Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata

Very nicely welcomed, stayed in room 101, a small suite in the heritage building and everything at 5 star level. Food and drinks was good and serving far above normal Indian level. Only small complaint is that every time we got into our room in the afternoon to take a shower -just after having taking off the clothes off - someone rang the doorbell and asked if we were nereding anything. Chreck-out again smoothly and professionel. Definitely a place we will like to stay next time in Kolkota.

Good staff

We’re cyclists from Australia and have been travelling around the world on our bikes for 5 years. We received a wonderful welcome by the staff and everyone couldn’t do enough for us. The room was comfortable, the hotel itself had a great feel about it making us feel at home. The gym and spa were fantastic. The food was superb and so were all the wait staff. Everyone was super attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend this hotel and in such a great location too.

Older facility. Tried charging us for 2nd person. I had 2 room bookings. Finally they found 2nd booking. Overpriced for value provided. Attached restaurant service was good.

I stayed here for 10 nights. It was a lovely experience. The staff was awesome/very accommodating. I also enjoyed the spa services. The only con I can think of was choppy wifi connection. Overall a great experience and I plan to return.
