The Hotel is in goodneed of repair. Outside walls rooms and swimming pool .could not use swimming pool all ten days we were there it was not clean and reported it a number of time. Very disappointing.Stay there many a time no problem but would find it hard to go back. Staff as always very friendly and helpful Problems down to senior management

Ive been to this property at least 6 different times an it has only improved each time. The connect massage spa is wonderful, there's even a small dance / music club on the other end attached. There is not a breakfast in house but plenty within a few steps away. As well as being 5mins from the beach. Definitely worth the stay!! FYI it is near the night scene but as long as your patio door is close you will have your peace.

Hotel close to everything. From the hotel Walks to all possible places to spend the evening. The hotel is a bit worn out, but if you enjoy being outside more than at the hotel, this is an excellent option. Bars in front of the hotel. I lived on the third floor and the noise didn't bother me. Next to the hotel is a construction site where I didn't hear any noise. Breakfast is not offered, but you can get it less than 100m away. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. das hotel liegt an der soi diana, daher etwas lauter, mein erstes zimmer 80m2 lag direkt zur strasse, mein tip nehmt das 57m2 zimmer,daß hatte ich die letzten 3tage die liegen nach hinten raus, sehr kurze wege zum partyviertel u an die 2nd road, der pool fällt etwas klein aus, personal super freundlich, zimmer sind auch in ordnung,

I book a few nights at this hotel every trip and it never lets me down. As always, room and service were impeccable. A welcome addition is the complimentary orange juice and toast in the morning. These little things can make a big difference in your stay and show that management cares. A slight disappointment was the removal of the water jets from the studio soaking bathtub, especially since showering remains a bit tricky without a curtain and with the fancy showerhead. Anyway, this won't stop me from coming back.

Ok hotel. Jacussi tub was a nice surprise. Free parking turned up to be at the LK Metropole 250 m away. A little bit inconveniant. Location very good for restaurants. No breakfast possibilities.

While the room was quite large and very nice it was on the side of the hotel facing the bars that would blast music until 3 AM. The toilets are been replaced with low flow toilets that are such a bad design it is quite difficult to get any ...solid waste.... flushed down Always very clean and staff courteous . It it weren't for the noise and the toilet the room / stay would have been 5 star

WARNING: the hotel is in desperate need of a remodel that seems like hasn’t been done in at least 25 years. This is not a 3 1/2 to 4 star hotel. Everything is worn out and falling apart, and realistically a 2 star at best. The walls are supposed to be white but are grey with dirt marks all over them, the ends of the planks on the laminate wood floor are peeling up and have large gaps between them which can hurt your bare feet, the rooms have a heavy stench of must and cigarette smoke, the finish on every piece of wood furniture has heavy worn out marks, the tv is small with a very fuzzy picture on every channel making the tv unwatchable, my room had a jacuzzi that was also the shower with no shower curtain so the bathroom floor and the toilet got soaked every shower and you cannot use the toilet for hours without your feet getting wet, the provided soap and shampoo were terrible so plan on buying your own, the upholstery on the furniture was stained and worn out which I avoided to touch. The hotel os located in a central area, but next to a bar which has very loud and bad live music every night until 3AM. Trust me you will not be able to sleep. Being on the 5th floor did‘t help. I travel often and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I booked a non refundable room and management refused to give me a refund after I expressed how disappointed I was with the room. Not a good hotel for families or couples. Guys with guests will be charged a 500 baht joiner fee.

Housekeeping and room maintenance carried out daily with care. Staff, very welcoming, discreet and efficient. Very convenient access on foot to the soi LK Metro area and also to the tree town food court. Walking street also very accessible via bathbus or mototaxi. Formula without breakfast (many cafes available for this, accessible in 2 to 5 minutes on foot).

Staff was awesome.. house keeping was great. They would show up at the same time every morning. Location is very good. Just a 2 minute walk to Metro. Beer garden right at the foot of the hotel. I will repeat this hotel

Convenient location with varied amenities nearby. Room is comfortable and large and noise isolation is there. Can sleep despite bar with live band outside.

Very clean with nice room amenities. I highly recommend providing a small step stool to get into and out of the tub. The tub is very high to step into and out of from the floor.

This is a grand old hotel this the emphasis on old. The hot water was just warm. Lucky Pattaya was very hot although, I missed a warm shower in the morning. The shower is in a spa bath that you had to climb into which is nearly a metre high. Unsure how the elderly can get in or out of the bath tub for a shower. The toilet blocked a lot and often slow to flush. It can get a bit noisy with the bars across the road but it was bearable.

I have enjoyed the hotel many times. This time the was the last! Rude maid and front desk. Needed to shorten stay and hotel and hotels.com would not allow. Even though tried to fix weeks before visit. Poor water pressure. Sad, I really used to enjoy.

Friendly and helpful staff, big rooms with cold AC and good hot water. Hotel is located close to restaurants, night life and short walk to beach road. Will definitely continue to stay here on my trips to Pattaya.

フロントは24H対応でレイトチャックインも問題なく出来ましたホテルの利用は４~５度目で今まで特に問題はなかったが今回設備で何件かありました 1.ドアの建付けが悪くロック解除後開けるのにコツがいったスタックの方も初め開けれなかった 2.テレビが薄っすら白黒で映り音声が出ない 3.上記1.2.で部屋を変えて頂いたが今度は部屋の電話からノイズ音がし交換で持っていかれ２度ほど確認したのですが替えは来なかった 4.バスルームのバスタオル掛けが壁から取れ掛け修理して頂いた 対応はすぐして頂いたのですが少し残念でした

Great hotel, lovely staff

My wife and I stayed at the LKResidence for 14 nights in May 2023 and found the Room, Staff and location to be excellent. It is well located for shopping at Mikes Mall or The Grand Fiesta Shopping Complex. All staff where excellent and extremely helpful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and clean. Overall great value for money, will be staying again later this year. We have had about 40 trips to Pattaya and found LK Residence to be in the top range of accommodation. Sean

This hotel was a great find. The one bedroom suite is outstanding. Tons of room, kitchenette with microwave, water kettle and fridge. Great shower, water pressure, wifi and even has a changing room with a vanity. The staff was outstanding. Cost value was amazing and the location is perfect. Great restaurants are "everywhere" within a 1 min to 5 min walk. We could easily live here comfortably for a long stay. About the only negative is the noise at night from the karaoke bar across the street and a few of the other bars across the street blasting their music. The hotel can't really do anything about this I would guess. It is what it is. Earplugs are a must if you sleep lightly and shut the noise out. The noise ends about 2am and does not start up again until around 8. So during the day it is super quiet. I suppose I could have requested a quieter room, but I am not sure that is really possible. I would definitely stay here again.
