This property definitely needs an update, it is clean but dated and there area parts of the common area that area damaged and feel unpleasant. The furniture in the rooms is dated as well, but the beds are comfortable and the linens and towels are clean! You can walk to the gondola but unfortunately you can't ski in. You have to come back with the gondola which was a huge disappointment for me. This is not a ski in property. You can walk to the pedestrian area, they offer covered parking and overall we had a good experience. Rooms are warm, unlike another property we stayed at the week after.

Conveniently located, Les Jumeaux is adequately named as property is divided in two hotels. We were sent to the second building, next to the ski lift. Unfortunately it is a long walk, no side walk available with a difficult access; fortunately we were guided by the cery helpful bellman. Property is runned down, rooms need renovating though housekeeping was excellent. Avoid rooms facing valley as they are beaten by the sun and AC did not work; we slept windows open but the room was above a busy road with traffic all night. Breakfast was served in a room with no windows (!?) and service was lackadaisical. Lobby had torn sofas and overall property needs refreshing; whilst nicely located in a central residential area of Courmayeur, there are better alternatives available at similar rates. The ladies at the reception saved the stay as for most staff at Les Jumeaux who were very helpful and pleasant.

Ho prenotato una camera con due matrimoniali. Ho chiamato pure per sicurezza e mi hanno riconfermato la scelta e persino detto che la stanza era un bilocale. Arrivo in loco e la stanza era un monolocale con un matrimoniale e due divani letti avvicinati entrambi separati da un siparietto. Inaccettabile anche il fatto che la nella mia stanza ci fosse una porta comunicante alla stanza affianco e perciò i vicini si lamentavano ogni due per tre del rumore che facessimo (anche se parlavamo a voce regolata rompevano le palle). Una struttura vecchia, per certi versi anche mal tenuta. L’unica cosa positiva era la posizione e il deposito scii (per chi li avesse). 4 stelle di hotel mai nella vita, nemmeno una spa… Se ne merita 2

We had a family room for 4 with a balcony and mountain view. Plenty of space with 2 rooms that were clean and very comfortable. Room was made up every day and the large double bed was very comfortable. Had a fridge which was great for drinks and snacks. Location is ideal for the gondola which is a 2 minute walk down the hill and takes you up to the ski area at plan checrouit. There is a ski hire shop right opposite the hotel where you can book skis etc and then you collect and leave them in the main shop up in the ski area so very convenient and can get 10% off if ask in hotel. It is a 5 minute level walk down into the town where there are plenty of places of to eat. Breakfast in hotel was great and staff were brilliant and friendly. We didn't have dinner so can't comment on that. All in all would recommend the hotel.

Our room was a separate building from main building. It was So hot in August and there was no air conditioning or fan. We had to walk down 30 steps outside to get our luggage to our room with such extreme heat. The baggage porter could have taken us down the garage elevator to our rooms, but he didn’t. Inexperienced porter! Our room backed on to a highway so sleeping with doors open wasn’t a great experience. Courmayeur is a beautiful place to visit, however I don’t think I would return to that hotel.

The staff is great and the main hotel is great, but they put us in an old 2nd building that was about 150 yards down the hill, and above the main highway (noisy because it was hot and we had too keep the window open with no fan available). It was the building that the help stays in. The hotel said it was the level room I booked, but the website made no distinction between the two buildings nor was there a picture of the old building. I would gladly have paid more for a room in the main hotel, but there was nothing available by the time we arrived.

This is an older hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet. We found out after our first day that the breakfast buffet was included in our stay - that was a nice surprise. We made good use of it for the next two days. There are restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby. It is about a 10 minute walk to the bus station from the hotel.

Personnel très accueillant (c'est le principal) mais l'hôtel porte bien son nom "Les Jumeaux" : le bâtiment principal est très bien mais l'annexe, où se trouvait notre chambre est hors d'âge ! Dans notre chambre, le lit principal était très confortable, la chambre très propre, mais les lits d'appoint étaient indigents. Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner est complet mais la qualité des mets juste passable. Pour une nuit, en étape, comme nous l'avons fait, c'était ok...mais encore une fois la gentillesse du personnel rattrape tout !

Værelset vi fik levede slet ikke op til de billeder som er på hotels.com det var virkelig gammelt, slidt og lugtede. Da vi tjekkede ind sagde vi at vi godt ville købe morgenmad med de 2 nætter vi skulle sove der og vi fik at vide det var klaret, det var det så åbenbart ikke, for vi skulle alligevel betale for den sidste dag, da de påstod vi ikke havde betalt for den. Da vi kom og tjekkede ind sagde de vi havde booket til 4 personer, men havde vi ikke, vi havde bestilt til 2 voksne og 1 barn, de giver os så et værelse hvor der ikke er klar til 3 personer, kun håndklæder og senge opredning til 2 personer. Selvom de har p-pladser tager de ekstra betlaing for at holde på dem. De virker meget grådige. Lugten på værelset var ulækker som gamle beskidte gulvtæpper. Badet var ulækkert og virkede ikke rent. Morgenmaden var sølle. Det eneste positive vi har at sige om det er en tjener fra morgenmaden gav en helt igennem fantastisk service, han virkede som noget manager. Byen var dog helt fantastiske og hyggelig, men et dyrt sted at opholde sig.

Appena entrati si percepisce la trascuratezza dei materiali, tessuti dei divani e sedute sporchi, macchiati. Stanza ampia con bella vista, ma con in terra moquette macchiata, lisa e bucata. Mobili tristi, scarsi e degli anni '80, scrostati, scoloriti e rotti, bagno sporco, vasca macchiata dal tempo e stesso tipo di mobilio, vecchio, scrostato scolorito e rotto. Cena buona, personale di sala disponibile e competente. Personale alla reception impreparato e poco professionale, manager incompetente ed incapace di ammettere i propri errori pur di estorcere denaro al cliente . We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Les Jumeaux. We had just finished four days of hiking the TMB. We arrived wet and muddy from the rain five hours before our scheduled check in. The front desk found us a room to store our luggage and change, and immediately took our laundry and rushed to get our room ready within an hour. The rooms are a little dated, but the hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. Would recommend staying here.

The main part of the hotel on Rue Regionale looked nice enough. However the room we had was in the original hotel on Route Della Volpi. Room was in poor condition with bathroom floor not cleaned properly, bugs and some mould. The carpet in the two areas was old and felt horrible with bare feet. Hint use the provided slippers. Basic maintenance in room was lacking as well. Overall served a purpose of a bed for a night but I would not stay in the same place again.

Perfekt läge för skidåkning med 1 minut promenad till kabinbanan.´Även bra läge för access till byn och restauranger. Ok standard med hänsyn till priset men rummen är äldre utan renovering.

Stayed in the Annex building which is just a really worn down old hotel. Right niext to the gondola though so good place if you're skiing in the winter.

We had a family room for 4 with a balcony and mountain view. Plenty of space with 2 rooms that were clean and very comfortable. Room was made up every day and the large double bed was very comfortable. Had a fridge which was great for drinks and snacks. Location is ideal for the gondola which is a 2 minute walk down the hill and takes you up to the ski area at plan checrouit. There is a ski hire shop right opposite the hotel where you can book skis etc and then you collect and leave them in the main shop up in the ski area so very convenient and can get 10% off if ask in hotel. It is a 5 minute level walk down into the town where there are plenty of places of to eat. Breakfast in hotel was great and staff were brilliant and friendly. We didn't have dinner so can't comment on that. All in all would recommend the hotel.

The staff is great and the main hotel is great, but they put us in an old 2nd building that was about 150 yards down the hill, and above the main highway (noisy because it was hot and we had too keep the window open with no fan available). It was the building that the help stays in. The hotel said it was the level room I booked, but the website made no distinction between the two buildings nor was there a picture of the old building. I would gladly have paid more for a room in the main hotel, but there was nothing available by the time we arrived.

Property manager charged us a large fee for a 3rd person despite us having booked a triple room. They admitted that if we had stated 3 persons at the time of booking, there would be no charge, but since we arrived with 3 and our Expedia booking said 2 persons they had to charge us per "hotel policy". Completly ridiculous. Just looking for ways to gouge guests. Property run down...tub faucet broken, bathroom door wouldn't open all the way as it hit the uneven floor. Rude staff. Lots of other good hotels nearby. Find another.

Værelset vi fik levede slet ikke op til de billeder som er på hotels.com det var virkelig gammelt, slidt og lugtede. Da vi tjekkede ind sagde vi at vi godt ville købe morgenmad med de 2 nætter vi skulle sove der og vi fik at vide det var klaret, det var det så åbenbart ikke, for vi skulle alligevel betale for den sidste dag, da de påstod vi ikke havde betalt for den. Da vi kom og tjekkede ind sagde de vi havde booket til 4 personer, men havde vi ikke, vi havde bestilt til 2 voksne og 1 barn, de giver os så et værelse hvor der ikke er klar til 3 personer, kun håndklæder og senge opredning til 2 personer. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. An unfortunate incident changed the course of our trip and without their professionalism and kindness the whole vacation could have turned into a real nightmare. Conveniently located, Les Jumeaux is adequately named as property is divided in two hotels. We were sent to the second building, next to the ski lift. Unfortunately it is a long walk, no side walk available with a difficult access; fortunately we were guided by the cery helpful bellman. Property is runned down, rooms need renovating though housekeeping was excellent. Avoid rooms facing valley as they are beaten by the sun and AC did not work; we slept windows open but the room was above a busy road with traffic all night. Breakfast was served in a room with no windows (!?) and service was lackadaisical. Lobby had torn sofas and overall property needs refreshing; whilst nicely located in a central residential area of Courmayeur, there are better alternatives available at similar rates. The ladies at the reception saved the stay as for most staff at Les Jumeaux who were very helpful and pleasant.

This is an older hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet. We found out after our first day that the breakfast buffet was included in our stay - that was a nice surprise. We made good use of it for the next two days. There are restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby. It is about a 10 minute walk to the bus station from the hotel.

Ottima posizione. Camera ampia. La camera aveva una porta finestra che porta su un ampio terrazzo condiviso con altre camere. Purtroppo di fronte alla finestra ci sono altre abitazioni e questo limita la privacy. Hanno messo una tendina (modello stanza ospedale) per evitare di essere visti. I mobili sono un po’ vecchi. Avrebbero bisogno di rimodernare il tutto. La colazione, a mio avviso, era un po’ troppo cara.

Beautiful hotel little tired , but very friendly and helpful .I have stayed at the hotel on many occasions with family and the location if just fantastic.one thing this trip I’m not sure if it was because the hotel was very quiet after Christmas. It would be much better if the hot breakfast could be cooked to order instead of being left in the hot dishes. All the cakes and drinks are fine but was disappointed with the hot food so didn’t try

When we arrived we were told we had actually booked a room in their other building which was 150 metres down hill through a back alley, and beside a busy highway. As we approached it we saw this decrepit looking building. The front security door was broken, anyone could wander through the building as there was no reception in this building. All of the picture on hotels.com should the main building, a very attractive building on matter lined street, with a lovely lobby. Just be aware if you book this hotel that is not where you will be staying.

We ended up in the annex next to the lift. We were worried about that to start with because of reviews. But we had a lovely stay and used the main hotel to sit and have drinks and play cards, et cetera. It worked out very well we would stay again.
