Microtel Inn & Suites Urbandale

O quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia e todos os dias eu tinha que solicitar shampoo. O café da manhã?! Nunca vi tão precário! Tinha apenas ovos cozidos e iogurte! Não tinha um queijo, bacon, FRUTAS!!

I booked a room two beds, they did not show that and tried to put us in a one bed room. Clerk, did not understand english! Sad. Breakfast was terrible. I won’t stay at microtels in the future. Dumps

room air conditioner/heater did NOT work and was never repaired during my 3 night visit even though I told staff about it the first night - had to open the window because its was so hot - wall paper in bathroom was bubbled & pealing off the wall - bath mat was frayed - staff was difficult to understand duet language barrier - breakfast was lukewarm and very little offered - parking was easy - would NOT staynthere again

Glad it wasnt to warm out cause the air conditioner didnt want to cool down the room.
