The room heating & tap in the shower was broken. After two days gave us another room - in that room bathroom door knob was broken & we couldn’t close the bathroom door. For the whole hotel there was only one washing machine & dryer - they were so dirty I had to clean both machines before using it. After all that the dryer took my money, but did not work I had to hang the clothes in our room- in which the heating wasn’t working. We all slept in a cold room. Went to use the gym on the 2nd day at 8pm, there was no lights and we were told it can be only used when there is natural lights - so we went next day morning & it was just like the laundry room - so filthy there were no wipes, broken machines, cups all over the floor - NO COVID SAFETY IN THAT GYM. THE WORST HOTEL WE STAYED IN. Now when we think or talk about our Melbourne trip this hotel stay has ruined it. Hotel wasn’t cheap & I mainly wanted was a gym & laundry facility & I didn’t get both.

Although marked as open, the pool was too dirty use and was run down. Decrepit white goods were dumped around the pool and the water was a thick unhealthy colour. The gym/exercise room did exist but was very run down; equipment broken and not working properly. The bed room itself was a bit better then the facilities. It had a clean and comfortable bed.

Very conveniently located hotel in a safe environment within walking distance to shopping centre and eateries. Very friendly and helpful staff. Limited facilities but great if you just want a place to stay and rest.

We were given a room on the main road side. It was very noisy until late at night and from early in the morning. Also we specifically chose this property because of the gym and pool facilities. When we went looking for the pool there was a sign on the door saying it was not available due to the recent Melbourne storms. A long term guest told me it hasn’t been available since last year and just looking at it was full of green water and only a 1/4 full with sticks and leaves in it. Then we looked inside the gym area and it was full of storage items from a couple and their child that was actully living in the gym room. It was dirty and smelly. The guy that popped out of the gym looked like a homeless hobo and told me he was dealing crack to pay for his lodging. Also in regarding to very poor security the security access door to our building was not able to be closed and was left open 24/7 for anybody to enter. This also made sleeping very difficult as any noise we heard outside our door was concerning. I discussed all these concerns with the staff member at the front desk and he really kind of denied any knowledge of the issues. He told me his manager would call me to discuss at 9am when they start work. 2 days later and still no calls or messages from this bizarre hotel to resolve my concerns with our stay. Personally I think there is some very dodgy business going on at this suburban hotel and we would never ever return due to safety, noise and straight up lack of care.

The older male receptionist didn’t look up from his computer to greet us until we had been standing there for a couple of minutes waiting. We felt a bit silly! The pool was closed. The restaurant was closed. No room service. The spa bath in our room was out of order & the towels were like sandpaper. No mini bar, the bar fridge was completely empty, not even the usual milk or coffee or tea options found in most hotels. Very disappointing. The two queen beds & the room was nice.

Housekeeping was lacking. Didn’t make the bed properly and left empty tissue box in the bathroom. No fresh towels for day 2. No smoking sign on the floor under the table on arrival was still there after they “made up the room” on day 2. No fresh glasses or teaspoon to replace what I had used. Not what I expected from a hotel. Usual in an apartment. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows are rocks.

We will not be staying here again or recommending this hotel to anyone. Of a long list of things that were wrong: our room wasn't cleaned at all over a 3 day period. only one of the 2 windows opened and there was no flyscreen. The bath/spa was out of order. The A/C and extraction fan in the bathroom were filthy and caked in dust. The soap holder in the shower was broken. Breakfast was average at best and there was no top up of the buffet in the 45mins we sat there. The restaurant was closed indefinitely despite being set for dinner. To top it all off, there was a function on our last night with a band that was super loud and went on for hours. We won't be going back ever again and I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Walls are plaster thin so it’s very noisy. Broken lamp shades and shabby furniture. Hair in the shower and rubbish on the carpet. Breakfast was depressing so we skipped it. Very tired and not well maintained or cleaned. Don’t bother.

Loved the 2 room/ apartment. It didn't have a kitchen, but breakfast was included. Unfortunately, cups and glasses in the cupboard were not clean but they gave us 2 bottles of water to make amends.

This is a little bit older-style hotel which offers large rooms, great bed comfort, lovely clean, roomy and modern bathroom and decor which is from another more traditional era but in excellent condition. Felt like a way more expensive hotel. Surroundings dated. Reception very average. Breakfast a simple continental style which is great as an inclusion. Great value for money.

First time I’ve stayed at the property and was very pleased overall. The only issue was the room I had faced Springvale Rd and it was a little noisy at times. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

My recent stay at your hotel presented several significant concerns regarding the overall guest experience. Upon arrival, the primary entrance from which we entered lacked clear signage directing guests to elevator access for the second-floor reception. This necessitated carrying heavy luggage up the stairs. Even when contacted by phone, reception did not proactively guide us to an accessible entrance with a lift. The room assigned was located directly facing a main highway, resulting in considerable noise disturbance throughout our stay. When I requested a quieter room, the receptionist was initially resistant. Although I agreed to pay an additional charge for an alternative room on the opposite side of the lobby, I was then informed that a change was not possible without paying for both rooms, as I had briefly used the toilet and housekeeping had departed for the day. This policy felt inflexible and did not prioritize guest comfort. Furthermore, the complimentary breakfast was a notable disappointment. It was poorly cooked, lacked flavor, and offered very limited options. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the breakfast service to future guests. When people in the next room were smoking inside it wafted into our room - the staff quickly found us a new room and dealt with the issue quickly - staff on for breakfast were lovely and helpful

Stayed several times recently and this was the only time I had a bad experience. Some Issues with staff and random homeless type person in the lobby was certainly an issue.

This was very convenient for our visit to family. Reception was an open area, not crowded. Staff on check out very friendly. Breakfast worked well.

Very quiet in the rear rooms. 30 minute drive to the city. Very clean and comfortable room for 5 nights. Didn’t use any food or bar facilities at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Abundant food choices to dine in or take away within a 5 minute drive. Short 5 minute drive to direct transport to city if required.

Everything was very nice and i had a lovely stay with my partner for the weekend the only down side to it was we paid to have breakfast included af 7 am and it was never ready at 7 we had to wait 30 mins for a hot breakfast the first day we had just cereal and toast and hot tea and coffee but the hot food didn’t come out until 7:35am and then the next morning at breakfast same thing. Maybe don’t tell guest that breakfast is at 7 when really hot breakfast doesn’t come out until 7:30am.

Clean room, comfy bed, helpful staff. Had problem with key when first arrived, but was fixed straight away. Breakfast was good, but staff seemed to be struggling to keep up with demand (food, glasses and cutlery were in short supply, but was very busy).

We will not be staying here again or recommending this hotel to anyone. Of a long list of things that were wrong: our room wasn't cleaned at all over a 3 day period. only one of the 2 windows opened and there was no flyscreen. The bath/spa was out of order. The A/C and extraction fan in the bathroom were filthy and caked in dust. The soap holder in the shower was broken. Breakfast was average at best and there was no top up of the buffet in the 45mins we sat there. The restaurant was closed indefinitely despite being set for dinner. To top it all off, there was a function on our last night with a band that was super loud and went on for hours. We won't be going back ever again and I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

The hotel was chosen for its location to family I’m visiting. The facilities are okay, though some places showed signs of wear (wall, lamp shades). The breakfast was great, hot in the weekend, continental on weekdays.

The older male receptionist didn’t look up from his computer to greet us until we had been standing there for a couple of minutes waiting. We felt a bit silly! The pool was closed. The restaurant was closed. No room service. The spa bath in our room was out of order & the towels were like sandpaper. No mini bar, the bar fridge was completely empty, not even the usual milk or coffee or tea options found in most hotels. Very disappointing. The two queen beds & the room was nice.

House keeping failed to clean our room when requested to do so. No teaspoons in the room with tea/coffee making amenities. Reception staff were helpful and courteous. Overall a basic stay hotel close to shopping centre and good off street parking

Pro: The mattress and bed linens were quite nice and very comfortable. I intentionally selected a hotel with a restaurant and bar because I knew I would be exhausted and would just want to sit for an easy dinner.... nope... restaurant isn't opened on Sundays. No mention of this before or after booking. They sent a message (after booking) that a number of hotel features were not available, like pool, etc. but no mention of the restaurant/bar being closed. The pool and gym or something said "closed for renos", ours been like that for a long time with no evidence of renos underway. It's always something with this place. Bathroom was moldy with black and pink mold. Holes and tears in carpet. Heaps of stuff just overdue for replacement. Ok if you just need a place to sleep. Regardless, it's certainly not worth the price point. Coffee at breakkie the worst cuppa I've ever had.
