Rodeway Inn

When we got to our room there was a smell of smoke, in a nonsmoking room, there was only one pillow on the bed, the floor was uneven, and there was what looked like roaches in the bathroom. The ice machine in the office wasn’t working. When I used my keycard on my door, it failed multiple times before it would finally work. The motel was in 3 separate building, with the building our room was in being quite a distance up a hill from the office and nowhere in sight of it. There was cigarette burns in the linens, once ago this was a nonsmoking facility that we stayed in. It was a terrible all around experience and would not stay or recommend for anyone to stay there.

Room was clean but could have been cleaned better. Parking lot has allot of potholes. As well as I was told no loud music and that was when I was parking but my neighbor played loud music all night. No phones in room

There is no laundry onsite, however the rates are fair,Parking right outside your room door,has peep hole in door...the cleaning crew does what needs to be done 👍 Sam is great always there to help,make sure you get your packages etc...Me personally I had Lysol,bed bug spray,Lysol cleaner spray, bleach,shower curtain,sheets and blankets...I also had broom,dust pan... That's just for any hotel we go to..my family,I are going through the struggle ATM and Rodeway Inn,Staff has definitely helped us get through...their rates is what we needed at that time,Rooms spacious,Internet, microwave,nice fridge in each room,table ,chairs,clean....I love and appreciate Rodeway Inn... Don't make little things big problems!!!Their cleaning crew is amazing!!! NO I SEEN NOT 1BEDBUG...IF I WOULD HAVE LISTEN TO REVIEWS,I WOULDN'T HAVE WENT...SO GLAD I DECIDED TO GO....PLEASE DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT GO AND CHECK IT OUT.... IT'S LOCATION IS GREAT TOO...QUIET, PEACEFUL....

The outside of the facility is pretty gross in places. But the room was surprisingly clean and good. The microwave is a thousand years old. This is the least expensive place for 50 miles, so you have to be realistic.

I enjoyed my stay at you In. It was nice and quiet. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The check in service was very professional. The only thing I noticed was the parking lot had some rough patches. I would recommend your Inn to my friends.

This place has no carts . No direction. Careless staff && amenities. Key cards are the biggest issue besides coming with luggage . No car to drive your room. The distance between the lobby and 200-300 room numbers are a ways a way.

The TV was missing.

Bare minimum in comfort, cleanliness, and service. non existent facilities/amenities, fridge and microwave worked.

Check in was fast. Room was neat and clean, the tub was actually usable( that's a plus). The room was spacious and the long desk in the room made for a great writing space. The best part for me was that i had a smoking room and when i 1st entered the room it didn't smell like someone just finished a whole carton of cigarettes(A+ for that ). Check out was easy. I'll be staying again.

Be careful TV didn't work. Terrible

First of all, when we walked in there was a stench in the room. It hit us the minute you walked in. It smelled like a mix of cigarettes, mold and mildew. Curtains were falling off. The tub had cigarette burns on the side. I had to clean the toilet because it was visibly still dirty. I cleaned the sides of the walls. They too had visible stains that could be wiped off. There was one single flat pillow available for two people to share on a queen size bed. I had to go to the check-in office several times and wait for them to look for extra pillows and blankets. There was ONLY one blanket available. NO pillows. There were no rooms that we could change to that could possibly be of a better quality. So we were stuck with the room that we had. Needless to say we had a horrible sleep and we're exhausted the next day. And upon waking there was a roach crawling across the pillow where my head was laying. Of course I jumped up and was completely freaked out. It was also another dead roach on the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. I have never been in a hotel or motel of that low of standards. And not that this was the least of our worries, but there was only one set of towels. Absolutely ridiculous. Completely disappointing. To top it off it's the anniversary of one of my sons death. So, I just needed a quiet getaway. Sadly, all I did was cry. Ended up with a terrible headache from lack of sleep and had the heebie-jeebies from the roaches 😩. I WILL NOT BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER.

Room with dirty, beds were uncomfortable. Not to mention microwave did not work. Linen on bed had burn holes in it. In both my room and my sisters. My sis had to mop her floor. I just kept my shoes on. Slept in my cloth due to the condition of the room. Toilet in bathroom kept running all night. We will never stay at a Rodeway again.

You get what you pay for I guess. I didn’t know that included roaches and spiders. I definitely didn’t like the blood stains on the bed.

It was dirty, flying insects stinky never again will I ever stay there

So I had to switch rooms because the first one had bed bugs. The second one had roaches,

The most disgusting hotel ever. The towels were dirty with what seemed to be blood. There was red hair on the pillows. All the sheets were stained and had holes from cigarette burns. Even though it was a non smoking room it smelled like cigarettes and there were cigarettes butts under the desk and microwave. And when the staff were told they were so rude and nasty and did nothing about it.

The sheets was dirty the room smelled so bad I don’t think it was cleaned it was things left over from the previous people who stayed there

So many roaches smh. Will never stay here again

I ordered a non-smoking room the room smells like cigarettes the sheets and the bed have stains spots

My stay was terrible when I came in the room the smell was awful. There was no remote for the tv and no soap and bathroom was dirty the towel rack fell off when I put my wash cloth on it. There was no phne in the room so I could call down to the front desk and we were all the way up top the hill.

Room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking. Heater blew cold air couldn't even get it to turn off

The furniture had cigarette Burns. The frig started leaking, the tub had cigarette Burns, I slipped on the ice behind my car when I placed my foot on the sidewalk. There was a burger king bag with food behind the frig.

Room has space didn’t like that I had to wait 5/10 minutes for the water to get hot to shower overall was a ok stay for the price just don’t go in room 200 unless you want to prep the shower

The room it self wasn't bad. My husband and I issue was not having heat in our room. We had to talk to someone twice about the problem someone from maintenance finally came, and fixed the issue.

The front desk clerk at check in was rude and disrespectful

The property is not bad for motel...but the staff on shift on Saturday April 26th Pm. Wasn't good for the face of the management he talk with treats uses of F words on me just because i requested for spare key for my quest. He told to answer yes sir to everything he says that after my 5 night paid i should never come back again with F words...this is ridiculous and honestly i have never being humiliated of asuch in my life before...He need to be replaced

The staff hung up on me 8 times and would not answer the phone . Poor customer service.

Staff is hard to reach and housekeeping is rude, they play like they don't understand English and have to be asked to come clean the room .

At check in I was given the wrong room key and walked in on someone who was sleeping. They gave me a new room however no discount....no comp.....absolutely nothing. I stay heree quite a bit but this will be my last stay if they dont make this right.

It sucked. Motel service sucked. There was spots on the bathtub. Not enough equipment. (Bath) The guy Sam is his name had an attitude was about to make me punch him in his mouth. The reservation was messed up it wasn't what I ordered. I demand some of my money back. The microwave doesn't work there was no TV which wasn't the problem. The hotel keys didn't work part of the time. I wouldn't recommend a pitbull to that place. I demand so my money back. I'm from out of state and I almost left on the street for the first day because they did not honor my reservation. I don't even like Baltimore Maryland too many attitude problems here that will caise to get locked up. Paid all this money for sorry stupid service. Equipment didn't work. No TV in the room. Attitudes from the hotel staff. The guy Sam was very ignorant and needs to be fired. House keeping didn't do their job. Again I demand some of my money back. The only good thing about that room was that I got sleep but then my alglergors started acting up for some unknown reason. Maybe the room was dusty and dirty. For the last time I want some of my money back I demand it I have a right to do that because of the sorry suck ass service that made my trip half good The good things happen outside of the hotel when I got to see family and handle business. The male staff were very unkind. One male staff opened my door without announcing himself. They have no empathy. They rush you out. They are racists.

Bed sheets were dirty when I arrived and I felt unsafe the whole time. Would not recommend.

The motel looked like something out of a horror film. I did not feel safe or comfortable the short time I was there.

It was quiet for the most part but my heat really didn’t work but front desk did send maintenance out but it was still blowing out cold air

Not too noisy

Very quiet. Friendly staff. Had an issue with toilet... Would flush every other time, on opposite times, it would fill them drain slow. But am submitting this revue for my first stay while attending my second stay. Second stay was in different room which I found a ROACH crawling on the top of the microwave.

Stay away if you value your life.did not feel safe at all. Place should be turn down and rebuilt again. Lots of land but not used correctly.
