Stopped here a lot for business, staff always helpful and cheerful. Rooms a little worn but clean. Next to a pub for drink and food, but watch it doesn’t close the kitchen early, the pub wouldn’t take a order for simple meal at 8.02 pm as it had shut the kitchen at 8! Food decent. Always tight on parking when the pubs open but always managed to find a spot.

Hotel was as expected for the price point and comfortable - parking is a bit meh with small spaces, not nice if you have a nice car and contractor vans squeezed an inch each side - this seems typical over my 3 day stay.

The property was surprisingly quiet , beingbon a main thoroughfair, due to the Queen Adelade pub being betweennit and the A240. Yhe staff were v frienly and helpfil. The only downside was that the garden areas around the ample parking were neglected and left with a pole of broken pallts . But the accomodation was very good.

Always try to stay here if working in the area, good prices and brilliant reception lady. Usually decent amount of parking. Pub next door serving food but you need to check last food order times, if not there’s a garage adjacent with some food available.

This was a 1-night stay for work. Believe this might be an old Premier Inn. Free car parking available. I was in room 18 which was okay, just looked a bit tired (decor wise). The ensuite had new shower and tiling. The only heater was a wall heater controlled by a theromstat on the other side of the room, so until this was turned up the heat did not come on. No instructions in the room to help with this. TV was okay as was the Wifi. Bed was okay. The kitchen in the pub next to the hotel closed at 8pm (this was a Tuesday night) so check in case you can't go and get something else to eat.

This hotel is essentially a arrive, sleep and go. General condition was fine. Bed linen clean, but milk capsules out of date, torn bed base material, extremely old and marked bath tub. Our son had a separate room where the bath was better but the bed fabric was in a dire state and chair was very heavily stained. Despite low nightly rate, this was pretty awful and we will not be staying here again

The staff on arrival were helpful and friendly. The room was a lovely airy size and clean. The room smelt of smoke so the previous guest must have smoked. I was a bit concerned that my clothes would take in the smell (we are attending a wedding) but we arrived v late so didn’t bother asking to change rooms. Some things need renewing. ie the bath is very worn.It would be handy to have sockets near the bed. Air con would be a good addition too. We had a pleasant stay.

Exactly what you would expect from a budget hotel. Comfortable enough, not dirty but not immaculate, not uncomfortable but not luxury. If you’re looking for a place to get your head down for a couple of nights, it’s fine. Don’t bring your wife here for a special occasion. Clean room. Nice and quiet. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. The property is an ex-Premier Inn by looks of it. A little dated and the repair work in room 12 on the bathroom tiles are a bit messy/shabby. But overall a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Near a pub and was handy for Wimbledon. photos absolutely catfish this hotel! had to ask for the cleaner to come in as the plug holes were full of hair however this couldn’t be done until the morning so had to shower with it there! DISGUSTING

Decently comfortable little hotel with very friendly staff. I stayed here as I was attending a wedding at a nearby venue. Located only a short walk from the closest station with trains to central London, but the train ride is a little longer so not really recommended if you’re only interested in activities in the city. The room was quite big with a comfortable bed, with an average decor. Bathroom was also average but was ok for my short trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and seemed very eager to assist me when I had question. They were definitely the high point of this location.

Good option for Wimbledon (Tolworth station parking £4.60ish for the day and only around 17mins to Wimbledon Station and the shuttle buses). Also only about 12 mins drive to Epsom which is a nice market town. Quiet despite being close to main road. Lovely staff.

Staff very good, room clean with everything needed. One issue is we never seem to get our paid invoice when checking out always seems they have a problem with login in. The guy on reception said he would email the invoice but haven’t had it yet and expect I will have to chase them, not good as we need the invoice for our VAT accounts

Accessibility: two blue badge parking spaces both occupied by people without blue badges despite my arrival by 3.15 and still there at 10pm. Reception staff do not take car reg numbers - why not? I am never sure why a normal bath with a hand rail is considered accessible to meet with booking requirements. Reception staff agreed they do have walk-in showers which were not offered. So I couldn’t use the bath. (I had sent direct messages to hotel prior to booking but these were not answered). Payment: I was asked to pay when I arrived before being allowed to check in as my “credit card had not gone through”. Fortunately I had my payment receipt in my phone and easily available. Not a good first impression! Cleaning: great job by cleaner - but chairs and furnishings very stained. Otherwise friendly and reasonable standard.

Ideal position for work appointment. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Issue with the coffee machine in the morning, meaning breakfast was late - not an issue for me as I had plenty of time but it might have been for others. Will certainly stay again.

The hotel is palatable for a 1 night stay only, there was carnage ot check in, a coach load of Japanese tourists staying amd all queuing out of the door to check in. The very least of my problem's! Be very carefull and check your bank statement, as I was double charged for the room and have spent the last 7 days proving and trying to get a refund from the hotel. Absolutely dire customer service dealing with their back office to prove and get my refund. AVOIUD AT ALL COSTS and save a lot of pain getting a refund that should have been made within an hour of notification.
The hotel is palatable for a 1 night stay only, there was carnage ot check in, a coach load of Japanese tourists staying amd all queuing out of the door to check in. The very least of my problem's! Be very carefull and check your bank statement, as I was double charged for the room and have spent the last 7 days proving and trying to get a refund from the hotel. Absolutely dire customer service dealing with their back office to prove and get my refund. AVOIUD AT ALL COSTS and save a lot of pain getting a refund that should have been made within an hour of notification.

Just the job for visiting our friends. Easy to find in such a built up area. Nice big rooms. Breakfast easy to order and on time. Needs Bread, butter and Jam on the menu.

Spent a few days here for a trip to sandown races and Hampton court palace was very convenient for a lot of attractions around that area , the room was a gd size and was clean and tidy

Decently comfortable little hotel with very friendly staff. I stayed here as I was attending a wedding at a nearby venue. Located only a short walk from the closest station with trains to central London, but the train ride is a little longer so not really recommended if you’re only interested in activities in the city. The room was quite big with a comfortable bed, with an average decor. Bathroom was also average but was ok for my short trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and seemed very eager to assist me when I had question. They were definitely the high point of this location.

Our stay way good as in a good location to visit our daughter and family . Parking was good at hotel and being adjacent to a pub is good although we didn’t visit on this occasion. If I could suggest some improvement then that would be better pillows as these were foam flat ones . The quilt was heavy and a high tog where like a lighter low tog . Will book again if we get the right price however very comparable to that of a premier inn

Good option for Wimbledon (Tolworth station parking £4.60ish for the day and only around 17mins to Wimbledon Station and the shuttle buses). Also only about 12 mins drive to Epsom which is a nice market town. Quiet despite being close to main road. Lovely staff.

Stopped here a lot for business, staff always helpful and cheerful. Rooms a little worn but clean. Next to a pub for drink and food, but watch it doesn’t close the kitchen early, the pub wouldn’t take a order for simple meal at 8.02 pm as it had shut the kitchen at 8! Food decent. Always tight on parking when the pubs open but always managed to find a spot.

The venue is located on a main thoroughfare and adjacent to a restaurant. The room was clean and the bathroom appeared to recently updated. There was plenty of room for up to four occupants, including a couch. The included breakfast was reasonable. Staff were quite accommodating.

It was awful. Plug in the sink wouldn’t work and therefore had to leave the water in there.paid for breakfast and it was just a bag to go! No gluten free when messaged them to say gluten free please. Rooms were extremely basic!!!! Very little in way of room amenities like tea and coffee just again your basics.

Ideal position for work appointment. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Issue with the coffee machine in the morning, meaning breakfast was late - not an issue for me as I had plenty of time but it might have been for others. Will certainly stay again.

This was a 1-night stay for work. Believe this might be an old Premier Inn. Free car parking available. I was in room 18 which was okay, just looked a bit tired (decor wise). The ensuite had new shower and tiling. The only heater was a wall heater controlled by a theromstat on the other side of the room, so until this was turned up the heat did not come on. No instructions in the room to help with this. TV was okay as was the Wifi. Bed was okay. The kitchen in the pub next to the hotel closed at 8pm (this was a Tuesday night) so check in case you can't go and get something else to eat.

The room we stayed in was ment to be a deluxe double, ended up with 3 beds set up so not much space dodging all the beds.. the room wasnt cleaned properly, there was dust.. bits on the floor. A vape wedged under the picture on the wall?? Rubbish on top of wardrobe.. the bathroom just looks grumby even if it was clean..the place definitely needs some tlc.. I couldn't be bothered to complain because I was on the bottom floor and it was extremely hot.. and it was only 1 night..only bonus ended up with 2 fans.. unfortunately won't be coming back, definitely get better for my money.. staff were lovely

The weather was scorching and so I requested a ground floor room as there isn’t air conditioning. My room was wonderfully cool and there was a fan in any case. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free parking is always a bonus. I will be back next year.

After booking this Hotel and Deluxe room from the images provided, sadly the reality of the room was so much different. This Hotel is tired and full of stains in the rooms. Carpet dirty , seats stained, bathroom horrible, only good thing, bed was comfy and thank god the sheets were clean. Ventilation poor as just had a sky window which barely opened. Fan just blew round hot air! Avoid this Hotel!
