Chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. When we arrived the pool was tiny, green, and had broken tiles all around, unsafe & unclean. My daughter was so disappointed. There was no hot tub. When I told the front desk it is advertised with a hot tub she just shrugged and laughed. When we walked out to go to the room was when I noticed the pool house was overflowing with water and running into pool area and EV charging station. I could have been electrocuted checking out the pool area. When we got to the room it was filthy. My daughter had on white socks and within 5 minutes the bottoms were brown. After that we wore shoes in the room. Bathroom was horrible and TV did not work. They did finally get the TV situation resolved although manager became more worried about her EV charger than us when I mentioned the spring in the poolhouse. For this amount of you should be able to have a clean decent room and if amenities are advertised they should exist and be usable. There was also a mishap with hotels.com and booking so they actually got 2 nights worth of money out of us. I contacted hotels.com, the manager of the hotel (who refused to talk to me) & Wyndham hotels and no one has offered to refund any portion of our money. They just say hotel policy is no refunds despite false advertising and safety issues. I will be turning this hotel into the BBB for false advertisement and safety negligence. One of the worst places I have ever stayed.

Pretty descent room except for the bathtub was peeling all over the place. It is like it was painted and redone but the paint did not stick.

The parking lot was nice and I got to park right in front of my room. ..Which was clean and the bed was, thankfully, more comfortable than some I've stayed at. I travel alone quite a bit, and this had a nice safe feel in this area. I did not use the breakfast bar. So I can't say anything about that. And the only thing I could find fault with was the chipped up paint or finish on the bathtub shower, which made it look not real nice, but it did seem clean even though it looked kind of funny. For the price, I would definitely absolutely positively stop here again on my way through alabama. I did not have a trailer on this particular trip. And if I did, I would not say there was a lot of room for trailer parking, where I was. But probably around the other side of the building, there was more space . The cracker barrel restaurant is just right across the freeway. Overall, the room seemed fairly soundproof and it was a quiet good nights rest.

The finish of the room showed years of wear and the need to remodel soon. The shower curtain rod was not well attached and the door jamb paint was damaged as if the door doesn’t fit anymore. Served our needs for a single night stay while traveling and was quiet, convenient and safe for us.
