Hello - I was concerned when I woke up over night with bug bites. I am telling you as a gentle and kind concern to address.

Trabajo para la compañía courtyard marriot en rochester ny estuve tres dias y el servicio en front desk fue pésimo y el trato ni se diga en los cuartos nunca limpiaron ni pusieron toallas el servicio fue fatal de lo demás todo bien pero el personal en front desk y houskiping no me gustó para nada creo que mucho hotel pero no trabajan con el guest como debe ser gracias

We were excited to stay here, however the pool area each time we went to go swim had dirty towels left everywhere, food on the ground along with filth and was disappointing for the reviews I read before choosing this hotel. The people staying next to us kept us up past midnight even after calls to the front desk. Nothing was done to help make up for the disturbance. The cleaning staff near the rooms were very pleasant though and the room itself was clean aside from some returnables we found on the shelf upon arrival. Convenient to have a little market area and shampoo in the room itself! Not sure our stay will permit us to come back to this specific venue, but do typically chose Marriott for their overall cleanliness and quality.

Front desk people not too kind, but it was Ok, nothing to complain, maybe a smile could change it.
