Pool wasn't available which was fine since we didn't have time anyway. Building is aged but overall in decent enough shape. Staff was helpful and friendly. For quick in and out stay, it's a good choice.

Before booking this room, I would check with the facility to make sure their pool is open. We didn’t find out until our arrival that the pool was not functioning. Staff claimed that the pool pump had quit working the day before, but it clearly appeared to be down for much longer than that. We feel like they were covering the fact the pool should not be listed as an amenity; our children were looking forward to the pool, it was part of the reason we booked the hotel. When we checked into our room, the tub clearly needed to be scrubbed, the sink wouldn’t drain at all. Front desk staff gave my husband a plunger to try to fix the clog, that didn’t work, only brought up black, murky water. We ended up moving to a different room, one floor above, but that sink didn’t drain either. We let staff know that night, but still had to go down in the morning and ask if it was going to be fixed or not. The tub in our second room also looked like it needed a good scrub, I was able to clean some of it off with just a wash rag, leading me to believe no one has thoroughly cleaned it in a long time. Front desk staff was friendly, the gentleman that came to fix our sink seemed to put out that he had to be doing it, which was frustrating to us - a working sink should be a given. Based on our visit, I would not recommend this hotel.
