I only stayed for one night, but had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and helpful with recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the attention to detail is great. The room was clean and comfortable, the ambience in the reception area makes it a nice place to relax. And the rooftop pool is a great area to soak up the sun. The hotel itself is in a great location, not too far from the city centre and is well connected. Close by are the Gardens Compans Caffarelli, which are beautiful to walk around. I would recommend to anyone visiting Toulouse!

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice size room, fantastic choice of breakfast items, friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location, 15 min walk to capitol area. Safe area to walk around at night

The bathroom was not very clean and it’s like they made it all black I think to hide that fact. Also the lighting in the room never let me shut off the lights completely so I couldn’t sleep, it only lets you dim it, very annoying. The day time staff was not very helpful but the morning staff when I was leaving super friendly and helpful.
