Sleep Inn Pelham Oak Mountain

No issues everyone was nice and helpful, property was clean and maintained.

Not a good experience. Room was hor. Took them almost an hour to come to the room after calling multiple times. TV barely worked and kept buffering

I have stayed here several times throughout the years. Breakfast was the best but not anymore. The shower was the most disappointing had to run it for 5 minutes to get the water lukewarm. They have a guard on it so it’s either ice cold or lukewarm. I will not stay again.

Very disappointing, If you are handicap especially. We booked 2 nights there. We arrived and the elevators are broken. Well I can't walk up and down stairs. We managed the first night but then we wanted to cancel the next night, and because of there 3rd party booking you can't. So I was out the money for the second night and yes we did leave for another Hotel that could take care of us. I tried talking to Hotels. Com and they tried but the Hotel said no . So remember this if you are handicap or know someone who is. Very disappointing but learning lessons and check with your 3rd party when planning.

I couldn't sleep well because the cleaning crew they start cleaning next rooms at 8 am which is too early. They were noisy and the hotel in general is noisy in front of the elevator. I couldn't sleep at night because people were talking loudly at the reception area. Yes you can hear them in your room at night.
