was ok. However, the woman who worked the day shift never greeted my wife and me during our stay. We travel several times a month for business; this is the first time I have experienced such a thing. You couldn’t pay me to come back to this hotel. Shoutout to Ms. Tawana! She was the lone shining star during our stay. Wonderful spirit.

Upon arrival we couldn’t find a staff member to check us in. It was confusing. The staff member was in the lounge. When she did check us in she was quite unfriendly for someone working in the hospitality industry. She spoke to us in one word phrases with no niceties whatsoever, nor held any eye contact. This staff member was did not make our first impression to the Cambria brand a pleasant one. To be fair other staff members were significantly friendlier than the one we initially dealt with. I personally feel the cleaning policy ( of only cleaning rooms every third day) should be changed to make replenishing of room supplies every other day at minimum. Currently if you’re a guest who stays more than 1 night you have to ask for towels, coffee pods and towels daily (beyond your first night). I think replenishing of these supplies should be part of their standard service at least every other day. This should include replenishing coffee cups and pods, toilet paper, clean towels and bath mats along with emptying garbage and recycle receptacles. We stayed 5 nights ( which adds up to over $1000.00), yet after the first night I had to daily ask at the front desk for coffee cups. By our 3 rd day I had to request housekeeping for our room in order to replenish toilet paper, get clean towels and have our garbage/ recycling bins emptied. The hotel shouldn’t put their guests in that position. The rooms however were quite nice.

I would NEVER stay here again. They tried to cancel our reservation 3 hours before check in due to “no rooms available” for Expedia reservations. When we complained and told them by law they needed to book us in another hotel, a room miraculously became available. Coupled with computer issues, this staff was hopelessly lost.

Stayed for one night to be near the hospital. Very conveniently located. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was well appointed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of linens. And the shampoo and body wash were excellent.

Convenient location. Not far from highway. Total Wine store and Shop Rite supermarket across the street in plaza.

I only stayed overnight, but it was clean, quiet and safe. On site dining options are limited but there are places to eat and shop right across the street. I would definitely stay again.

I really liked the layout of the room and the way the bed was positioned. The rooms were clean, but the elevator and area directly in front of them could use some.work. My only complaint, is with trying to get breakfast. We went downstairs at about 9am, to see about breakfast. There were menus at the bar but no signage, or person to give directions. We waited at the bar, for 30mins and no one even acknowledged us. There was 1 person at the register, who appeared to be handling 10 different things; deliveries, guest requests and just about everything else. We got tired of waiting and walked to Panera.

I liked the large stylish room, though the lighting was wierd. I disliked the check-in. It took too long and seemed disorganized. The clerk was pleasant, though. I didn’t like that breakfast is not included in the nightly rate.

Friendly staff, nice bar and choice of food

Excellent staff, clean and appreciated the convenience of including a breakfast package in the coat. Breakfast was food to order not a buffet! Would definitely stay again.

Stay was good but the hotel is stingy, no free breakfast

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the onsite restaurant being closed my whole stay. One of the reasons I booked at this location is I would have dining available and not need to use DoorDash/uber. The bar opened at 5 pm daily but for drinks only.

Every person at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. Redderrick gets 5 stars!! Housekeeping had to be reminded multiple times to provide bedding for the pull out couch. They were out of linens for 24hours. Glen, the bartender, who was also the waiter, was terrible. He was visibly unhappy. We were the only ones in the restaurant and he took forever to attend to us. He was slow in delivering food and drink. But the most appalling thing was the unsanitary behaviors! Initially he served us a glass of ginger ale. It had black specs floating in it, so we asked for cans instead. Glen used his PERSONAL SHIRT to wipe off the soda can tops before opening them to serve us. We had also ordered a bottle of wine with our dinners. After struggling to remove the cork, Glen LICKED HIS FINGERS and then used his fingers to “clean” off the cork crumbs from the mouth of the wine bottle, BEFORE pouring the wine into our glasses. If there is a camera in the area, we suggest management go verify it yourself. Sunday night 5/18/25.

Breakfast was only being served from 8:30 to 11:00. And when I came down at 8:30 there was no one around. Menus were out, but not a soul to see. Went to Panera's and upon return no one was eating in the dining area, but I did spy someone hiding in the kitchen.

I want to begin by saying this hotel is beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and full of great amenities. It’s conveniently located near a shopping center and several restaurants. The bar was a highlight, with large TVs and a great atmosphere to enjoy a game with a cold beer. Unfortunately, our experience on the last day left a bad impression. We decided to grab breakfast at the hotel restaurant before heading to the airport. Around 8 AM, we walked over, but the restaurant appeared to be closed. I asked the front desk clerk if it was open, and she simply said, “Go knock on the door.” I did, and a man eventually came out. He explained he was working alone but said if we wanted to place an order, we had to speak with the front desk. When we returned to the front desk, the young lady responded rudely, saying, “That’s not my job—I only check people in and out.” We were caught off guard by her tone. The restaurant staff member then came to the front and began arguing with the clerk in front of several guests. It was uncomfortable to witness. Thankfully, the man apologized and offered to take our order himself. He was courteous and eager to help, and we truly appreciated his effort. It’s disappointing that one individual’s behavior could tarnish an otherwise great stay. The front desk clerk’s rudeness and unwillingness to help reflected a lack of professionalism and teamwork that didn’t match the rest of the staff or hotel environment.

The front desk staff (especially the lovely woman on the morning shift) were so pleasant and thoughtful. Excellent customer service. Room was clean and big. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the restaurant. The first morning they ran out of food and hour or so before closing, the second morning they “got off to a late start” so they were unable to feed us. Third day for dinner it was already closed. So, we ate out for every meal. Not a big deal for us but, something to work on. Especially knowing you had a full house with the 4 day event that was nearby.
