My accessible room had a large chair in the walkway to the bed that I had to drag to a corner to get through. The tub was extremely slippery when I got in the shower. The pool was closed because someone put sand in it. No estimated time given for someone to clean it out. The A/C was so damp and musty I slept the first night with my whole face under the blankets. I paid for two nights but had to leave after the first night. Because I didn’t notify them until after checkout time, after just finding out the pool was closed, I lost my money got the second night.

Great location off the highway. Super helpful and friendly front desk clerk. The pool was clean and refreshing. 2 Pesos Cantina next door had great food and they also made homemade ice cream and delicious soft drinks.

Hotel room was clean, beds were nicely made. Shower was clean. There was a smell almost like smoke and mildew in our room. The pool was covered up and out of service although that was not stated at booking. Breakfast had a lot of choices and was good.

The double room was small but worked fine for one night and the beds were comfy. The pool was nice. But the building just seems old and smelled musty in our room. I feel like it was decent and appeared nice but needs some serious renovations. Ice maker on the second floor was out of order. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall ok stay.

Easy check-in. NICE PILLOWS. A/C worked great (why do all hotels have curtains that catch half the air on the under- window mounted units? Waste of electricity for thr hotel! Just 2" shorter and they'd be ok!). Great breakfast, friendly staff all around. Pool was nice too. Right near many great restaurants, also fast food and a Walmart. Was a perfect choice for a wedding we attended, and the price was right. Area seemed safe.

Doors have large gap and do not fully shut exposing you to all noise in hallway. Walls are very thin. Carpets in lobby and hallways dirty. Elevator makes very questionable sounds when moving. The room didnt smell clean at all,had a musty smell. Saw roaches crawling,my husband killed one and the others ran but needless to say,i was not staying in that room any longer. The did accommodate us by moving us to a nicer room on a different floor. Probably wont be staying there again.

The pros: location was good. Lots of things nearby. Front desk clerk was very nice. For just an overnight stop on a road trip price was ok. Husband and son said breakfast was decent. The cons: carpet in our room was gross and sticky. I would absolutely avoid walking barefoot. The shower/toilet setup was really inconvenient. Our lock on out door was broken. But the worst thing was the smell in our room. It was literally gag inducing. Musty, stale, and almost a sewer smell. That alone was almost enough to make me want to leave. But we were tired and just needed to sleep a night before heading back on the road.

It was very dirty! It felt like the bedding hadn't been changed after previous guests. I have photos. There was hair that wasn't ours, dirty bedding, and it was torn. The toilet was clogged. The air conditioner was set to the lowest temperature. It was very cold when we arrived at night to rest; we had to wait for the room to warm up!

Front entryway when you first come in smelled great. Anywhere else in the building smelled like muskiness when we got into the room it was outdated stained up carpet once the AC unit kicked on it did work however it smelled like wet towels. The bathroom showerhead would appear to be mold in the shower. Water went from cold to hot without touching the dial.

This hotel had great reviews. However, it was fairly clean, but all of the furniture was very old and in bad condition. The room smelt like mildew. When brought up to the staff, they said the carpet had not been changed since the hotel was built. Probably just got cleaned and was smelly. Offered to let me change rooms, but the other two rooms smelt just as bad. This is just a very old hotel that needs updating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient being just off the interstate. Our view was of a semi truck parking lot, so not the best. Read the details of your booking carefully. Our family of four booked a room with two double beds which I assumed would be queen sized beds but were full sized so a bit tight.

Room clean & spacious; shower/toilet/vanity with sink layout was neat. Hotel is located close to several fast food restaurants close for walking to, as well as ample gas/convenient stores. I'd suggest keeping curtains pulled; view out back of building is a transportation storage lot.

Room was ok - comfortable bed. Didn’t care for shower design - needed updating. The plumbing was loud. The front desk staff was nice. The cleaning staff was loud and woke us up by talking and laughing in hallway.

The property is VERY old and outdated. Our view out of the window was semi trucks and trailers. Front counter staff was friendly. I booked with Expedia and at check in, and they asked for my credit card. I thought that was odd. We checked out the next morning, and about 20 minutes later I started getting notifications that tons of charges were being sent to my credit card. They called me and had to go through the process of canceling it. My gut tells me it has something to do with this hotel since it didn't start happening until shortly after we checked in and they got my card number. Just be careful and use a credit card!

Check in was super easy and the girl that checked us in(I'm horrible at remembering names) was very polite and helpful. Our room was perfect for a one-night stay. Beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was very good and the crew that was working were all excellent! They were very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

On Monday morning we had an issue with our room key not working, and again staff was extremely kind and patient even though we could tell they were having a busy morning. The hotel was perfect walking distance to the amphitheater and I highly recommend it if you're in town for a show. They limit washing/cleaning which is great for the environment, but only have plastic utensils and disposable coffee cups.

I stayed here couple times, it has always been a very good experience. The bed was comfortable, I stayed in a king size room, this time I stayed in a room with a queen size bed, and the bed was not comfortable at all, the breakfast options were mediocre, the orange juice machines dispenser did not work there was no juice substitutions offered. I would stay here again because of my previous experiences, but request the king size bed.

Very friendly staff. It was very comfortable. Very nicely kept up. Looked just like a brand new hotel. Location was very convient for any kind of food you desired. Shopping centers were close by. Interstate travel close by also. Great experience.

This Sleep Inn was close to our interests in the area. Close to I-65, Oak Mountain, shopping, plenty of dining options within a mile, etc. Rooms, lobby, grounds, et al were clean. Breakfast was really good! Beds were comfortable and enough pillows (and they weren't flat!) We would stay here again.

While we have enjoyed our stay in the past, this time was a little different,We asked for a room on the top floor and were given a room on the second floor, Breakfast was disappointing, selections were not refilled.

We got in late and the lady at the desk was very friendly and welcomed us by name. The hotel was fine, but breakfast was just ok. Items were not hot, muffins tasted old and coffee wasn’t the best.

We were very pleased with our stay. From front desk checkin to the breakfast the next morning. Property was quiet and clean. We enjoyed our first floor room and ease of getting in and out.

The staff was somewhat helpful. We checked in to find that our room smelled bad. It felt like I was in a Motel 6. It was stagnant and musty. I went down to let the front desk know about it and she politely handed me the company deodorizer to spray. Instead of calling to try to rectify the situation or check on the improvement of the smell, she called the room to ask for the spray back. The building needs a serious renovation as it looks like the improvements they have tried to make are not professionally done and does not look like the photos. The retro shower had warm water and no pressure. I'm pretty sure the beds are not queen beds, definitely full size. Breakfast was okay. The staff does not speak to you in the morning. They just do their job. So don't expect conversation, not even a "good morning." For the price of 1 night and just for somewhere to lay our heads, it was fine and we got what we paid for, but if we were in the area for a long weekend, pick somewhere else.
