Fairly average place overall, breakfast had decent options. The pool was heated which was nice but the chemicals or something was a bit off very musty smelling. The bed was probably one of the WORST I have ever slept on. Felt like a sheet of plywood with a sheet over it.

Nice place to stop as we passed through in our way to Missouri. The pool wasn’t working, but otherwise everything was great with a spacious hotel room and big parking lot.

Guy at check-in desk is clueless. Missing lamp shades in room Took 4 hours to get a replacement when he could have gone to the room next door to get one. Internet is a HUGE problem! Poor strength & messed up my iPhone & iPad. Had to take it to a computer repair guy & he said it was because internet was not strong enough. Even clueless guy at front desk said he doesn't use it.

This was a great property. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly. The check-in was quick. The rooms were clean and the whole place smelled good. Breakfast was good, no complaints.

The room was very large and the beds were nice and comfortable, though the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Long black hairs on the shower wall and one of the white washcloths looked though it has been used to wipe off shoes or a car window.

The good: free breakfast. Refrigerator was nice to have in room. The rest: Asian beetles in our room galore!!!!! I easily killed over 60. Disgusting. They obviously have a seal issue in the windows or wall somewhere. No soundproofing exist in the floors. We could hear the annoying umpteenth kids all afternoon/night walking and running, shutting doors (loudly). Not to mention wide opening underneath our main door to hotel hallway. Light and sound carried through. Honestly, big enough for a rat to run under. (Luckily, did not see any rats. Just lots of beetles.) The pool (whole reason we picked the place over another) was "under maintenance". Not open at all. Very disappointing. Ceilings were dirty and starting to peel in several places. I\'d say a lot of areas in that hotel need an upgrade/remodel. They did have the gym they advertised. It\'s small, and machines are kind of loud, but hey, it is a gym. No sanitizer spray or paper towels to wipe down equipment, though. Not worth the price we paid, at all. Will not be back. Sad my hard earned money went to that.

The area felt safe and the room was comfortable. It could use a deep cleaning (carpets and tile grout) and the hotel needs an update but the beds were comfortable and it worked fine for a quick, overnight stay. The staff was super friendly, even in the middle of the night. We would stay again for an overnight stop. We were also super grateful for the large room with 3 queen beds so our family could stay together without having to utilize a sleeper sofa.

The hotel was clean but quite dated. Could use a refresh. The one negative was the gap under the door. Did not make me feel safe, there was a literal 1/2 inch gap with light streaming in and we were close to an entrance. The room service knocked at 9:00 a.m. and we were not even checked out yet. Check was by 11:00.

Room was very clean. Pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Air conditioning wouldn't stay running so room was uncomfortable in temperature. No coffee at breakfast, peanut butter packets were dried out. Best part was the low rate for dogs amd big field behind building.

We arrived at 11:30pm. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member and checkin was fast and easy. Filled us in on amenities available to us and breakfast time. Offered us bottled water and directed us to our room. Room was clean, we used fridge, it was cold upon arrival. Plenty of towels in the bathroom, which was also clean. Can’t say how breakfast was, we only had the coffee which was surprisingly good. Check out was fast and easy. Stay met all our needs. Was worth going a bit out of the way, we didn’t want to stay in Iowa City, this was a great alternative.

I was just looking for a decent place to spend a night. This fit the bill nicely. An older facility but the staff were exceptionally friendly. I really like the location. It felt really safe to be basically in the middle of a field with only a nice memory care facility being the only close neighbor.

It was the half way point from Shawano WI to Branson MO so it was a convenient spot to stop at. Also it had the Pizza Ranch right next door were we had supper and a Walmart across t he street were we did shopping!

It was the half way point from Shawano WI to Branson MO so it was a convenient spot to stop at. Also it had the Pizza Ranch right next door were we had supper and a Walmart across t he street were we did shopping!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, quiet and accessible. There were two restaurants right across the parking lot, with the Mexican one being terrific!

Room was very clean. Pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Air conditioning wouldn't stay running so room was uncomfortable in temperature. No coffee at breakfast, peanut butter packets were dried out. Best part was the low rate for dogs amd big field behind building.

Check in was easy and the staff were great to work with. Our bathroom door would not shut all the way, and certainly wouldn’t lock. The tv was on a table with the fridge and microwave to the right, blocking the view from the right bed. The breakfast was ok. We had to wait for hot food to be brought out, and there were not many people eating. The food they brought out was only half heated, some pieces were still half frozen when I bit in. It doesn’t seem like a terrible place, and with a few adjustments it would be much better.

The room and property was good for the price. It could use some updates, but the bed and room was clean. There were hot options at breakfast, as well as cold items. Checkin was quick and easy. I would stay here again.

The room I was given smelled like the musty basement you can imagine. And there was a pair of dirty underwear behind the bathroom door. I did ask for a new room and they accommodated me promptly. The new room didn’t smell as bad, There was so much cocky and missing around the tub and shower and tile going up the wall, that it’s no wonder it smelled so much like mold and mildew. Towels were frayed, The lotion was in an old Salon Selectives bottle, which I’m pretty sure is no longer made. One vending machine was out of order. The other had Coke in it that had Santa Claus on it so it was probably expired. (Stayed in August). The ice machine was filthy with a lot of strange color particulates on the bottom where you would rest the ice bucket. The Pillows and bed were comfortable.

The hotel looks run down. Stains on the floor. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Felt dirty and didn’t trust the floors to be barefoot. Left as soon as we woke up because it felt gross to be in the room. Will not be staying again. Breakfast food was cold.

This is a very nice inn in a small town. The staff are helpful, polite, and accommodating, the property is spotless and well-maintained. If you are coming to Mt. Pleasant, it is the best place to stay.
