Quick commuter rail connection to North Station from North Billierica Station. Indoor pool water temperature too low.

The hotel is down a small dark rode, at the very end. There is a sign in the main road, but can be easier missed. The hotel parking lot is not well lit, and if you arrive late, you might need to park in the back. There is a restaurant and Starbucks onsite, otherwise need to go into town to eat. The rooms were average...nothing extraordinary. Maid service is available, but if you want daily, must ask. The hotel was clean and staffed 24 hours at front desk. Beds were fine, pillows were soft. My son had sofa bed, it was firm. The showers were nice size, but water pressure was ok. The hot water at times fluctuated in temp. Overall the hotel is a place I could see myself staying again...but wish there was more closer to eat or do.

Hotel was great! Rooms were nice. Bed was absolutely comfortable. It was about 35-45 minutes from Boston and wish it was closer. However, I would still come back when visiting my child at college. The only thing I didn’t like was the front parking lot was full, and I had to park in the back lot. When I got back to my room, it was dark out. The lighting in the lot wasn’t great, and I had to walk around to the front of the building. I was alone and didn’t feel comfortable.

The pool water was too cold.

The property is going through renovations so i can imagine what it’s going to look like when it’s finished the gym was closed and we some other amenities weren’t available. Other than that i loved it. The staff was really nice and accommodating. They were extremely friendly and responsive to our needs. We are definitely going back there, construction or not

Pool was immaculate on this visit and the service was great

Room itself was decently clean. Beds were comfortable. The rest of property was a mess. Pool area and gym weren’t picked up- cups everywhere, not cleaned from the day before, used gym towels left over all the equipment, the pool never had fresh towels stocked and we had to keep asking the front desk to bring more. Hallways were dirty. Breakfast was chaotic. Long lines with only one person working. I do, however, appreciate the generous options/drink choices they added with the breakfast if purchased upon booking.

Nice place but I suggest to warm up the pool because the water was cold and I went to the pool in the evening and it was not comfortable

My boyfriend and I had a lot of fun staying the weekend at this hotel. The staff were so nice and helpful. The pool was very clean both times we went. The food was great.

This property is great. It appears that the rooms are newly updated. The carpet looks and smells brand new. Everything is super clean, beds are comfy, and room is spacious.

The bathroom door was incredibly hard to close, had to use all my body weight to push it closed. When i went to shower there was a dirty wash cloth hanging over the shower rod, there was a freezer bag of trash left in the trash can. The property was nice other than these housekeeping issues.

The room was not made up when we arrived. The was no towel or pillow cases. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair on it. We told the front desk and the asked for the room to be redone but the bathroom remained dirty.

I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard. It was very clean, spacious & quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Housekeeping upon request only. We requested housekeeping everyday and they never vacuum our bathroom floor. My hair is always there. They only replace your towels and fold your bed. Tissue box ran out and was not replaced… otherwise the room is great

This was a lovely hotel just off the highway. Very clean, beds super comfortable and the staff was very friendly!

I lie how clean is the all hotel

Everything is as good up until the next morning when we notice bugs on our pillows.

My husband and I had a decent experience at this location. However, we did have some issues with our top linen having a stain and hair imbedded in our makeup towel. Our room also had an unpleasant scent which we resolved by purchasing a plug in. We also had our vehicle damaged in the parking lot by another guest’s vehicle. There are no cameras in the parking lot at the front, so we were unable to identify who the individual was. Another guest also experienced the same issue with their vehicle being damaged in the parking lot. The pillows were also very uncomfortable, so we had to purchase additional pillows to help have a better sleeping experience. The receptionists were all very friendly and polite. We also enjoyed the pool and the upgrades to the room. These additions allowed us to enjoy our stay despite some of the unpleasantries.

Everyone was super friendly and the rooms were very quiet and the beds were very comfortable we slept great

Large and updated rooms

It was okay, there were kids running up and down the hall ways til 11:30pm at night which was disruptive. The AC in the room kept clinking in and out and the bed was really hard. It was an okay stay. Only stayed one night

The rooms at this courtyard Marriott are large, comfortable and clean. The staff was very attentive, professional, and friendly. The staff at the bistro was particularly kind and conversant, and the food was excellent.

The air conditioning unit sounds like a 747 in Your room. Had to shut it off, then it was too warm.

Very nice hotel for a family weekend. Close enough from Boston, easy to access from highway. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. Only thing that needs upgrading is the pressure in the shower.

While this hotel was a little higher price than we normally pay, it was worth every penny. Our 7th floor king room looked almost brand new and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This was one of the quietest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in, not even any noise from the hallway. The wifi was fast and reliable. There was a small fridge in the room and a microwave available in the lobby/vending area. The walk-in shower and spacious bathroom felt like something from a much more expensive hotel. While there is not any dining or shopping within walking distance, the location is convenient to Boston and Concord/Lexington.

Very nice and spacious rooms

My wife is in a wheelchair and the room and facility was easy for her to navigate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kailyn helped me when I left something in our room.

I made a reservation through Expedia and when I arrived at the hotel my reservation had not been made, the employee did not present any solution so that I would not stay on the street, she did not offer me a room, not for free but I wanted to pay and even so they said no. And now I have to wait 15 days for the refund and spend the night on the street with my wife who will pay me?

The front desk staff were very helpful and quick to respond. Always had a smile. Guestroom and lobby were very clean and inviting.

Great stay. Was there for 2 nights with my mom and husband. Front desk staff was very friendly upon check in. Rooms were clean and comfy.

We arrived around 10pm. The front desk was deserted. No one was around to check us in. We had informed ahead of time of our arrival. We waited well over 20 minutes on line to be checked in. A line formed behind us with ever more restless guests. The person who showed up did not offer any explanation for the delay nor did he acknowledge the long wait time.

I’ve stayed at this property many times and every time we always have a great stay! I would highly recommend ! Staff is always helpful and accommodating and very clean!

Really upset that the person who checked me in did not give me a card that stated housekeeping is available per request. Quite frankly, that shouldn’t be something on a card, that needs to be verbally said to their customers. It was really disappointing to come in the first night after our stay to dirty towels on the floor, again not aware that housekeeping was per request. The second night I came back in the room I immediately walked back out to the front desk - the gentleman told me I should have received a card with that information. I only received 2 key cards in the envelope, no card. Again, this is something that should be verbally said to while checking in so hopefully someone will find this review useful. After some digging, I found online stating that they will not automatically clean your room unless you are staying for a bit longer where they’ll clean after the 6th night. I don’t see if it says that they clean with an additional charge, which is what I was afraid of also. If you end up staying here, please clarify with the front desk if there is an extra charge before requesting housekeeping.

It is quite far from everything.

Hotel was good. Clean. Quite. In the middle of a business park. Nothing close by to walk to. For a one night stay it worked well.

Very clean hotel and well located for a trip into Concord and surrounding areas

We stayed here to be just outside the city as it was more cost effective. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and in a quiet location. Ample parking. Drive into Boston varied between 25-40 mins depending on traffic but was not a terrible drive. I would def stay here again if visit the Boston area. Did not use any amenities other than the Starbucks for morning coffee.

Set in an empty office park so quiet and easy in and out. Close to highway yet surprisingly quiet. Nice place for a stay if you need to be in area with restaurants within a few min drive.

Very nice hotel. The only downside is that this hotel is in an industrial complex, and the access road is very dark, no lights. It was difficult to find the hotel at night, and the road so dark it was hard to tell if we were going the right way.

Great condition, great location right off highway.

A 4 ounce cup of wine was $17. Outrageous. I could see if it was 9 ounces or even 6 ounces but barely a couple of sips.

Was disappointed the restaurant was not open for dinner two days after Christmas due to low occupancy.

Fine but just as expensive as the places that offer a free breakfast - only option here is a pay for it Starbucks like bistro

No restaurant....just a stabucks inside the hotel

Housekeeping was requested online as well as in person everyday. One day no one came to clean the room, another day they just replaced towels. Did not even clean the room or made the bed despite requests put in by front staff. We were there for 4 nights and housekeeping seems to be a struggle. Breakfast place gave us the wrong order despite waiting for 20 minutes the morning of our departure. May be they need to staff the facilities properly.

Very pleased by this Courtyard in all respects. Perfect place to stay when going to different parts of the Boston Metro area; easy access to all the major highways, yet situated in a quiet area with little traffic. Lots of dining options within a couple miles, but the restaurant at the hotel served up a tasty burger & fries for a reasonable price. Will stay again when working in the area~

Well the breakfast situation is very bad. One person to take order run the coffee machine and other drinks and run the food to the table of over 200 guests. I will leave it to your imaginations how long it took. Come down for breafast at 9am wait on line for 40 minutre just to place my order. got someone also order that it was not my at 11:05 am.😪😪. After for 20 minute in line i did go to the front desks and all i got was sorry but we dont have any one also that can help. No maneger either. I like the hotel but next time i will eat at Macdonald lol.and that is saying alot.
