Stationnement gratuit et devant l'hotel, un emplacement excellent collé a l'ancienne Église et 5 min de marche pour le site archéologique de Pompaii, le tout de fait parfaitement à pieds avec beaucoup de restaurants au tour. Je recommanderai certainement. Belle expérience

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Palma in Pompeii! We had outstanding service from Catello, Nanjela, and Luigi: they worked so hard to make sure our stay was the best experience possible—thank you! I didn’t want to leave! The hotel was above our expectations and was clean and welcoming. The dinner we had was our best meal in Italy! I’m still dreaming about it! When traveling abroad, it is hard to know where to stay, but you will be happy you spent time at Hotel Palma! It was an easy walk to the ruins and in the center of town with lots to do. The rooftop area was beautiful with views of Vesuvius. We will be back!

Das Hotel ist fantastisch gelegen direkt am Bahnhof. Der Service war sehr gut, wird konnten direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Wir können das Hotel unbedingt empfehlen.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Even helped us to get tickets online to get to mount Vesuvio. Parking right in front. Breakfast included. Usual selection of cold cuts, bred, coffee, tea, cereol, breakfast cakes, yogurt, juices etc. Room was nice and clean. Bed comfortable. Location is perfect. Just a few mintues walk to the ruins entrance and plenty of great restaurants. I definitely recommend it.

We arrived for check in a bit on the early side, and there was someone there to get us into a parking spot. The staff overall were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We loved the balcony and beautifully tiled bathroom with a deep bath tub. The rooftop terrace provided splendid views at sunset, and having it be within easy walking distance of the Amphitheater entrance to the Pompeii ruins was perfect. I will say, the honking and traffic sounds from the street were very easy to hear through the window. If that is bothersome for you, definitely bring ear plugs to sleep with. Breakfast the next morning was huge, varied, and delicious. The fresh squeezed blood orange juice was my favorite. Overall, a wonderful experience.

It’s in a lovely location behind the church. Easy & quick access to all cafes & restaurants (including a vegan patisserie, my heaven!) Staff were very friendly & helpful. The hot tub & having drinks on the roof terrace really finished off some lovely days in Pompei, we loved it.

Fabulous hotel. Staff all spoke excellent English and were incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, large, and well kept. Wonderful views of the city/Vesuvius, and the outdoors patio was lovely. Super convenient location close to the Circumvesuviana metro line, and easy walking distance to the Pompeii ruins, many restaurants (Na Pasta was our favorite!), and gelateria. Favorite part of our trip was the time in Pompeii. You won't go wrong staying here!

Right in the city center. Very busy streets but excellent sound proof windows to make the room quite. Very convenient for eating out, shopping. Minutes from Pompeii park. Very friendly staff helped us parking and check-in in.

Great location for a trip to Pompei and Vesuvius. I’d probably suggest it’s more like a solid 3 star hotel, staff were good with an authentic feel but the rooms need a bit of repair and updating. Size it was okay for two adults and two kids and price wasn’t bad for the location but I’ve not really had local comparisons.

Morgenmad er ikke god selvom 4 stjerner hotel. Jeg giver 3 stjerner Morgenmad. Jeg har set andre hoteller med 3 stjerner morgenmad er meget bedre end palma hotel morgenmad. Dårlig forbindelse internet i værelse.

We had a good stay at Hotel Palma. We stayed in a family room which worked out great for us (a family with children). The staff was mostly very friendly and welcoming, with the exception of the very grumpy breakfast attendant. We stay at a LOT of hotels and this is the worst breakfast experience we've ever had unfortunately. Usually, when there is a buffet, you are allowed to stay at the table and finish your food even past the time a buffet is officially served. The staff will usually just put away the food and let you stay at the table. Not so at this hotel. As soon as the clock hit 10am, the breakfast attendant turned off the light in the room (to signal us to leave) and started very aggressively putting the buffet away while sighing and rolling her eyes when we had the gall to stay 5 min past the end of breakfast time. That put a bad taste in our mouthes - literally. Also, the breakfast food was very old and - with the exception of some of the pastries - was not changed out during our entire stay. The same moldy ham was served on day 1 and day 4. We are pretty sure the bacon and eggs were reheated as well. The juice had flies in it and was not changed out in between days. We had a good stay at Hotel Palma. We stayed in a family room which worked out great for us (a family with children). The staff was mostly very friendly and welcoming, with the exception of the very grumpy breakfast attendant. We stay at a LOT of hotels and this is the worst breakfast experience we've ever had unfortunately. Usually, when there is a buffet, you are allowed to stay at the table and finish your food even past the time a buffet is officially served. The staff will usually just put away the food and let you stay at the table. Not so at this hotel. As soon as the clock hit 10am, the breakfast attendant turned off the light in the room (to signal us to leave) and started very aggressively putting the buffet away while sighing and rolling her eyes when we had the gall to stay 5 min past the end of breakfast time. That put a bad taste in our mouthes - literally. Also, the breakfast food was very old and - with the exception of some of the pastries - was not changed out during our entire stay. The same moldy ham was served on day 1 and day 4. We are pretty sure the bacon and eggs were reheated as well. The juice had flies in it and was not changed out in between days. So while I recommend the hotel itself - skip breakfast and go get it somewhere else.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Palma in Pompeii! We had outstanding service from Catello, Nanjela, and Luigi: they worked so hard to make sure our stay was the best experience possible—thank you! I didn’t want to leave! The hotel was above our expectations and was clean and welcoming. The dinner we had was our best meal in Italy! I’m still dreaming about it! When traveling abroad, it is hard to know where to stay, but you will be happy you spent time at Hotel Palma! It was an easy walk to the ruins and in the center of town with lots to do. The rooftop area was beautiful with views of Vesuvius. We will be back!

We arrived for check in a bit on the early side, and there was someone there to get us into a parking spot. The staff overall were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We loved the balcony and beautifully tiled bathroom with a deep bath tub. The rooftop terrace provided splendid views at sunset, and having it be within easy walking distance of the Amphitheater entrance to the Pompeii ruins was perfect. I will say, the honking and traffic sounds from the street were very easy to hear through the window. If that is bothersome for you, definitely bring ear plugs to sleep with. Breakfast the next morning was huge, varied, and delicious. The fresh squeezed blood orange juice was my favorite. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Der Concierge Catello war super. Wir sind nur für eine Nacht angereist und sind erst am frühen Nachmittag angekommen. Catello hat uns eine deutsch sprechende Guide für die Ruinen engagiert. Das hat dieses zu einem einmalige Erlebnis gemacht.

Amazing staff and great hotel. Of all the hotels I saw in Pompeii I'd say this was one of the nicest. Lots of a friendly staff, clean rooms. Good breakfast. It's opposite one of the 3 trains stations in the city. It's 7 min walk from ruins. It's behind the cathedral. It has a rooftop with 360 view of the mountains the city and Vesuvius. This hotel is the best deal you will find in Pompeii. Some of Pompeii is a bit touristy and low end so you really wanna pick a classy hotel, this is it. Don't bother with Naples, it's a dump. Spend time here. The staff were amazing. If we go back this will be our first stop. It's a great hotel. Electric blinds so you can sleep in and cool cool AC!

The location is very nice: a ten minute walk from the Amphitheater entrance to the site of Pompeii and two minutes from the plaza in front of the Sanctuary. It's less touristy than the area directly beside the archaeological site with some great restaurants an easy walk away. The room had a balcony, comfortable bed and a large (for Italy) shower. The staff was extremely pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again.
