Great overnight stay. Clean quiet pool and hot tub. Staff was the nicest, especially the nice gentleman who made sure the breakfast area was well stocked and clean the whole time!! Will definitely stay again!

We called ahead and were told there was an airport shuttle for our early morning flight and hotel parking for $2 per day. When we went to check in we were informed the airport shuttles start at 8am. This is nowhere early enough for our flight. We had to find a last minute hotel that had a shuttle to meet our needs. We were misled when we called and specifically asked shuttle and parking details! We’re expecting a credit.

Tidy lobby when I first walked in the door. I was told the pool was closed...bummer. I booked this place on-line because it had a pool. The room was very clean and looked very new. Beds soooo comfortable. Breakfast was also very good: a step above your average hotel in this price range.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. The heated toilet seat was an added bonus. Room was clean for the most part although we did find potato chips from the previous guests on the far side of the bed. Bed was comfortable. The curtains didn’t block the light out and although I understand the need for Bright outdoor lighting it shouldn’t be so bright as to keep guest from sleeping. Over all I would stay here again!!

Comfort Inn in Missoula was a pleasant surprise. We haven't stayed at a Comfort Inn in years. Our King room was spacious & clean and in good condition. There was no safe in the room, but there was a heated toilet seat, of all things. The free breakfast was typical fare but staff was very attentive to keeping food replenished and the area clean. There are lots of dining choices around the hotel. We enjoyed a steak dinner at Montana Club a short walk away.

My room was large, and all looked new, so it must have been re-decorated recently. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and I will stay at this Comfort Inn again when I'm in the area.

The bed was very firm, which is usually not the case at Comfort Inn. This led to hip discomfort as I’m a side sleeper. The shower doors in the bathroom need some maintenance. Only one door had a knob and that door was not moveable for some reason. I had to try to open and close moveable shower door with a flat palm, and was only able to get shower door partially closed from inside the shower. Walk-in shower was nice and water pressure was amazing. Otherwise, the room was nice. The door knob to access the pool area needs maintenance. Key card activated light to turn green indicating the door should open, but the door handle would not budge. It took 7 or 8 tries to finally open. Desk clerk said to pull door toward me really hard, and then push the door handle down VERY hard, which eventually worked.

This is by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Beats the heavenly bed! Clean as a whistle. Definitely a10/10. Would give them a 11 if they had hand held in the shower and softer Kleenex! The shower is truly amazing without the handheld. Great for taller people and the pressure is lovely. The entire facility was clean and these days we all know that matters. Already booked my next trip room.

Staff was very accommodating and nice. Room a little smaller than average, but comfortable beds and clean room. Shower only (our kids usually take baths). Truly the staff made the stay though—every single person was so pleasant. Would stay there again!

Good location, comfortable bed (two queen room was not actually queen beds, but doubles), queit, good breakfast. Overall I would probably stay here again due to price and location. Maybe request an actual queen room. Our beds were definitely not queen sized.

Wow, what a great place with excellent staff! So helpful and hardworking. From the desk clerk who set up a rollaway bed for us to the breakfast crew who kept this clean and stocked, to the housekeepers who were hard at work and friendly, we had a great experience!

My granddaughter fell when we were trying to get her in her wheel chair. We were unable to pick her up. I called the front desk and a young man was knocking at our door in less than 30 seconds. He was able to pick her up and get her into her chair. He was an Angel!! E were so thankful for him.

Stayed here during my first night during a drive while moving residences from Seattle to Cleveland, OH. Got a late start out of Seattle due to some scheduling snafu's and then got caught up in rush-hour traffic and some accident traffic until reaching Missoula, MT, at 2:30 A.M. Mountain Time. I was greeted by a gentleman who sort of seemed bothered by my check-in at 2:30 in the morning and then proceeded to tell me he'd already processed me as a "No-Show" (meaning I was charged already but couldn't get a room key without being charged a second time. I'm not real sure what that all means, but it's how the scowling man explained it to me.) Thankfully the front desk agent the following morning explained to me she'd corrected whatever the guy overnight did, so I ultimately was only charged once (charged, refunded, then charged at check-out is how it appeared on my credit card statement over multiple days). I'm glad it all worked out, but it would be nice if I wasn't greeted after a long 11-hours drive from Seattle with such a scowl at check-in or that I couldn't check-in after 2:00 A.M., even though I'd already guaranteed my reservation with a credit card for a late check-in. Everything else about the property was terrific. Location, convenience, cleanliness, & friendliness of the morning employees was all great!

This was a nice hotel at a reasonable price. Free standard hotel breakfast and hooray for free parking. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Easy access to I-90 and close to restaraunts. I would stay here again.

This place had a heated and lighted toilet seat... which was the talk with teenager boy. Clean and decent place to stay for the night. Breakfast was just ok. Good for a quick affordable night.

Extremely disappointed in breakfast service. Expected the basic free breakfast. But was informed by staff that when the waffle batter runs out, that is all that is available until the next morning. Not acceptable as I was down at breakfast at 8:15 am - and breakfast runs until 10 am. Really?!!! Also, our room had strange smell we had to air out when we got there. Ugh.

By far the nicest hotel we stayed in on our trip to Missoula. Costly though. I appreciated the friendly receptionists and the filtered water through-out the hotel. An excellent place to stay -- just improve on your breakfast please. Coffee was mediocre. Breakfast could be better!!!! This is a very nice hotel, really enjoyed our room. More selections for breakfast please! Plus please server better coffee. Why not have someone making omelettes? Or at least really good plain yogurt and a good selection of fruit.

Nice clean comfortable room. Nice new shower. Breakfast was alright I guess. Breakfast guy is a little high strung and off putting, it was hard to eat in peace, He seemed a little frantic but he did keep breakfast area stocked and full.

Our experience was excellent and with our pet dog. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Bathroom was spacious and beautiful. We did our laundry, restaurants and fast food was within walking distance. The staff was helpful, friendly and I asked if I could watch US OPEN on TV while I was sitting downstairs in the lounge area waiting for my laundry to complete wash and dry. The attendant at the desk said "sure" and set it for me. BTW the price was very reasonable to wash, dry, purchase soap. Breakfast was awesome with many choices. Indeed a COMFORT HOTEL!!!!
