Property is beautiful and our room was great. Loved relaxing at the pool. Juan, Alessandro, Leo, and Eduardo along with all the other staff were so friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend the olive oil and wine tasting experience as well as rental of ebikes. Local town is within 5 mins walk and has great dining. Overall a beautiful property and relaxing experience for a getaway within close proximity to Florence.

The location was beautiful, with rolling Tuscan hills all around and a wonderful pool area overlooking it all. The room was nice and cool and gorgeously furnished with a great bathroom. The staff were super helpful, there was nothing they couldn’t do to help. The location is great, half an hour from Florence and 5 minutes walk into the nearest village which has bars and restaurants.

We would highly recommend The Relais Villa Olmo to people looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful property with gorgeous rooms just 12km from Florence. The quality of the restaurant was very high and delicious local wine. We also really appreciated the quiet but very effective air conditioning! Lovely to sunbathe and read on the sun loungers and cool off in the pool. Great to be able to borrow mountain bikes for free and thanks for lending us helmets to tour the picturesque countryside full of olive groves and vineyards.

Perfect for us, we had our two French bulldogs with us and it was nice to be a bit out of the city but close enough to pop in for lunch. The setting and views are breathtaking, the pool is perfect and our room was spacious and really comfortable. I especially liked the nesting Swallows in the hallway. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Highly recommend for a peaceful stay not too far from all the action.

Amazing place, only issue we encountered was on our second day they did not open the pool bar which was disappointing because there was no access to lunch or beverages this day. We ended up having to go off facility unless we wanted to eat off the same dinner menu as the previous night at the restaurant. (They stated it was due to lower occupancy which is crazy). Anyways, nice place otherwise.

We had a lovely time at Villa Olmo. The villa was wonderful. Private, with a large outdoor space behind a gate. It was the perfect space to have a honeymoon. We enjoyed the restaurant both nights, and had a great time at the wine & olive oil tasting. It’s just a short walk to the village if you want to explore the local area. We will come back next time we are in Tuscany!

The view was gorgeous! We expected more from a hotel like this - it was missing basic amenities like conditioner, dish towel / paper towels in our kitchenette. We had the private pool and it is not worth paying more as the pool area has broken seats and the table in our private courtyard was dirty with no seat cushions. It is not luxury but does come at a luxury price tag.

My family and I stayed there for 2 nights, at the family suite. It was very clean and well decorated & furnished, with private pool and garden. The environment and view were good, staff were helpful, buffet breakfast got lot of choices. Highly recommended this lovely place

We had a wonderful time at Relais Villa Olmo celebrating our anniversary. The grounds were so beautiful and the staff were all so incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant and pool bar has a few gluten free options, and they were very accommodating for this celiac, however the kitchen could not guarantee against cross contamination. The breakfast buffet was incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a beautiful Villa with a stunning views. Rooms were large and very clean and the location was wonderful. It was close to Florence and ideal for exploring Tuscany. This hotel is a lovely property outside of Florence. I highly recommend renting a vehicle or having transportation prepared before going. The room are small but comfortable. The bathrooms are perfect. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff are lovely.

The young lady who checked us in, I believe Gloria was her name, was very sweet and helpful during our stay. She upgraded us to a suite and it was very comfortable except for a dog that barked during the night,apparently, it belonged to the owners who were not on the property. So other than the dog annoying us during the nights and early mornings it was a comfortable place to stay and close enough to Florence to drive to in about 15 to 20 minutes. Just be careful not to be redirected too much by GPS which took us on a crazy tiny road for a time when returning from Florence. I larger car would never have made it. We had a mid-size. Breakfast was average for a 4-star hotel but the servers were sweet. We ate dinner at the restaurant a couple of times, the food was good but the portions were a bit small, even by European standards, particularly the leek appetizer which was ridiculously small.

Lovely hotel. Nice rooms - but a bit dark. The restaurant was very good and well priced. All of the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. However without a car this hotel is quite isolated. The town nearby has very limited options for dining and shops.

Everything about our stay at Relais was exceptional. Our room was beautiful, cozy, and had an amazing view. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner was all fantastic. It was the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel! The food was fresh and delicious but the best part was the service. They really cared about getting to know us and making sure we were having a great time. We were treated like royalty. A true Romantic get away.

Wine /olive oil tour was well done, pool bar had outstanding service (specifically Messi was amazing and made an outstanding espresso martini). We had a private villa w a pool. The a/c units were not big enough for the villa. Extremely hot and uncomfortable in the evening. We dined at the restaurant on site for dinner. Service was not what you would have expected at all, at times rude. Will say the restaurant was packed and seemed like they only had 2 wait staff. So would recommend resort needs to staff up during high season.

This hotel is a lovely property outside of Florence. I highly recommend renting a vehicle or having transportation prepared before going. The room are small but comfortable. The bathrooms are perfect. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff are lovely.

Property is beautiful and our room was great. Loved relaxing at the pool. Juan, Alessandro, Leo, and Eduardo along with all the other staff were so friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend the olive oil and wine tasting experience as well as rental of ebikes. Local town is within 5 mins walk and has great dining. Overall a beautiful property and relaxing experience for a getaway within close proximity to Florence.

Lovely hotel. Nice rooms - but a bit dark. The restaurant was very good and well priced. All of the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. However without a car this hotel is quite isolated. The town nearby has very limited options for dining and shops.

Wine /olive oil tour was well done, pool bar had outstanding service (specifically Messi was amazing and made an outstanding espresso martini). We had a private villa w a pool. The a/c units were not big enough for the villa. Extremely hot and uncomfortable in the evening. We dined at the restaurant on site for dinner. Service was not what you would have expected at all, at times rude. Will say the restaurant was packed and seemed like they only had 2 wait staff. So would recommend resort needs to staff up during high season.

Such a beautiful property with amazing views. The staff and service is top notch. The Realis Villa Olmo was everything we hoped for and more for our first Tuscany experience. I highly recommend this hotel. We walked to a couple restaurants and had an amazing meal. We were close enough to Florence so we could do a day trip. Beautiful property! We cannot wait to come back

Fantastiskt hotell med vacker utsikt, hjälpsam personal, god frukost och bekväma rum. Hotellet hade problem med el och vatten ett dygn efter oväder, vilket personalen hanterade fint och såg till att kompensera oss för besväret. De gav oss bra rekommendationer för vingårdar, restauranger och ställen att besöka under vår vistelse. Otroligt nöjd med vår vistelse och skulle gärna komma tillbaka!

We had a wonderful time at Relais Villa Olmo celebrating our anniversary. The grounds were so beautiful and the staff were all so incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant and pool bar has a few gluten free options, and they were very accommodating for this celiac, however the kitchen could not guarantee against cross contamination. The breakfast buffet was incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a beautiful Villa with a stunning views. Rooms were large and very clean and the location was wonderful. It was close to Florence and ideal for exploring Tuscany. Restaurant offered delicious buffet breakfast and many other wonderful local dishes for lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this Villa and would love to stay here again.

The location was beautiful, with rolling Tuscan hills all around and a wonderful pool area overlooking it all. The room was nice and cool and gorgeously furnished with a great bathroom. The staff were super helpful, there was nothing they couldn’t do to help. The location is great, half an hour from Florence and 5 minutes walk into the nearest village which has bars and restaurants.

The young lady who checked us in, I believe Gloria was her name, was very sweet and helpful during our stay. She upgraded us to a suite and it was very comfortable except for a dog that barked during the night,apparently, it belonged to the owners who were not on the property. So other than the dog annoying us during the nights and early mornings it was a comfortable place to stay and close enough to Florence to drive to in about 15 to 20 minutes. Just be careful not to be redirected too much by GPS which took us on a crazy tiny road for a time when returning from Florence. I larger car would never have made it. We had a mid-size. Breakfast was average for a 4-star hotel but the servers were sweet. We ate dinner at the restaurant a couple of times, the food was good but the portions were a bit small, even by European standards, particularly the leek appetizer which was ridiculously small.

Amazing place, only issue we encountered was on our second day they did not open the pool bar which was disappointing because there was no access to lunch or beverages this day. We ended up having to go off facility unless we wanted to eat off the same dinner menu as the previous night at the restaurant. (They stated it was due to lower occupancy which is crazy). Anyways, nice place otherwise.

We had a lovely time at Villa Olmo. The villa was wonderful. Private, with a large outdoor space behind a gate. It was the perfect space to have a honeymoon. We enjoyed the restaurant both nights, and had a great time at the wine & olive oil tasting. It’s just a short walk to the village if you want to explore the local area. We will come back next time we are in Tuscany!

Everything about our stay at Relais was exceptional. Our room was beautiful, cozy, and had an amazing view. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner was all fantastic. It was the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel! The food was fresh and delicious but the best part was the service. They really cared about getting to know us and making sure we were having a great time. We were treated like royalty. A true Romantic get away.
